Definitely makes sense that Vegeta is looking to take his people off planet and start afresh elsewhere...can't help wondering how Trunks will feel about going, he strikes me as more human than Saiyan. Also wondering if Gohan and Bulma will be going too?

I'm happy for Takashi. Ilona seems like a good match for him :-) I hope she isn't secretly looking to bring down our lot for killing her sister...doesn't seem like she is.

LOL! Bardock is definitely more parent than big brother isn't he :-)

Trunks and Goten are so sweet with the orphan babies :-) Hope they don't get too attached though, I want Goku to have them :-)

Good to see Gohan mixing amongst the Saiyans. Hope he finds the womens mates as well, hopefully if they were mated, then it would have bto tto the nicer ones :-)

Oww, somebody got some action. Was it Takashi I think it was. Poor Gohan...I think that I would be slightly tramatized too. I love this fic, it has so much going on. I love a challenge.

Looks like Goten is in his element with all the babies around him :-) Still, I'm sure that when Goku returns he'll gather up an armload himself...looks like he'll get to be a mommy again - I'm pleased for him, I know he misses that :-)

It was a good battle, not sure that I like the 'white light' and 'dark light' differentiation between the Saiyans...Vegeta and Bardock are good people, they just have a more Saiyan like rage to their personalities.

I guess this is where you and I disagree. In my eyes, to kill in battle is not murder, both parties enter into the fray knowing full well, the outcome, more than likely, means death for one of them. Vegeta and Bardock took on the ones that were never going to submit, not everyone does.rriorriors in particular will battle to the death. It is as well for Goku, Trunks and Gohan that they were freed from the choice of do or die by the presence of Vegeta and Bardock.

I personally, am very glad that those who, more than likely, treated Nuala in such an abhorrent manner are no lr arr around to continue such acts.

Not sure I like the sound of this...Bardock isn't going to become a megalomaniac or something is he?

Interested in seeing what happens next.

lol Goku's the "brightest light".
Ahh alas I remember the days when this story was about sex and frosting too.Happy days.But I prefer---I'm shocked to say---the new twists...And the women...And children..^^ It's just so happy....I mean it's bloody....and lotsa murder but....It's happy.

I don't think that there was too much happening. It is getting awful angsty...not a bad thing of course. I can't wait to see what these guys are going to do with all of these Saiyans now. Heww!

A good chapter. I enjoyed the way the battle was played out. Not nearly as frenzied as I thought it would be, all very self assured from our side. Really loved the deadly calm that seemed to emanate from Vegeta, and the reluctant show of strength from Goku.

Had to skim over the battle between Bardock and Tanna, not really big on gruesome things...but I got a general idea of what happened...and Yea! Bardock :-)

Looks like the next battle may be a bit more frenzied.

Looking forward to the next chapter :-)

(*chuckle*) Not always. Sometimes, I read just to enjoy the atmosphere and to temporarily become a part of the characters lives, enjoying each new moment with them, their interactions and reactions, but suffering from no definite curiosity as to what will come next. :-)

Well that was a nice fufilling chapter. And Bardock and Bulla finally mated. Those two are like the old spinster Brother and Sister who end up spending the rest of their lives together. No kids, no pets. Just each other. Hmm. Comforting in a wierd sort of way.

Hmm. I don't like Nuala either. It is a fun challenge to create a character that everyone is supposed to hate isn't it?

Things are heating up now...big battle tomorrow.

It seems strange that Gohan is not being asked to go with the others.

�Bardock would know better. He knows all the old laws.�

I must confess that I'm very curious to see how this all is going to bsolvsolved. Sounds like once Tanna is destroyed, then the others are expecting their laws to apply...but these are the same Saiyans that scoffed at the old ways. I'll be curious to see what their politics are now, as we have only had minor contact with Tanna, and don't really know how the others think about all of this, but judging by what has happened to Nuala, they don't sound very honourable to me. This is getting interesting.

Damn, I feel sorry for Bulla. I know that she has strong feelings for Bardock and doesn't really mind being bonded to him, but the reason why she has to be bonded so soon is a little degrading, I can understand her rage at the Saiyan ways...

...Can't help but feel sorry for poor ol' Vegeta, always having to be the bearer of the shitty news though.

Whew...sixty young ones and thirty women. That's a hell of alot of new Saiyans...I hope that they are at least peaceful...It's also a lot of (I imagine) innocents, that our crew have to avoid hurting during the fight...

Hopefully Takashi will be able to find a prospective mate from this group :-)

Wonderful! Loved this chapter! The babies are born! Two little princesses :-)

I loved how Goku and Vegeta were there for the two boys. Trunks seemed to be a bit overwhelmed by it all (although he handled it well) but it's just as well that Goku was there to show him how to soothe Goten's pains.

Loved how Goku purred and Vegeta trilled for Goten...so sweet and loving :-)

Loved how Vegeta and Goku played their part in the birthing process, helping out when necessary, really highlighted the closeness within this family :-)

"Vegeta rolled his eyes, and Trunks gave him a sneer. As if the Prince of All Saiyans had been a naturally perfect parent from the very first second of Bardock�s life."

LOL! I love Trunks' thoughts, it's a very realistic thought, because grandparents (whilst being invaluable in those early days) can nonetheless be a real pain in the arse with their know-it-all attitude :-) Still, having said that, both Vegeta and Goku handled the first time birthing process of their four really well. :-)

*Blech* Vegeta has a stonger stomach than me...I'd definitely be leaving that particular chore for the father :-)

Loved Bulma's reaction about being a grandma. Actually, I'm surprised she wasn't in there with them...just in case of complications. Still, I imagine she was only a shout away :-)

Loved how all the siblings were on edge [ like expectant father's - even Bulla :-) ] am really pleased that I'm not alone i opi opinion of Nuala...Yay! Bulla and Bardock :-)

Damn! Don't know how I overlooked this...I knew that hd hud hurt his rear, but I didn't know that he broke his pelvic bone...poor dear...that had to hurt :-(

I am so grateful that you share similar feelings to me in regards to Nuala, I was worried that you'd be pissed off because I didn't like her :-) Yeah, I heard that about Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and also the fact that he tried to kill Holmes off along with Moriarty at 'Reichenbach falls' but due to public outcry, he felt compelled to bring him back and make it look like they survived the fall. I think Agatha Christie also tired of Hercule Poirot...so you're in good company :-)
