Soooo good. I love the sex scene, you don't over do it like some writers do, and yet I can see yours more clearly than theres, go figure.
I'm gonna go read the other one now but I wanted to say befoe I do that I think Takao is the thief not Kai. I realise everyone sees Kai as the bad guy 'cos that's how he's portrayed so much, but Takao did say he had this skill for opening any lock so... Now to go see if I'm right.

sea blue/green. - Now, when you describe something like a colour in this format of writing, instead of using the slash/oblique thingy, just use a hyphon. sea blue-green, or either blue or green. I won't say that you shouldn't do it because that would just be hypocritical on my behalf, but it is better to use a hyphon. My goodness I feel like a bitch saying that. lol. you probably hate me already.

Kai's bad at literature? Whoa... or is it like Japanese literature? I always thought that someone as brooding as Kai would spend heaps of time reading, though I guess he'd probably read Russian novels, and ones from Ukraine and that area. I think the way that you described Kai jumping out of the tree really well too. Fluidly and all related words like molten, languid, etc are my favorite ones to use.

But hey, we all have those every once in a while. It just proves that you're human.

ooh.. deception. Deceptively mild. Damn, you know all of my favorite phrases and words. Eek. I have a feeling that you're going to be at the top of my fave's list by the time I finish reading this. From what I've read so far I can say that it's fantastic. (I'm up to the encounter with Jake).

Though, I have been lounging around at home with an allergy triggered something-ical conjuntivitis and a sore throat. Which is ok, because I only had three classes and HRE (Human Relationships Education - insert image of a smiley that is either rolling its eyes or puking right... *here*) where they teach us that driving fast, drinking alcohol, doing drugs and having sex is bad. They also try to tell us that eating junk food is bad and that we're all going to be fat when we're 25, and then a week later they tell us that we can't go on diets and watch the OC because it means we're obsessed with our bodies and we're all going to get eating disorders because we want to look like Mischa Barton. Sorry for the rant, but I just really hate my school..

Well, there's modesty for you. lol. I love you and your funniness, Yami FireKali. And yay!, you combine straight relationships with same-sex relationships, which makes it all seem so much more realistic. I can't stand it when *everyone* is gay. I only know one gay couple, and that's one of my friend's mother and her partner. My friend has three mums, and they're all awesome. I can't help but be jealous of her.

(a B minus was infinitely better than a D minus, after all). *cough*. somehow I managed to get a D minus is standard math (functions and other boring graphing stuff) and a B minus in advanced math(complex numbers, Mod-arg, matrices and calculus). Hehe.. i got 36 1/2 out of 100 for standard maths over the entire semester.. cough cough cough. I've made a note to intercept the mail delivery in time to nick my report card before my parents get their hands on it. I only got a C+ for legal studies too. I had three A's and one D. One D and it brought me down to a C from an A. grrr. Ah well, it doesn't count until next year anyway.

the Valedictorian�s... what is Valedictiorian? Is that an American thing? I swear I keep hearing it and I'm just thinking 'wtf?'. I think it's like the same as dux but I'm not sure

What's Takao's dad's name? I can seriously not remember if he actually gets mentioned by name in the series. It's been soooo long since I last saw an episode. They had the audacity to replace Beyblade with the 14th or whatever season of Pokemon.. damn fascist TV station.

I think Tala and Kai are as well, but they can't really be compared to each other, TyKa and TalKai, I mean. Like Tyson and Kai are more of a happy couple, and have more similarities than differences. Like they are very similar characters with similar personalities but they both hide the same parts of their personality that the other one shows. But with Tala and Kai, they seem to be the matching opposites of each other. Like blue and red, (well, the opposite of blue is really orange, and red's opposite is green.. but well... hot and cold...you get my drift?) And Tala's a cheeky sort of person beneath all of the emotionless cyborg thing, and Kai's serious and adamant. oops.. rambled..

And with what he knew he was going to have to do soon, he was cherishing every moment of it. .... you've got me thinking now.. Hmm.. what great conspiracy is our little Kai-bie-pooh planning?

*Places hands on hips* Now, just what are you up to? I can't wait to read Once A Thief. You have me hooked already. lol. Have fun with all the amazing fics that I know you'll come up with.

I have to admit the first sentence is brilliant! That's as far as I got because I'm sleepy, and school starts again tomorrow after winter break and I have maths C (advanced) first. *YAWN* I promise I'll read it this weekend and leave you a nice big lengthy review like I do for um... I'm so tired I can't remember who.. um.. someone else writing a tyka.. god damn caffiene withdrawal... I'll be back in five days and fully loaded on caffiene!
