Monkey Moon is unifinished. I'm kicking around some ideas for the next chapters.

    Reviewing last two chapters.

*Sob* Is it over? I wanted them to turn Ozooru, I wanted more jungle run, I wanted to see what they would do with their immortality. The Icegen are still out there, and I wanted to see the confrontations. Then I wondered what the Kai's would think, would they try to recruit them or try to get rid of them. My mind's reeling at the possibilities.

Still, it was a wonderful story, one I've read time and time again, and I thank you for it.

Reviewing chapter 2, man these chapters are long!

Nice choice to include Turles and I'm glad you kept his arrogant but sneaky and underhand behaviour traits intact. I forgot to say last time how much I enjoy their 'pack speech' (I don't know how else to describe it). It's base, sometimes crude, and oddly poetic when they talk of blood, bonds, and jungle run.

Funniest chapter moments were the image of Raditz desperately holding on to a Super Saiyan Kakarot bucking-bronco, and the pack headache when they all came at once.

    Reviewing chapter one.

This is one of my all time favorite DBZ stories. I'm glad you have posted it again so I can tell you how much I love it. It's in my top five.

The way you have Goku gradually accept the true Kakarot within him, his conflict with his emotions and drivings, the involvement of his parents in his visions, the intensiveness of Saiyan emotions and pack bonds, conquering Goku's ingrained misdirected human morality. Just beautiful.

Then there is Raditz's sadness and despair at the state of his brother, the packs determination to make him see what he really could and should have been.

All in all I am in awe, and thank you greatly for writing this.

Wonderful. I love how you wrote their language and expressed their culture. I'm curious though about an inconsistency in the language-construction; why is that sometimes every word begins with a "k" and the sentences seems to flow together without pause, while other times there is more variance and more pause for breath? Do the strings of "k's" convey strong expressions (at least in their mindset if not literally) such as cursing?
Anyhow, pretty much everything about this was awesome. It was very refreshing to read, since every concept and thought pattern felt entirely foreign--I felt like I was observing the Saiyans as they really are. It is rare that a writer thinks to include such detail and I really appreciate that. The imagery was done very well also, and the jungle run stuff was so original. There were things in here that I'd never imagined and overall I feel inspired after having finished this story. Thanks so much for sharing. You're an incredibly talented (and hard-working) author. And you are much appreciated. :)
