What!? You can't end the chapter like that! I really need the next chapter now. You are an amazing writer, your style is so easy to read and fluent. I'm very much looking forward to an update.

Came back to read this after a while away, and it was even better than I remember! As much as I love Goku and Vegeta's interactions and insight into the prince's mind and a look into saiyajin as more than mercenaries, but having a history and culture; the glimpses into relationships between everyone else as Piccolo, Gohan, Kuririn, and Vegeta try to work together or at least in proximity to each other conveyed a lot without detouring into long, exposition-style pages to halt the action. How ChiChi acts and how her mind works also have a great amount of attention, and the reader can suspect she's going to be a real problem without being totally sure just how crazy the action she'll take is going to be.

We've gotten great glimpses, but I'm intrigued in exactly what's happened to Goku and how it's affecting him. Has he been playing up the feral side the last few days, perfectly able to talk but unwilling to risk Vegeta's easiness with him from before he could? I liked the inclusion of Dende, with Piccolo's respect for the younger Namekian in contrast to Vegeta's lack of it. And that you actually give a reason and some conflict when Piccolo thinks they shouldn't be peeping on Vegeta and Goku from above, rather than Dende sensed such an odd thing going on in Goku's mind but everyone forgets about him with Vegeta carelessly.

I have to admit, the sudden recall of the Matrix after ChiChi's line threw me off from how I think of her character and the mood of the story, but the gun barrel pressing so close at first definitely adds to the cliffhanger! Loved this story, well-written with a lot of insight into the characters and great ideas, with perfect pacing as Vegeta grows closer to Kakarrot. Wonderful!

Hi, just wanted to say, your story is one of my favorites. It combines some of my favorite elements: Vegeta/Goku, Goku in touch with/driven by his instincts, and submissive Goku. (Especially the combination of the last two. ^^)

Wow, a very surprising cliffhanger at the end!
I always loved looking deeper into Saiya-jin instincts and what lay beneath for Goku and Vegeta. The wild and feral but still somehow caring and playful interplay between Vegeta and Goku is absolutely wonderful throughout this. I do wonder just how much Goku is still affected and how in tune with and accepting of his instincts now that some of his memories have apparently returned. Excellent story, with great detail into Vegeta and their camping, and I'm looking forward to the next update!

Fantastic, absolutely exhilirating! I LOVE this story! I love the writing style, how it is so original and how you make Vegeta and Goku interact with eachother. The sex didn't hurt either ;) I'm so glad Vegeta's tail grew back and all but what a horrible cliffie! NOO!

Please please update soon I can't wait to see what happens next because you have me hooked.

I've enjoyed the story so far. I'm pretty confident you won't pull a "Oh no! Vegeta's been shot in the head and he didn't have time to put up his guard so it actually hurt him!" deal, so I'm looking forward to a well-written conclusion with Chichi.

    Thanks for the read.

Oooh, I love this! It's just too perfect. :) I mean, not only is there an actual plot and awesome development of *each* character, I also love how you've described Saiyans and their instincts, culture, and everything related. You managed to show Kakkarot communicating wonderfully without ever saying a word, and the interaction between him and Vegeta is endlessly suprising and inspiring, not to mention cute. I can't wait to find out what happens next. As for your little comments before and after stories about reviewing, etc.--I agree with you completely. As a writer myself, I can understand what you mean. Feeling the *need* and compulsion to write because your mind won't let you rest until you do, and then posting what you labored over for hours and having no one, or very few people, review. It's frustrating to say the least, and the people who were offended by your comment clearly don't have the first clue about what it means to hurt with the burden of carrying so many words, of trying to free yourself of the story by sharing it--by enduring hunger, sleeplessness, solitude and all manner of discomfort solely for the purpose of creating something beautiful. I didn't mind that you were aggressive in expressing this--I actually found it quite cute. Why were people angry? We put up with their take-and-don't-give attitude all the time, why can't they at least acknowledge the truth of what you say? Ah, well. It was amusing to read your replies to them. Honestly, I don't have the emotional energy to expend on those people. If someone insults my story, now that's personal. Otherwise... Anywho, this was ever so awesome. Hold on to that muse if you can, all of us faithful Goku/Vegeta fans are loving the outcome!
