Okay, so I've read this story about 5 or 6 times (sometimes I get confused between this story and the canon...) and just noticed one of the biggest hints to who Dante is in Ch45. There was a pretty big hint during one of the party scenes when the kids where 11 or so I think, but it was still pretty vague. But I can't believe I never saw THIS hint until now...*facepalm*

...YAY!!! great story, i loved this SOOOOOOOOO much!!!!!! it was so good i don't know how to put it into words. i called every couple before it happened (officially) in both this and the first one (except possibly armstrongxrose, i can't remember...), and a lot of random stuff like: frank and kain finally adopting; it being nina; aideen being pregnant again; ect., ect. ... anyway!! great job, it was wonderful, and i look forward to 'the rest of the story'!!

HOWEVER!! the one thing i did not see, not at all, not until it SMACKed me in the face, was dante already having aideen. that was just: ZOMG!!! HOLY!! WHAAAAAT?????!!!!?!

yeah. pretty much. great fics, and i love them and you!!~

^^ Excellent work. I just read almost this whole story in three days, because I have have that little of a life. :D I really, /really/ liked this. I suspected about Dante a couple of times, but not very seriously until it was spelled out to me. And I'd been rooting for Nicholas and Victor ever since the kiss on the cheek when they were teens. Glad everybody got to be happy in the end, and I'm sure The Rest of the Story will be really good, too. Keep writing!

ahhh that was such a good story i loved it soo much this was definatley the best fan fic for fma i have ever read!!!!! I absolutley loved it even though there were some sad parts i think it shouldnt have been written any other way though i do feel bad for russel and how he doesnt have wrath it still rocks! i cant wait to start the side stories

*sigh* Ok. First off, I want to say I'm sorry for the way I sounded in my last review. I came down on you kinda hard and that was wrong of me. I don't take back 'what' I said but I do regret 'how' it was said. I've been feeling really bad about this since I reviewed and felt you were due an apology. So, I apologize. The rant about pregnant brides had nothing to do with any sort of religious doctrine (i.e. the whole saving yourself for marriage thing) or that getting pregnant before the "I do's" made you some sort of slut (Aideen definitely was NOT one of those!). It was from previous bad experiences with women who used their hormones as an excuse to say and do whatever they wanted and just expected you to do as they demanded no matter how outrageous without saying anything back. (We won't even discuss the one gold digger who used her baby to trap the baby's daddy!) These bitches make the ones on Bridezilla look tame! :) I stand by my comments on Nikki barging in on Ed and Roy right at the very end. That hurt me. I felt having her there was wrong but it's your story so you can end it any way you want and I just have to deal with it and accept it. For me, it would have been best to have it end where it all began, with just Roy and Ed together. That's my two cents and that's probably all it's worth! And so, a great story comes to an end! :) I love it that Nikki is just like Ed - short and feisty! :D Ed isn't reflected too much in either Nicholas or Aideen so it's fitting that his granddaughter is just like him! ;) It was all I could do not to cry when Ed let Aideen borrow his flamel necklace for the wedding!! T_T just perfect! Riza's gun was a very sweet gesture too. I was kinda surprised that Nicholas and Victor still had this tension between them - which seems to have resolved itself now! They seem kinda mismatched but, since most of the other couples here are like that, they probably have a good chance of making it work. Good luck guys! :)

Ok, by now you shouldn't be surprised that I have issues/points of contention and freely share my opinions on them. Well, there were two things in this that really bugged me. 1 - Aideen was pregnant again and 2 - Nikki totally ruined the perfect RoyEd ending! UGH! grr. Issue 1: No, I'm not gonna slam on Fletcher again - but I could so easily. Damn brother, never heard of a condom?? sheesh. I don't think I will ever have a good opinion of him for some reason. strange. agree to disagree. I wasn't bothered by the fact that Aideen was pregnant by Fletcher; that was inevitable. It was that she chose to keep the new baby a secret. No excuse for that. Didn't like that at all. I shoulda been there with Ed. He and I coulda ranted together. Plus, she was a pregnant bride and I have major problems with pregnant brides. Trust me, you don't wanna know why. The reasons are lengthy and ugly. Issue 2: *sigh* dammit! dammit! dammit! Why couldn't the kid have stayed in her bed? ;_; I mean, when that door opened and Nikki barged in on the moment, I practically banged my head on my desk in frustration. "NOOOOOO!", I sobbingly wailed. Everything was winding down nicely to where it all began, Roy and Ed together, when the brat (thank you, Russell), Little Miss Interruption, ruined the whole damn thing. *sighs and pouts* so close to perfection and yet so far. The "Good night, Roy." "Good night, Ed" lines brought a happy tear to my eye. That was my favorite part! Some of the fluff of the moment had returned. :)
Well, this has been a fantastic story and I will miss it! :) Now I have to find another story and someone else to wrangle with! LOL!!

I almost cried at the end, granted I'm 3 months pregnant so it's not hard to make me cry, but still so sweet at the end. Nikki is just darling! I just LOVE that she had her Grandad's personality. You did a fabulous job of bringing it all to a close! And Adieen and Fletcher having a baby together is so wonderful! Ugh, I'm getting teary eyed again, I think I need to end this review before I need some tissues!

Amazing! Just amazing!

Hey! I really did try to write a review for the last chapter but I was so torn up at the end that everything I attempted to write came out all wrong. I was damned and determined I was not going to write a bunch of crap or come off sounding like a surly pouting raving bitch (not that I have a problem with being such or haven't done such before mind you!) so, after several false starts, I said, "to hell with it", and decided to wait for this chapter to come out. Only one more chapter after this. wow. It's been one hell of a joyride! :)

Whew! You have no idea how happy I am that Ed has his automail back! :D sqwee! I had wondered if the sudden flare of healing alchemy at the end of last chapter was both Aideen and Nikki reaching out to Ed because they both wanted Ed to be whole again. Yeah, I know that's probably reading WAAAY too much into it on Nikki's part but that's what I would like to think happened! :) I bet Ed's long hair is beautiful. I wonder if he braids it or just puts it up on a ponytail... (O_o? *shakes head* me and my random thoughts...)

I'm REALLY happy they decided to call the baby Nikki!! Thank you Ed!! *glomps Ed* :) Nikki Mustang. I like it! Phillis (never seen it spelled this way) is just ew. That name makes me think of this old lady I work with named Phyllis and it's just wrong to think of such an old name on a new baby. I was squealing with delight that Ed got Nikki a little red coat with a flamel on it!! *happy dances* :D Big shocker I know! ;) Ed's not the only one obsessed with that coat! LOL! I'm not at all surprised that Nikki came early. Nothing about the whole pregnancy's been normal so why should the delivery. :) poor Aideen. She's been thru so much. c-section. yikes. I laughed with a happy tear in my eye when Ed called Nikki small! XD Somebody's gonna be just like her granddad! :)

The only thing I have to say about Fletcher this time is that I thought the age difference between him and Aideen was the same if not greater than the difference between Roy and Ed. I know there's 14 years between Roy and Ed. hmm. Let's see. *googles Fletcher* Ok. hunh. interesting. It is greater. Fletcher should be about 32 now making him 15 years older than Aideen. hunh. Who knew? Fun facts to know and tell.

I feel kinda bad for Russell. He's still kinda on the outside looking in. Hopefully he won't stay a loner for much longer. This makes twice he was there to come to Aideen's rescue. Maybe now he'll have a found a friend in Aideen. It's a start.

Victor and Nicholas. Nicholas and Victor. Always together but not. They've been friends for ages but last chapter really made me wonder if maybe Victor was wanting a bit more than just friendship from Nicholas. (side note: The guy Nicholas was with last chapter was a total creep! loser.) He had no problem with Frank and Kain kissing so obviously Victor is just unsure of how to handle himself around Nicholas. *snerk* The little conversation Nicholas had with Frank and Kain before Victor arrived was so funny! Nicholas: "...I thought maybe if the two of you--" Frank: "Performed lewd acts in front of him?" LOL! Frank is such a naughty boy!! XD Good luck at the academy, Victor! :)

but they are stll ruining philips name. died and didn't knopw that adieen thought he raped her and he had to be misble but she gets the happy ending. i don't think that is fair. he did all that but it's going to be niki everyone knows, not philis and philip deserved better than adieen. i'm sorry, i like the story just not adieen and how she is still treating philip even though he is dead. how come you aren't posting this on lj any more?

Ended with a birth aw! These things come full circle. hope the last chapter will continue inthe vien of nice tie up,i'm sure it will.
