Vegeta felt his mouth fall open.---aww that is soooo sweet! I love the turn around that Piccolo has made! That makes me happy. I love how Piccolo keeps grinning at Vegeta...cute!

And Vegeta was still in stunned silence, contemplating why he wasn’t causing extreme internal bleeding to the Namekian.--LoL, because it\'s true, he loves Goku! yeah!!!

Wondered—just briefly—why it was that two former ‘killers’ were the only ones on this planet that stood behind the man that everyone else was supposed to ‘love’ and ‘trust’ so dearly. ---I wonder that too, but then again there is that old saying. Keep your friends close but your enemies closer! Even though they are former enemies now. But Vegeta is as close as anyone can get to Goku. ^.^

“That thing,” Tien said this whilst pointing at Vegeta, --You know, I hate Tien, but I think I told you that b4. I have always hated him! He is always rude to Vegeta! *shakes fist at Tien* How dare he call Vegeta a thing, he\'s the one with 3 freaking eyes!

Goku moved forward, grabbed Vegeta, wrapped his arms around the shoulders and weaved his hands together behind Vegeta’s neck to immoblize his arms, pulled him back, felt him kicking and held on as Vegeta continued to yell at his son.---aww I am always so impressed with Goku and the wonderful choices he makes. Going to his Prince like that. I am so dissapointed in the others...I wish Vegeta did kill them all! It makes me so sad how they are treating them. Especially Goku, after being his friend all those years!!! How heart breaking this all is.

But he looked at Goku, told him without having to speak that he was willing to give him this because he cared about Goku and was willing to stand by his decision.--This ficcie makes me so sad. I am glad they didn\'t give into the the anger and fight, as much as I want those idiots to die. But I am also impressed with Vegeta, doing what he knows what his mate wants by just walking away. I think you wrote this very well.

I wonder where they IT\'d to?

Anyway thanks for another awesome chapter!

Review for the LEMONY INTERLUDE

Because he was sick and tired of Trunks always staring at his ass like it was the most interesting thing in the whole universe—which it was,--LoL, he is very confident in himself!

Especially sense Trunks thought that he was the best at everything he ever did --hehe I sense this to be a forshadowing of the lemon to come...hehe poor Trunks.

Pulled back, licked his lips, held their hips together. “Are you ready?” Goten asked.---I loved that. Goten is so cute.

(Stolen from his father’s bathroom, but honestly, with all the lube they had who would notice one little tube missing?) --you never know as sex crazed as Goku is he just might notice it missing.

Now he was standing there with his ass hanging out in the wind,--rofl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is funny!

(Memo to self, never eat food that Goten has prepared unless you have watched him wash his hands.)--rofl! ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww that is so gross.

This was a great chappy and super funny, with a yummy lemon to boot.
Thanks for the break from the angst, even though I love angst, but I am glad you decided to lighten the mood a little with this cute chappie.
Trunks being so oblivious was too adorable.

Yeah, my Gohan is definitely being an ass. But don’t worry, soon he’ll team up with someone who will make him a bigger ass!- Oh dear God NO!

“Why the hell is Trunks trying to molest me every time we fight?” - that has to be like the funniest line ever! ROTFL
And I very much liked Goku\'s reply, which consisted of an \'Ok\' ^-^

I liked the blunt \'You need to go take a shower. You sme' - ' - So polite.
And the lemon scene was... yum! But should already know by now that I always enjoy reading you \'descriptive\' lemony scenes. ^_~

\'Persnickty\' - ?!? Of all the words to use! LOL
But then again I always giggle, (yes giggle!) When I hear the word \'Bottom\'. O_o

Looking forward to the next chap,\'t \'t wait to see how Trunks and Goten deal with their \'predicament\'. Also now I am desperately trying to figure out what Piccolo knows... ^_^

Really loved the opening scenes. Vegeta\'s inner thoughts are always a treat:

Loved the way he handled Piccolo, loved that he didn\'t feel the need to answer Piccolo\'s question, and even when pushed he still didn\'t...loved this response:

Perfect! Goku is a fully grown man, he doesn\'t need babysitting. :-)

\"This made it think, apparently, because it was still for a moment, and thoughtful—thinking green little thoughts, no doubt.\"

*chuckle* like I said, love Vegeta\'s inner thoughts :-)

\"That he had stood at their smelly, undersized, bald and green sides and protecteds ids idiot magnet.\"

LOL! Love his description of the Earth :-D

Totally agreed with Vegeta\'s thoughts about the other\'s attitude when it came to him and his son helping them in times of trouble, and their attiude to him in times of peace.

\"“Good,” the green thing said. Looked at him, and gave him an odd look. Something like humor, like he was amused by Pri Prince.\"

Wha? Did Piccolo read Vegeta\'s mind when he was thinking those thoughts?

\"“Oh,” Trunks still had that offended look on his face,\"

LOL! Poor Trunks, he has always been a bit on the refined side...he should hang out with his dad a bit more :-)

\"To stop them, because whatever they thought was important enough to fight over wasn’t more important than the fact that they were brothers, and brothers should not fight one another.\"

Totally agree!

\"Vegeta saw this, because he had a triumphant little smirk on his face.\"

Vegeta, on the other hand, does not. LOL!

Really don\'t like Gohan. Goku should have kicked his arse for this!

Amazing! The only one causing a rift is Gohan as far as I can see.

Again, I loved Vegeta\'s response...pure class :-)

Poor Goku. I hate that Gohan has got him questioning himself like this.

Loved the end part with Vegeta and Goku. Very touching :-)

I think that I could read an A/U where sayians have sex everyday, maybe evey two or three times a day, and never get tired of it.

That said, I like the little bit of angst that was in the begining of this fic, and the plot twists that have occured through out it. Keep up the good work.

It seems so hard for Veggie and Goku to be a couple, it makes me sad. It made me sad at the end of this chap when Goku says maybe he shouldn\'t be w/ Vegeta but then he says no he wants to be with him. I hate that he even had to think that. I hate that everyone is putting them though this. But I totally loved when Goku said he wont choose b/c they is nothing to choose! He is right! *hugs Goku* He is awesome!

to allow his whole being to be suspended on the ropes of Kakarot’s affection and know thatwoulwould not fall.---gosh, thats wonderful. I am so glad that Vegeta feels that way about Goku too! It makes me happy. ^.^ It makes me x-tra happy that Goku really does feel like that and he would never let Vegeta fall. This couple is the greatest!

Where do I begin? This chapter was wonderful, from the contented afterglow, loving stroking, the pillow talk, which generated a sense of soothing, confident release, to the, almost mellow, kiss, which nonetheless spoke of need, through to that scene, when they went in search of food:

\"Just scraps of things as they stood in the late evening light. Him with nothing on and Kakarot with nothing off.\"

The ideaVegeVegeta completely naked, whilst Kakarot is still fully clothed, as they shared such intimate moments together, is extremely erotic. Really loved the imagery :-)

Loved the lemon. Paticularly loved these moments:

\"Loved the restraint and hated it because any decent Saiyan would have had Vegeta on his hands and knees by now.\"

\"Not when he couldn’t see Vegeta. He wanted to see his face, wanted to knhat hat he wasn’t hurting him. Didn’t want to fuck him like he was nothing, because Vegeta was something.\"

\"...watched Vegeta stare at him like he was confused. Pushed into him, and the confusion changed, those dark eyes closed, head tipped back, his neck flushed and he was panting. Glowing. Burning.\"

I know that there was ald old of wonderful stuff between the first and the last two pieces, but I loved how the Saiyan-raised Prince believed that the decent Saiyan way to behave was to have him on all fours and get on with it, and yet when Goku had him in that very position, he moved him around to face him, needing to be sure that he enjoyed this shared moment, wiping away Vegeta\'s confusion with this deep show of respect for his mate, his Prince. A truly decent Saiyan. I loved this :-)

Enjoyed the after-sex moments and the bathroom scene. :-)

Hn, I agree that with Vegeta\'s past, I would be very wary of having him in my presence, so in that sense, I would understand such feelings from people such as Bulma, ChiChi, Goku and Gohan, but I totally agree with Mechanical Butterfly here, the others have their own shady pasts, and in Krillin\'s case an equally doubtful partner, yet they\'re immediately accepted into the gang without reservation...the only one to be uncertain was ChiChi (where Piccolo was concerned...and rightly so, one minute he\'s trying to kill Goku, the next, he\'s taken off into the wilderness with her 5yr old son).

I guess I don\'t understand the others attitude also, because Vegeta is Saiyan, their way of life was totally natural for him, he was not breaking any of their laws or moral codes when he went planet purging...and as much as I hate his whole planet purging days [ being human an\' all :-) ] I actually respect him much more than those who broke their own world\'s codes with their past actions...particularly Yamcha and T..(l..(like MB, I totally dislike Tien)... and future conduct...Krillin and his obsession with the (at the time) \'hell bent on destroying\' android 18.

For Vegeta to settle on Earth and ultimately respect their laws, whilst remaining as true to his Saiyan ways as possible, puts him head and shoulders above the disapproving ones, in my honest opinion :-)

\"(Don’t let anyone else know this but:) I actually like Chichi in this fic...\" \"(Normally I dislike her with reservation. Should have known she had to be dead for me to like her.)\"

LOL! She definitely drove me crazy with her screeching, frying pan yielding ways, and obsession with Gohan\'s studies. But I have read so many ChiChi bashing stories that it\'s gotten annoying and I like to see her presented in a good light for a change... btw, I have never considered anything you wrote as true ChiChi bashing, it was actually kind of funny...but then again I\'m not a ChiChi fan :-D No, I\'m talking about really serious bashing, I hate it when I come across that stuff, for any of the characters. I really like tay yay you present her memory in this one. :-)

Although I do believe that he is naive in some ways, which is of course, totally removed from idiocy, it\'s possible that what you say is very true, it would make sense with the \'shifts\' I have seen in his personality...and, I have noticed that he\'s never quite the \'idiot\' when he\'s talking direct to Vegeta.

\"So, anywho, the point was: (oh, lord I sound all snotty again) experience builds confidence.\"

LOL! I agree with this, but like you, it\'s going to require a moment of confidence to post that first fic when I finally finish whichever one first...hn, maybe a glass or two of red will do the trick in boosting that confidence :-)

I totally sympathise re: your nerves on your first posting, but believe me, I am very glad you finally did, you have nothing to be nervous over. You are a wonderful writer, so I am sure that your originals are great reading :-)
