Gilgamesh,
Thank you for the review. Sometimes when a story is uploaded, the transcript becomes distorted. I hadn't realized that. When I can, I will take time to fix those errors. Thank you for your notification on that regard.
Hello I am new to this fic and I could not help but notice the odd spelling mistakes. I am on Chapter 9 and the mistakes such as breakfasggs, ggs and others seem completely impossible. I do not understand how you can have such errors. Normal spelling mistakes I understand but this is ridiculous. you said in a response to someone that you fixed some mistakes in one of the chapters. However why not go through the whole fic and proofread it? Fix the many mistakes in an otherwise good fan fiction to avoid situations that make what a character saws impossible to understand?
Take this into consideration I do hope the years have helped you however old you are.
~GILGAMESH.
Left you a review on Strong Heart too, hope you had a chance to check it out. Like I said over there, I am always compelled to review what I read, mainly because it's only fair to the author who has given us so much of their time and even one could say a piece of their soul. So here you go:
You know, I truly do believe Monster is a fantastic story. I am not going to kid you, I truly hate gore, I don't like watching gory movies, I don't enjoy reading gore and I would gladly pass on it, but regardless of the gory, gruesome elements in this story, I was still completely fascinated by it, so to me that truly is a sign of accomplishment in your part. I think what makes it so phenomenal is how it plays like a very good thriller, were you don't really even know what's going on throughout most of the story, and you can't wait to find out who "the killer" is. That really hooks you, it makes you want to read and read and (stay up til 3am reading when you gotta go to work the next day, lol bitch ;P), and read... I think the best way to describe your stories is that you can't put them down. Really, and it's such a rare find. Good God, way above mediocre shit I've seen (and have you noticed how some of that mediocre shit gets hundreds of reviews? If you could post something like Monster on a site with the affluence of FFNET you would get more reviews than only 300. Or maybe not, you know how people are. Sometimes kiddies or sensible people just can't deal with these subject matters. They'd rather review romantic piles of dung. But still, it never ceases to amaze me how some stuff gets like WHOA, reviews galore... cripes).
So... I have to start on your sequel now, cause as you can see I am devouring your stories one by one, yeah, you could say I am binging on Camaro, and won't stop til I've read it all. My last thought would be I am glad I am the kind of person who really just likes it hard (dark fics, cause if not I'd be missing out).I think this story is definitely not for everyone. You really do need to be quite openminded to truly enjoy it, and for that I commend you. I think you got balls to cross the line and express yourself regardless of anything. Right up my alley. Sometimes I hate the feeling of having to compromise my creative identity and creative integrity for the sake of readers, and I refuse to do so, hence I respect someone who behaves the same way.
Way to go...(ps. did you start writing that original story? What was it about, will you publish it? Aw... would love to know).
Much Love,
Caprice
I loved the way in some parts the story reminded me of several Stephen King books I read, The Stand, Gerald's Game, Carrie, Rose Madder, etc.
Waiting for chapter 20 of Perfection now ^_^
