You should make this into a series. Write more chapters. I feel like this could be one of the greater(and more realistic) DBZ stories out there!

I like it. Normally I would say that the \'first person present\' makes things hard to understand (pretty much a solid past-tense or past-perfect, myself) but it was actually better this way.
