Hey, first I wanted to say that by definition you can only plagerize work if you claim it to be your own, so since the person who posted this didn't say it was theirs, it's not plagerism, altho if you know the author's name it might be a good idea to put it in. But honestly, what's this "written permission" stuff? Even if this was a plagerised work and you needed permission, it could be verbal, written, typed, whatever the author wanted. Whoever said that isn't a lawyer and if they were I wouldn't hire them since they dunno what they're talking about.

if this isn't your story then you can't post it. you have the have the author's written consent. if you dont have it then it's plagirisn.

Gohan and Videls first time huh lol it sounds very,VERY similar to mine except mine is when they are in high school.
It was sweet...a nice little fan-fict. ((wish i was Videl...Goku and Gohan are my fav Characters...)) ^_^
