Okay, I have to say: This is the best Dragonball Z fanfiction I've ever read, and that is saying a lot because I've read a whole freakin' lot of them. Everything about this was perfect; I felt like I was watching "lost episodes" from the series or something--everyone was so wonderfully in character, the plot was so enticing, and the adventures they had were so fun and captivating. Normally, I hate 'what if' scenarios with a PASSION, but this is definitely the exception. It was done *well*. And was made even better by the fact that it featured Vegeta at the point in his life where I found him most lovable--when he was still a villain with a good heart deep down, instead of a hero with a thorny exterior (not that I ever stopped loving him--that's impossible! He was just more spellbinding then, don't you think?).

And I think that every Vegeta/Bulma fan has to admit that they've wondered what it would be like if he and Bulma got together before he'd completely turned over his new leaf. I know that I did, but strangely enough, it never occurred to me to write it--I always ended up writing about their relationship as it happened, without deviating from the most-largely known facts at all. After reading this, I feel inspired on so many levels.

I have so much praise to give for this story...there were so many hilarious lines that nearly had me in tears, and so many unexpected moving and psychologically-insightful parts inserted at random moments that really made me think. There's no way I could list all the things I loved about this story without spending as many hours reviewing it as you did writing it. So, I'll just say that I loved it beyond words and that it really pissed me off that it ended on such a cliffhanger. ^_^ (that's some strong, respectful hinting on my part) Please update soon? You probably get this all the time, but...the suspense just might kill me.

i have to admit that the story is addictive, but i can't help but wonder about the ending ^_^;;;. Please forgive my impatience :( .

Please....more....this is wondeful, and I would like to see not only that Vegeta beat the crap out of Cooler, but also (if ti possible) a lemon (even if it is a tiny little one).
