Beautiful story. The torture was gruesome, but all of the emotion was so perfectly conveyed. I love it.

I am impressed. I don\'t generally read outside of my fandom, but I recently decided to take a swing on FullMetal. Most of what I\'ve read has been mediocre, a few good, a lot bad. Of course, that can be said about any fandom, really. However, you have written a wonderful and engaging story. Cheers to you.

Great chapter! The tension and fear in the confrontation with the woman was well communicated. The the twist that Ed was able to overcome his fear to do an alchemistric reaction against her added to the fight scene.

The scene where Al finally confesses his feelings for Ed, and his absolute fear of Ed\'s reaction I especially liked. You are one of the best writers in brings across to the reader the feelings of the characters and the general atmosphere of a scene.

Ah..nasty cliffhanger.

Although im not generally into elricest, so far i\'ve enjoyed this story. Its very well written.

that\'s a horrible, horrible place to stop it. Just thought I\'d let you know, because... well, it\'s mean, that\'s all. Plain and simply mean to stop there. Fine, I\'ll just wait for an update, but it better not be too long it coming, I tell you...

I like this a lot. For once an Ed/Al that feels natural, with careful progression. I\'m not a big fan of Elricest for a lot of reasons, even though I would hesitantly call myself an Ed/Al shipper. The sad fact is that too many authors force it, but your story does not, and for that I\'m grateful.

The characterization is very good, though I\'d say Ed curses a bit too much. Sure, he\'s been known to drop an f-bomb or two in tense situations, but he really does it pretty rarely (unless he\'s talking to Mustang, of course). Aside from that, I think this is great. Chapter 9 was painful to read. I was cringing during that last part, with the glass shards. Be careful not to rush ahead too much with the story and forget to deal with just what your fic promises--the aftermath. Two years of imprisonment and torture is going to take a long time and a lot of effort to get over, I imagine. (Oh, and kudos for not bring sexual abuse into the mix. It\'s way overdone.)

Give us some more \"aftermath,\" take the romance nice and slow, and keep up the good work. Looking forward to new chapters.
