Correction: only 49 pages. Still can't print it all though. ;_;

YAY, FINISHED CHAPTER TWO! I want Rei to cook for me, dammit. Then I'd have food at my house. ^^ *needs food*

I noticed how in his inner-musings, Kai is quick to repeat several times over how is afraid of no one except for Boris (and Brooklyn now), but said "Rei? You are scaring me." rather quickly. ^^ Quick spelling erorr, it said 'hose' when you meant 'house'. ^^ S'kay. Anyway, I wonder what kind of food Rei can cook? Is he like, cook from scratch cook or cook from a box and instruction manual cook? *wonders* ON TO CHAPTER THREE! XD!

It's 12:30 am here... so I can't read it all.... but I am copying/pasting & printing, yus! XD. Skimmed it. Found dialogue and read. I love the phasology you use for the opening sequence. Super-awesome phrases "shattered peace and ruined night", "eating the light"; fucking awesome. I wish I came across this fix so long ago, it hurts. I just want to sit on my roof and gaze at the night, enjoying it from without rather than staring through the window now.

Now to copy and paste the other chapters for reading at work! VICTORY!

If this is the only Brooklyn/Kai fix I find (since I cast Kai as seme because he's badass like that), I'm happy to have found it. ^^

You know, it almost sounds as if Kai has carpol tunnel. I know it doesn't go with the psychological trauma, but carpol tunnel comes from constant repetative strain on your hands. It can cause the nerves and muscles in your hands and wrists to collapse, making it extremely painful and hard to function with your hands. Usually it occurs with people who type alot or use their hands alot to move things. If you think about it, with alot of the ripcord pulling, beybladers could also be potential victims of carpol tunnel. Kai, with his constant training and the extreme stress from his battle, would be one of those most likely to get it.

Medical jumbo aside, I LOVED this chapter. Tala/Kai moment!!! And Brooklyn is finally coming to understand his feelings and how his actions affect Kai. Poor Kai. You will torture him before this is all over right? Just so that we get more Tala/Kai and Brooklyn/Kai moments? Lots of tender care for Kai! ^_^
