I know this was written 10 years ago but I just read it now and need to say this. WOW just WOW, how did you manage to create such a beautifully written piece? It is so short and yet packed with feelings and emotions. Tears actually started rolling down my cheeks without warning at the revelation. I ended up accepting the sad feeling and cried my eyes out. Is it because you painted such a perfect picture of love in the first paragraphs that the twist was even more painful to find out? It's a rhetorical question. Probably. I just needed to say how beautiful this short story was. I don't have the words to say how gifted you are, not everyone is able to write such a short piece and make the reader cry in such a way. And from the reviews I've read, I'm not the only one. Congratulations, that was absolutely perfect. Art.

Goddamit, woman! Howcome you go and make me cry like this in the middle of the afternoon?! It was a godamn shock, you know. I hate sad stories but.. but ... it was so beautiful and well written that... that..... that I'll just imagine that Gohan got the dragon balls and wished Trunks back and just the two of them lived happily ever after. Y'know, my favorite DB couple is Gohan x Mirai Trunks and my second is Goten x Trunks. I just finished reading the 16th chapter of When there are two of me, and now I read this, my two favorite couples \o/ but I'm damn sad now and hope to find happiness in the next story ^.^

Oh my God. I cried at this, I really did. It's just so sad. I don't know what to say, but that this is a perfect fic. Honestly. I've read many of these short one-timers, but yours is truly the elite of the elite. I'm crying while I'm writing this so sorry if my writings not that good. Silent tears fall all the time when I think about this fic. Thank you for writing such a sad and memorable piece. You're an artist. Thank you. Hope you write more of these. :')
