i know that porunga can bring anybody back no matter how many times they have died and shenron can bring back a person only once which means if they die again you cannot bring them back. for both dragons there is no real timeline of when you have to bring the person back. just remeber it takes the dragon ball a year to re-charge after making a wish and that a namek year is different then a earth year. hear is all the info i can remeber for the dragon balls so i hope it helps.

hey as far as i remember there is a time limmit in which the dragon can bring people / planets back to life .. i can't remember the time frame though i think it was either 1 or 2 or 5 ... which is y vegeta could never bring back planet Vegeta

Anyway, loved how you pictured all the situation with the little demi-saiyans and all. It's hard to make them understand what's going on, but it turned out well. Anyway, I was going to say that Goku was a little ooc, but who wouldn't if you were tired as hell? And pregnant!
And they make such a lovely couple... Since you have described them as a couple that's getting mature and growing together. Hmmm... well, hope you get what I mean.

About porunga and shenron... Well, porunga has a lot more power than shenron, as he can fulfill three wishes at a time... But then again, shenron was able to do that later... Porunga revived all the earthlings when Buu wiped them out, and managed to have the earth back to its original stats, but well, I think when it comes to reviving ppl he's much alike shenron...
Shenron could revive them if they were killed or dead by no natural cause and in the frame time of a year. But I think that's because it was reviving the body, so if the body got rotten, Shenron couldn't do anything. But again, Bulma managed to build a machine to preserve Krilin's body when he got killed by Tambourine, Piccolo Daimaoh's creation. So well, I dunno.

And one question, do you speak spanish? (It'll be nice to review in spanish cos it's hard thinking in two different languages at the same time XD)

Oh, and how will Goten react if he sees that his new sibling's got a tail? Gohan had one but got rid off it a long time ago... And Trunks? Will the baby saiyan eat like there's no tomorrow? How much time's left to goku to have the baby?

Porunga can bring back anyone as many times as a person wants but he can only bring back one dead person/alian at a time, but he has 3 wishes, while shenrong (sp?) can only grant 2 wishes, but he can bring back mutiple dead people/alians at a time, unless they have been wished back befor. Hope that helps.

I really like it, I'm not a fan of male pregnancy, but the way you do it isnt annoying or stupid, I commend you, and i'm looking forward to seeing where you go with this. And you should name the kid Malikai, or Nycorim, just my opinion. Great job!!
