In the first part, he talks about coming back to be with Roy, but it can't happen now. He's a murderer and admits even to himself that he's lost it. In the end, Ed comes back to see Roy before he dies. He's finished his goal and wants Roy to help him, to set him free. He gives him the stones as the only proof of his accomplishment and asks him to use them, to wipe his sins from his body and soul. At least that summarizes the main part of the second chapter. Or what I wanted to say. Thanks for reviewing!

thank you for writting this and even though the ending was sad I couldn't see it any other way. it was great. i loved the last line.

I read this story yesterday but couldn't review for shitty internet.
It was a sad thing, Ed going on a killing spree but I didn't understand what happened in the end.
