Aw man, I was hoping this was finished when I started it. Then again, I'm glad it isn't finished. This is without a doubt the absolute best FMA fic I've ever read. I can't wait for the next chapter! It's just so perfect! Please update again soon!

oh so good. I hadn't read these before so I just spent an amount of hours I'd rather not admit reading one chapter of Ed's POV and then one chapter of Roy's. These are really good and after realising just when you started this (which by the reviews was a year ago OMG) I know it must take a lot of work and effort just to finish one chapter. I love how you've given Roy some vunrabilities, he always acts so casual and sure of himself and now he falters ocasionally which is nice 'cos it makes him seem human.
I was going to add the seemingly obligatory update soon but I know these take forever to write and you have other stories to do too (which I also read and love) that I'll just say thank you for posting what you have so far and I'll wait nice and patiently for the next chapter of both POV's.

As I read about Roy and the mess he's making of his life, this little scene plays in my head:
The deviously smiling fangirl sidles up beside Roy who is too busy trashing his life to notice her or the wrench in her hands. Before Roy can react, the kitty fangirl cracks him over the head with the wrench. Roy hits the floor like a ton of bricks. The fangirl, with her hands on her hips, leans over Roy and proceeds to give him a piece of her mind. "Roy Mustang you are a complete idiot! Stop being such a jackass and just accept the love Ed is giving you! Stop trying to live his life for him! You said he's an adult so how about you start treating him like one! Now, go make up with Ed if you know what's good for you. Don't make me have to come back here and have to knock some sense into that thick head of yours again!" She glares her best death-glare at the dazed prostrate man to emphasize her point. She then turns and walks away disappearing into the twisted imagination she sprang from.
*shamed* Yeesh. Yeah, well, I never said it was a 'good' scene. That thing needs a warning label! :)
Anyway, I very much enjoyed Roy arguing Dr Maple! :) The doc's not scared to tell Roy exactly how it is! It was funny too when Roy tried to convince himself that he was NOT going to go to Ed's place and get his things for him but ended up doing it anyway! :D Roy being in Ed's room was my favorite part of the chapter. The dried-up flowers, the book under the pillow, the well-worn boxers - all these little things standing in testament to Ed's devotion to Roy. If only Roy could accept it. The book is especially telling. Having it under the pillow is Ed's way of having a little bit of Roy there with him at all times. <3 I can't wait to see how Ed reacts when he finds that book in the bag! :) It was very sweet when Ed asked Roy if he could hold his hand! *melts* I was starting to get hopeful when they were talking that they'd work some stuff out but it didn't happen. ;_; Roy is just too damned convinced he knows "what's best" for Ed. pish. self-righteous jerk. Roy is in for it now that Ed is going to focus all his determination on him! Surrender now Roy because you've already lost to the force of nature that is Edward Elric! :D

WTF?? My review is half gone again!! I spend all this time and effort to write the damn thing and it doesn't post?!? Damnation and hellfire! UGH! All that wasted effort. T_T Let me see if I can remember what I just wrote. *sigh* Why me? ;_;
