w00t! New chapter! It's really funny because I was just thinking about this today, wondering when you would update again. I laughed at some parts, especially at Russell. X3 I can't wait for the next chapter, and it makes me sad that you said we're nearing the end. Update soon.

O_O!! ZAKAI!! What are you doing to me?!? XD Aw hell! Ed gave Russell a blowjob!! *dies* :) I suspected something might happen between these two. Ed was watching Russell's ass a bit too much in the beginning of the chapter. Bad Ed! :D That and the line, "unless the opportunity jumped out at him and bit him on the nose" was foreshadowing if I ever saw it! :) I am glad there's no real attraction between them tho. (God I hope not anyway!! Russell drives me insane!! Arrogant ass doesn't even begin to cover it!! :D) Ed was clearly using Russell. Ever the scientist, Ed experimented with Russell just to see what seeing your partner was all about. I wonder if Ed is pleased with the results. Seeing your partner adds a certain something to it. It can also form and/or strengthen an emotional attachment to your partner. Ed is trying to avoid this with his mystery lover but his efforts may be in vain. Russell, I think, just got a wake-up call that he likes guys - assuming he wasn't fantasizing about guys to begin with when he was jerking off. Russell jerking off. ugh. I need a bath after that thought! LOL! Ed or Roy wanking, fine; Russell, uh, no thanks! :D And why Ed wiping his cum off on Russell's chair and carpet was funny to me is beyond me. :) I can just imagine Ed looking at his messy hand and thinking, "OK, now what am I gonna do with this? Oh, I know. I'll just use the upholstery to clean up." LOL! Ah, gotta love mental theater! :) Oh, the fact that Russell was smaller than Roy made me smile! :)

Well, lookee here at all the plot! Roy's messing up again getting himself in deeper and deeper touching and whispering to Ed like that. He's gonna screw around (no pun intended) and give himself away. This is the moment I'm most waiting for. The moment when the truth comes out and they either accept it and have a better relationship for it or it all goes to hell in a handbasket with both of them left devastated in its wake. There's not much middle ground here. Given how volatile Ed can be, it could get messy. I'd like to think not but one never knows.

I'm saddened to know the end is approaching. *sigh* All good things eventually come to an end don't they? :( Oh well, better enjoy it while it lasts! :)

I liked the chapter 7 more than any other chapter this far. I think you described both Ed's and Roy's feelings very well. It was cool that Ed tested the safeword and that Ed was cautious enough not to trust to a complete stranger completely. I thought earlier that Ed trusted his unknown sex-partner too much, that Ed was out of character. But Ed's slight fear that "stranger" wouldn't stop even if he said the safeword repaired the OC. I really liked this chapter. Please continue the story. I will be watching for updates from you.

Seriously, I was up until 4 a.m. reading this when I came across it. I could not stop. This is THE best Roy/Ed I've ever seen. The kinkiness is dead sexy! I was really getting scared/nervous for Ed before he blurted out Nobelium (which is a genius touch of trivia by the way.) Is Ed ever going to remember to mention no more hickies to his secret lover? I need to be on this mailing list for updates! Just an awesome story!

I'm waiting for Ed to notice the ribbon of Mustang's typewriter or something and see the order of the letters used read the same as the notes he's received.

Chapter 7. Damn. What can you say? I think I would have said the safe word also. I think your chapter was fine. Well written. Definitely graphic. I do not think I could have gone through with it like Ed did. Oh, I do not think this is going to end well...at least for Roy. Wow...how did Roy get this kinky? Going to war too early and killing? Or something else? As usual your work is well done.

Zakai, I have to tell you I absolutely love your story. You’ve an excellent author, and after reading this last chapter I just had to speak. I can’t imagine how hard that was, yet you balanced it wonderfully. The entire time I read I kept trying to imagine writing it while keeping such a fine line. You’re story is delicious in the fact I am eager for Ed and Roy to find each other out, and yet each chapter is so interesting I don’t necessarily feel the need. You’re waltzing through such a wonderful web of suspense and excitement, it’s rare. For a little smut, this has more plot, effort, and is more fun to read than many others. Every time I see an update here I am excited, and the day I find a compliment from you on one of my own pieces I will truly be honored.
