I finally get to review Chapters 7 and 8. Loved the meeting of all parties in the hallway. I knew Ed would not do anything to upset or scare a child. Nice to see how mature Ed is getting. I knew Ed would have gotten over the fact that Roy had not told him about his child and would have supported Roy. Roy is the one not thinking and acting that mature. Still loved the fact the Ed destroyed the pillows. He would not be Ed without a small bit of destruction...he cannot always be mature. Glad that Ed has a lot of friends that are there for him especially his brother and Havoc. Speaking of Havoc, does he like our Eddie? In that way? You know storm Karen is on the periphery. Poor Liam....he never should have been with his mother especially with her level of unstability. I feel bad for the little kid. Roy, Roy, Roy...what are we going to do with you...you definitely have mishandled so many things. I am surprised that Hawkeye still has your back. Do not dislike Roy...he is good with his boy and is trying to do the right thing but can that man mishandle a relationship or what. Cannot wait to see how this goes. You know Ed will have his back when Karen come to town to do battle. With her level of alchemy Ed will know what to do. Plus...I like catEd being in the Mustang household with Ed's old disposition and as a reminder to Roy. Cool.

Duhn Duhn Duhn! secret revealed and I'm guessing a fight to come! Love the little boy, he's adorable. Can't wait to see what happens next!

Talk about awkward... lol They meet after Ed has ripped up Roy's pillows. I can't wait to read more. I have no doubt fallen in love with this story line.

So...the cat's come out of the bag, literaly. The cat itself is just hilarious, so is Ed vandalizing Roy's stuff.

I have ben absent from AFF for sometime now because I thought that alot of stories were turning into mindless smut.
not that i dont mind it, your story line is wonderful. The emotions that Ed is feeling strike me to the core.
I cant wait to read more

Chapter 6 is another good chapter. I like how you bring the past back in to play. Roy is rather sweet and loving as a father. I cannot wait for the inevitable meeting between Roy, Ed, and Liam (and Ed the cat). I think Ed would have taken it better if Roy would have trusted him more. Glad Ed and Al are getting back to being protective brothers. Nice to see Maes again. Havoc is a good friend. I still would like Roy and Liam walking into Roy's house and running into Ed. Roy should give Ed more credit. Worried about Karen...you know she is not out of the story yet. Roy may need Ed to deal with whatever her research has conjured up. I do not trust what she will do for revenge. Poor Liam. Hope they make it to Central before the law can catch up with them. Sorry about the twin bed mistake....I got it later after I reviewed. I kind of was wondering what Roy was up to but then again I have seen parents by twin beds for one child so a friend could use the other to spend the night. Cannot wait for the next chapter.

Ahhhh! I demand more right now! It's so good, and each chapter gets better and better. I'm glad Al isn't mad at Ed, but then, they're brothers and they could never REALLY hate each other. Ohhh... don't leave it like this!

Oh I feel so sorry for Ed but you'd think the others would hint at the truth for him. Writing a bad letter of recomendation, that's not so bad, I was imagining up worse. I love that the cats name is Ed and even though in the anime Al and Ed left it somewhere else, you still had Mustang take it in, well give it to his son, it's close enough.

If having a son from a previous relationship is part of Roy's secret then it is not too late to tell Ed. Sometimes something like that for someone in Roy's position can be understandibly something that needed to be kept a secret. Surely Ed would come around especially if he needed to be saved by Roy from the mother. So the twin beds are for Liam and someone else? Or just for Liam. Poor Ed...he thinks the beds are for him. I do not think Karen will be sharing one of those beds. Karen seems to be in something dangerous. Ed would definitely have Roy's back (even if he was angry...you know Ed...he would come around). But I bet there is way more to the story than just this. I can see Ed and Liam warily in the same house. If Liam and his mother are in dangerous alchemic waters Ed would be the one to understand and work with Roy. Roy...what is up with you? Hope Ed does not leave before they arrive from the East. And I really hope Ed and Al can work things out. See...Al is still there for Ed no matter what. I cannot wait for more of the story to unfold.

O_O... I could feel the 'daddy' coming but it was still shocking! Whew, I hope Roy gets over himself and will talk to Ed!!
