I totally forgot about Chris. He's gunna be pissed if he finds out Duo did it....although I feel like he'll be pissed no matter what.

whoo! You are back! I'm glad you are still writing this story despite all your problems. I hope you get some good luck on your side to get you out of them. You have no idea how long I have been waiting for Heero to start looking at Duo in some sort of romantic manner! And now he is! Despite my love for your story, I still have to say that some of the dialog and inner dialog is kind of rambling. I did read your A/N at the beginning, so I understand a bit more. I look forward to more!

As for them being un-betaed, your technical writing proficiency is such that the errors could be easily overlooked (and I for one am one of those grammar friends so take that as you will). I am very grateful and envious of your dedication to your stories even in the midst of your apparent real life chaos. I do hope things turn out well for you and you will continue to share your writing with us.

I am glad you are still keeping up with this. I'm not sure if it's the respite you had for awhile before starting up again, but I believe your writing has improved in these past couple chapters. Overall I love the characters and the character development (even without yet having read the prequel), but somewhere in the middle I started merely skimming chapters because there was so much rehashing of the same material. Granted, it is established that Duo (and Heero to a lesser extent) have such low self esteems that they both suffer from circular thinking, but sometimes that just went into too much detail. I liken it to episodes of DBZ, where we spend three episodes delving into the character powering up before the plot progresses any. However, that being said, the past two chapters or so seemed much more balanced and I didn't find myself skimming (which is good because I heart your really long chapters otherwise ^_^). Thank you for this latest chapter!

i really hope that you finish this story to it conclusion. i've been following it for the last couple of years and would like to know of heero and duo have a happy ending. maybe a lemon thrown in. *hint hint* thanks for writing a great story.

That was a pretty interesting flashback, but I have to be honest with you. A lot of the inner monologue that happened before the flashback was repetitive. Of course I still love the story, though.

Thanks for updating this story! I really felt a tug in my heart when I read Duo's hallucination/dream (?) of him telling Heero that he was dirty... it kinda pulled the right strings... nevertheless it was a good chapter (as always). It gave me a sense of who Wes really was to Duo's distorted mind. Can't really blame the poor guy if that was all the "love" and "compassion" he experienced in his short life.

I can only imagine what it felt to have a memory of loneliness as a child. It must have been very frightening for Duo and what only way to cope was cling to the only person who gave him attention (using the word very loosely).

I trust your plot skills and will look forward to your next chapters!

Woot! You updated! I'm glad you came back to this story, and I always want more. I wonder if Duo will get healthy enough to tell Wes that he doesn't have a spleen....kind of an important thing in Duo's life. I wonder what Name is doing, Heero doesn't seem to be aware of it. I look forward to what happens next!

Thank you thank you for deciding to continue this! I was getting worried you'd abandon this, just when its about to get interesting. I really hope heero gets to duo in time :-)

And like what the other reveiwers said, is it possible you make an alternate story for this? Like when duo says yes to Wes...
