I have to say, Goten is a rotten bastard. Sure, he is pretty oblivious like his father, but even Goku knows how to pick up on emotions. I mean, Trunks was pretty bad himself, but he actually put effort into improving himself after Goten refused to return his love. I think that proves deep down that Trunks is a good guy. But Goten, he is willing to betray someone who loves him and do what his obsessive compulsive mother wants him to do, which is to fuck a bimbo and pump out some babies, you know, continue the pattern that produced her and her ancestors. I mean, from what I can see, that bitch doesn't even love anyone in her family, she's only doing it for money and basic biological instinct. I can understand why Goku doesn't like hanging around her, I wouldn't want to either. It was pretty obvious from the start that Trunks craved the love of another, and that was Goten, the only person he could relate to that didn't want him for his money or fame. Trunks willingly gave his love, Goten took it for Trunks being "emotional" and had learned to play it for what it was worth. I think that proves that Goten is, if not evil, then cold and heartless. It's a wonder that Trunks stayed with him for as long as he did, but then, childhood experiences tend to shape who we are when we grow up, hence his strong attachment to Goten. At any rate, I would very much like to see this saga continue, if only to see the relationship between Trunks and Gohan strengthen. It would be nice also to see Goten "grow up" as it were, and try and repair the damage he caused, not only in his friendship with Trunks, but also in the damage he caused to Trunks' and Gohan's budding relationship. You could of course drag this even deeper into the darkness before resolving the drama, however I don't think taking the route of Goten and Trunks getting back together would be wise (despite what others might think, sex-addled minds aside). It would be completely unrealistic for Trunks to take Goten back, not after something so heartbreaking. I doubt it would happen even if you were to beat his head into a brick wall for a few hours. I mean, as it stands, it'll be difficult enough for anything to continue between Trunks and Gohan, and the chances of renewed friendship, let alone violence-free interaction between Goten and Trunks, are pretty slim. Overall, a great story, great drama, romance (and the lack of it), plus lots of potential avenues to take in the future (plus a few unrealistic, audience-destroying ones).

OH MAN, IT'S A THROW DOWN! I have been waiting for this chapter since you started this whole story, and you did not disappoint! I loved that entire chapter, from start to bloody finish. I can hardly wait to see where Goten and Trunks go from here. Stay vanished, Gohan. You're only getting in the way of their sweet, twisted love.

Was that.... ...a whole chapter of hot detailed slashy sex? Wow! Some people write a sex scene and it's the same old same old, and the reader can just skip it cause it's nothing special or new. This however, was the stuff of greatness. I am very happy now. Not only because I have been looking forward to these two "getting it on", but because you took your time getting there. This scene felt very natural and it is exactly how I imagined it would be. I hope that neither guy starts to have second thoughts in the morning because this looks like the beginning of something beautiful. I really like Gohan; he has always been my favorite character, so I can't tell you enough how I absolutely adore how you portray his thought process. I really have a smile on my face and not just because I'm a little perv who enjoys reading slash, but also because I am so delighted to read another chapter of your wonderful work. I have not been reading DBZ fiction lately, and now I am remembering just how much I love the characters, especially that Gohan. Thank you once again for sharing your talent with us readers!¢¾ Authors like you help us fans truley enjoy the series after it is over by opening up the characters and making them even more human.
