absolutely wonderful story so far. I love how you've put so much thought into even the simplest of actions that Trowa makes while keeping to the original story line. it really adds depth to his character that we missed during the original and I honestly can't wait to see where you take this. please continue this! =]

This definitely brought back the best elements of the arc of this series, Heero's interrupted duel with Zechs. That's one of my favorite episodes, and you've reminded me why. I love the tension and Trowa's continued musings and worries about Heero, even if he would never say out loud that he's worried. The punch summed it up pretty well. I love the way Trowa's thoughts hardened so much when he was fighting the suit, then how he softened a great deal once he was with Heero again, not in terms of being affectionate at all, but just being vigilant around him, backing him up, being present for him without smothering him. That's totally Trowa.

I can't imagine how hard it is to get back into the flow of this story after being away for awhile but,to me, you succeeded. I think the jumble of emotions in this chapter well represent the inner-conflict going on inside Trowa. It's like his awakenening sense of self awareness is bumping up against the soldier mode he has always been able to place himself in to do what he had to do. Trowa is finding thoughts and feelings that he was able to suppress or ignore before more difficult to contain. I can well imagine him not knowing what to make of these changes in himself.

I totally understand why he punched Heero. I think I would've punched him to after all the time and effort Trowa put into patching Heero up and helping him heal. It was like the Noventa episode all over again just instead of handing Zechs a gun he went out of his way to disadvantage himself in their fight. I wonder if Trowa knew he could get angry enough to punch anyone? This addition to the story didn't lose me,it just made me more eager for the next chapter.

It took me two days and constant interruptions but I finally finished reading all the chapters so far. It was so worth the effort. This is a wonderful character study of Trowa. The voice you give him rings very true to how he would react to situations considering his childhood or lack thereof.
You see the growth of character from him reacting as he thinks he should to his own awakening sense of self. Especially the more time he spends with Heero.
This is a well-written story that I am thoroughly enjoying. Looking forward to the next chapter.

Yep definitely a filler, but pretty well written. There was a typo though.

"I brought his a cup of coffee back as well."
I brought him a cup of coffee back as well.

Keep up the good work

Another well written and entertaining chapter. You're establishing Trowa's background in a very believable manner

Speaking of sexual tension, how come the sex scenes are more descriptive?
