Hi again! Within the space of 10 minutes :D I did read this earlier but I wanted to read both and then review :)

I like how Trowa's got a stick up his ass. A lot of people struggle when writing stories simultaneously. They tend to drag the character's personality over both stories making it seem...crass and unbelievable. Spesh when they start well and then trail off...I'm very happy to say you don't do this! Another reason you're my bestie author! I like how independant and tough Duo is, yet how soft and creamy he is in the middle...no I'm talking about him being a chocolate! Mind out the gutter! At the same time having Quatre so calculating and careful is adorable when he is trying to one up Trowa...but the silencer has a point about them working together...ouch! And Heero...well what can I say? Out of all 5 of them I'd say Heero's my least fave (but still a fave) but I absolutely adore how insecure he is while maintaining a strong vantage point.

I love your stories and am hungry for more!

Oh,I really enjoyed this chapter. I liked how pissy Trowa was about being set up,only to be shut down by Quatre's cool,slighty disdainful attitude then sucked in by his sincerity. Cudos to Duo for swithching tactics after Trowa almost walked out. In situations like that,it is always best to never let a person know they're being led but to believe they are leading. Between the two they handled Trowa quite well^^.

Cute. I love the ice between Quat and Trowa, it was nice to see two relatively mature, slightly jaded adult males both irritated to some degree about the set-up and having a hard time not taking it out on each other. But even with the friction, you could still see some chemistry between them, just a spark. I like that this wasn't a mushfest of "BOING!! OMG, I'm in love with you at first sight!" that some authors could have made it.

I'm glad you updated. Keep it going.

This was so cute. I love Heero and Duo having sleepy conversations on the phone, that reminds me of when I was still young, dating, and would get calls from guys I liked from weird locations or when they had been drinking and just wanted to say "what's up?!?!" Big risk, asking Heero if he was fine with a double date. Some guys would consider that a turn-off, but obviously he likes Duo. Lots.

Isn't Duo a sneaky devil? Even in the midst of a shaky moment,he finds the opportunity to play matchmaker^^.
I so get his wishy-washiness. Duo and Heero kinda put the cart before the horse and both ended up getting hurt. Duo strikes me as a person who completely trusted his instincts. Then when everything blew up with Heero,his confidence took a major hit. So now it's not just the question of can he trust Heero again but also can he trust his own instincts again.
I will admit to being one of those readers who enjoy filler as long as it gets me more into the story and characters. I'm just weird and nosy like that^^.
Looking forward to the next update.

Dinner over the phone? Heero is nothing if not inventive in his methods to ease Duo into trusting him again. The whole scenario was really kind of sweet even though he is a ways from Duo being totally comfortable with him and sweetness will only get him so far. Though Heero is trying very hard,eventually the focus has to be on how how much he hurt Duo. It seems even Duo didn't realize how much it effected him until he almost had a panic attack at the thought of Heero being at his door.

The Trowa/Quatre first meeting was cute. That first blush of attaction is very potent stuff. With Duo doing his best to help it along it can't help but be interesting.

A dinner date via phone and delivery boy. Never seen that before. LOVE it.

Duo's POV continues to be so cute and so real. I love his reactions to Quat and Tro meeting for the first time, particularly the visuals like Trowa's hand gripping Quat's, the contrast in their skin, Quat's pink ears, etc. It was fun and charming.

I hope Heero gets through to Duo, but I hope he doesn't just pile on the sweetness without actually following through and being genuine and fixing the damage he caused. Looks like he's getting close.

Thing is, in the back of my mind, when and if Duo lets him back in, I'm picturing our long-haired friend laying a kiss on him that makes his brain short-circuit. But I'm jumping leagues ahead. :)

Ah, still loving this. Glad you posted some more, and that Heero's being such a sweetie. He needs to make up for his prior bad act, big-time. But he seems to be doing well at it. And the Quatre/Trowa setup is very cute.
