I had to go back and reread the last chapter to catch myself back up. But I enjoyed this. Lian is really coming into his own as one of my favorite characters in this story. I like that Duo's subterfuge is coming to and end, and that Quatre is finding out more of who he really is.

This keeps getting better. I like that Quatre is thinking about Duo and growing slightly attached to him. Trowa's awesome.

Ok, you've got me hooked now. To tell you the truth, I have had an on and off relationship with this story from the start. Totally not your fault as an author, its just...well, I just don't usually enjoy Quatre-centric fics, and he was your only character practically, and it seemed like he would be this all-powerful mage and everyone else would just pander about him and his glory, and I wasn't interested. But I recently re-tried it and skipped to the last chapter to see if it was all 04 and was pleasantly surprised. I went back and re-read everything, and ya got me. lol

I really enjoyed the glimpse into the evilness that will be their antagonists, and I loved the concept behind Trowa. I'm not sure if he is an immortal soul trapt in a mortal body, or if the battle with the 'one who was once human' (or something like that) has them linked like as long as one is conscious, the other will return or something. Idk, its your story, I'm just guessing. But him being a kick-ass warrior has me UBER excited. He always seems to get the short end of the stick in most fantasy-based fics. (Sorry, he's my fav. I get defensive at times. lol, I'm such a dork)

Anywhoo, explanations aside. You've got a really original plotline going, some interesting character combinations, and I'm just about panting, trying to figure out how you are going to 'convince' these very individual characters to fight as a team. But I'm eagerly awaiting youre next update, and am really excited about the roles of the still missing gundam boys.

This just keeps getting better. I'm glad you brought Trowa into the mix, along with a fantastic-sounding weapon.

"Yes, my vassal." Hysterical. I adore Lian, I really do. I practically stalk this fic for updates, one of the only ones I read on this site lately. Duo and Quatre's continued bickering is fun to witness and picture in my head.

The plot thickens! Une! Zechs! YAY!

I always enjoy going back and rereading the chapter before each update, so I can refresh myself of the good stuff that happened the last time. This story is so much fun, not just because it is well written, but because it's refreshingly different. I love fantasy novels, and few people write fics that rival them so well.

Quatre was so gentile and sensitive in the first chapter, and now, he's got this ruthless streak that I'm loving right now. I love his constant irritation with Duo. This was a great update.

Very interesting. I like the fact that this centers around Quatre. ^_^ I'm looking forward to seeing more. Keep up the good work. ^_^

I'm no doubt hogging up your review space with my blather, but one more thought.

If you want to do italic font for your characters' thoughts, you use the tags with the greater than/less than keys on your keyboard (the ones for your period and comma, when you hit shift). So it would be shift-comma, then the letter "i", then shift/period to open your tag before the text you want to italicize. Then shift-comma, a slash "/", then "i", then shift-period. You use the same method but with a "b" instead of "i" if you want bold text. So it looks like this: This is how you italicize text in HTML. You might see that formatted or just see the symbols when I post this.

I love this story. It reminds me of reading early Anne McCaffrey or Piers Anthony. I seriously wish I had a pet reanlos. Best mythical creature ever. Duo and Quat are a riot together, I love how disgusted Quat is with him being such a dandy and a faker. More please?
