I always have a hard time writing sex talk that sounds real, without making it "staged" or like the characters are narrating the action themselves, or saying things out loud that sounds more like thoughts.
This was good. Very hot, and it took Duo out of his usual comfort zone, being someone in charge this time, when usually Trowa is the top, or when he's always trying to appease Q and bring him out of his shell. You could really seeing him get into it, watching both men's reactions to his voice and their mutual responses.

Sorry it's been a while -- glad to see several new chapters! And thanks for your thoughtful response on the forums (but it took me forever to figure out how to find your forum -- I'm a little stupid that way). I am liking Q more, as he recovers the bits of himself that he lost. And I really like that he's willing and able to dominate Duo; on a less kinky note, I'm glad he called out Duo's reversion to his old bad habits of hiding from Trowa.
I was a little frustrated that Duo was acting rather stupidly while trying to scope out information on Trowa's profesional self -- he's smarter than that usually, and his behavior might have put Trowa at risk. But maybe there's a bit of a set-up going on -- at least one of the moles Trowa knows about could be in his group.
I really liked that Duo would be be willing to put a bullet in Trowa's brain to protect Quatre -- and it really hit a kink button of mine that Duo would be willing to throw himself on Trowa's dagger. That contrast just really did it for me. (Yes, I know that's not healthy on Duo's part, but this is fic, not real life, and I'm allowed my kinks). I bet Trowa has connected Duo's love of dominance and willingness to sacrifice himself, and that Trowa's having nightmares that Duo would be willing prey to Trowa's hunter side. Given that Trowa's biggest fear is hurting them, Duo's willingness to put himself in a position to be hurt has to be scaring Trowa.
I do think that your take on Quatre's kink is realistic -- he's got such high expectations of himself and is so susceptible to guilt that physical punishment would be a welcome purging of his psychological pain as well as sensation that he will probably enjoy.

Hello! I truly enjoy your writing. I think I have read just about everything that you have written and posted on here. This fic, the prequel, and He Goes Running are my current faves. I am always blown away by the amazing way you can wind an intriguing plot line and wondeful lemons into a story. And I love the difference in Duo's character in this fic and He Goes Running =P You are a very truly gifted writer and I eagerly await the next chapter =)

I would never call you crazy for creating emotionally complex characters with strengths and weaknesses we can relate to;I would call you a dang good writer. I don't just read your stories for the smut,though you write write it so well^_^,I read to see how the story and characters will develop. I'm a sucker for a story and characters with substance.
I found the scene with Quatre rather cathartic, for the characters as well as myself. It makes sense that submission would be if not Quatre's kink( for now) his release. Quatre takes care of everyone around him but holds all his stress/anxiety inside.I liked how you used the scene to address his feelings of guilt about his pacifist upbringing and his decision to go to war.
Leave it to Trowa to figure out how to relieve Quatre.
Call me mushy if you want but I thought the last scene was so warm and sweet. Trowa gave into his need to hold Duo and really let him see how shaken he was about the whole situation. After the emotional fallout of Duo's actions it was good to see the guys get back their footing in the relationship. Looking forward to the next chapter.

Ahhh I'm dying for the next chapter! No one writes GW fics here anymore...or barely anyone. I'm so glad your fic is still alive. And Quatre's kink...I'm so excited about Quatre hotnesssss. He's my favorite.

I think I nearly cried when I came to the end of the chapter. ...Such an evil cliff hanger!!!! I love that Trowa and Duo are alright now. That they worked everything out. And I really can't wait to see them gang up on poor Quatre!

So happy to see an update from you! This was a great chapter. I liked how you kept the tension just so. It gave the impression that if Duo didn't handle the situation right he really could severely damage his and Trowa's relationship. I loved how sincere Duo's apology came across. That he unintentionally confessed his love for Trowa while also threatening to kill him if he jeopardized Quatre was a bonus^^.
I also enjoy how you keep their emotions flexible within the relationship. No one has a set role. They each have their moments of strength,vulnerability,or uncertainess that you write so well. Looking forward to the next chapter. I wonder if Quatre could be more kinky than Duo or Trowa^o^.
