I won't blame anyone for not sticking to a writing schedule. I don't think I've uploaded a word of fic to this site in at least a month. I've been up to my neck in real life and fan art, and my kids are constantly clamoring to get on the PC every time I get up from my chair.
I enjoyed this, as usual. Duo's apology was well done, and I love the tension you created even with something as similar as a "wood picnic." That made me chuckle. Leave it to Quat to come up with that. But once again, I like the changing roles, Duo's vulnerability when he's been the one who's not easily phased up until now, and Quat's new hint of aggression and the glue who holds them all together.
The revelation that Duo has shot Trowa was shocking, and of course, brilliant.

I bet Duo thought he'd be the one doing the reassuring,in this relationship, not the other way round. I liked how Quatre was able to read Trowa then relay to Duo how Trowa felt about the situation and Duo's reaction to his concern. I get the feeling that Quatre defused a mini Duo-plosion^^.
It's a measure of how upset Trowa was that he didn't recognize Duo's cavalier attitude for the mask that it is. Duo uses it to cover-up his fears and insecurities like Trowa uses his emotionless mask to cover his. Can't wait to read what happens when the guys get back.
I hope you're not stressing yourself too much. You don't need to apologize for taking the time to work on your story. A story comes as it comes and it damn hard to force when it chooses to be uncooperative. Your a wonderful writer whose hard work shows in the effort you put into your stories. I,as one of your readers, appreciate this and thinks your stories are worth waiting for.

This was a well written chapter, raw, painful and yet beautifully honest. Please keep writing. For once I felt like we got into Trowa's head and it was perfectly done.
Please keep writing. So want to know what happens when the other two come back with the pizza. I wonder if it will actually get eaten or not.

You will not believe what an incredibly happy bunny I was to see not one but two updates from my favourite ever author! (That's you by the way :D)
I will review He Goes Running in a few minutes but first I want to say that I absolutely adore Trinity. In fact I check the anime2 section of this website every day hoping to see it updated. You promised dark and I saw what I am sure was nothing more than a taster when Trowa almost shot Duo while in character. And a bit of not-quite-developed angst with Trowa berating himself about it. I love how Duo's trying to be a big boy and brush it off, keeping his true intentions hidden. May run and hide certainly comes in to play with this. Only problem I have with it is that it's too short. Also that I'm dying to see the main parts of it, I don't know whether you were actually going to write Trowa's mission as your chapters but either way I'm ready for the main course...please don't tease me anymore! *puppy eyes*
Can't wait for the next one my dear!

P.s I am not on the wappy pills :D

Chapter seven worked well, continuing what you had in the last and picking up the thread of angst, expanding it and fleshing it out more. I like how Quat became the mediator, and Duo slid into Quat's role as the vulnerable one of the group. I'll be interested to see if some of Trowa's tendencies rub off on the boys as a result of being closer to him, too, since we've already seen him open up - slightly. I love his POV in the woods, and I'm interested to see what will happen when he goes back to the house.
I won't nag you about updates, since I haven't touched my own GW fic out here in several weeks, going on a few months. I'm stuck. I'm stuck on just about everything that I've written, and I even have sketch ideas backed up in my head that I haven't done anythign with, and painting canvases that are barely started with only a couple of layers of paint each or that are still in rough sketch form. It's hard when you have stifled creativity and too little time to untangle it, or when you're just emotionally exhausted.
Good to see you online and updating, though. I love this story.

Amazing. I love this new transition in Trowa's psyche. Duo's really seeing the persona that Trowa's been building in private, despite Trowa's efforts to hide it from him and Quat. That brief moment where Trowa drags him inside the room and holds him, only to have to push him away, was brilliant.
I can't wait to see what else you do with these characters.

I liked this chapter a LOT. Cool to see Trowa in his "mission" mindset, and also cool that Duo had the skills to sneak into a "secured" area. But then, I should've known he could do that. (Duh!) I wonder if there isn't something he can contribute to the mission, though...some of his observations passed along to Trowa maybe? Or...maybe Trowa wouldn't listen at this point. He's GOTTA be pissed that Duo showed up. And for good reason. This was an excellent chapter. Guess your re-writes were well worth the effort!

What a lovely Easter surprise! Getting this update was better than finding the gold egg on an Easter egg hunt^^.
This was a terrific chapter. Your re-write was well worth the wait. The way you described Trowa during his address to the recruits was almost snake-like. The hiss under his speaking voice, the sway to his stance lent to the illusion. And like a snake,he struck faster than the eye could follow. I thought for a second he would really put a bullet in Duo.
Though Trowa should've suspected that Duo would take it as a personal challenge to find info on the mission. Duo is just being Duo after all.
You really can't blame Trowa for being angry even if it was partly an act for his recruits. If the roles were reversed,Duo would be pretty pissed if Trowa endangered a mission to satisfy his curiosity. Duo has yet to fully realize that the emotionless mask is how Trowa deals with being scrutinized and having to almost always watch what he says and how he reacts. I can hardly wait until the next update to see how this tension plays out.
