Author's Note: I'm still working out the future of this fic, so I'm a little unsure of the pairings right now.

Son Goku set down the pen. Ink was spilling on the page, and that just wouldn't do, would it? No, can't have a messy letter. Must keep it clean. Must be worthy to write to the Prince...of me, of my sons..of all Saiyans...
His body ached again. Goku clutched his chest, tears welling up at the almost physical pain he felt. 'Vegeta...Vegeta...I need you....losing myself...without...'
He was going mad. Irreversabily mad. And the worst part was he knew it. He could watch myself as he went mad. How funny, to be affected like this because of him...
Footsteps broke into Goku's mind as he heard someone walking about upstairs. His face contorted. 'The woman...'
Standing, Goku's body seemed to betray him for a moment, refusing to move. But it did, and he began walking up the stairs...

"No, Kakarot!" Vegeta screamed as he sat up on the floor of his training room. Trunks, instantly alerted, suddenly appeared at the door..
"Dad? What's wrong?"
"It's Kakarot. For a moment, it felt like I could read his mind... He's...I...I can't explain itBut But something is wrong with Kakarot..and it will affect us very soon..."
Trunks, confused, just stared.
Vegeta, noticing his confused look, shook his head. "Don't stare at me, boy, I know what I'm talking about." With that, the Saiyan Prince turned away and continued his exercise.
