Chapter One: Our Promise
Pan looked out the window, watching the rain drops slowly hit the ground. Her black eyes drifted away from her \'entertainment\' as she heard her older twin sister coming. As she looked at her older twin sister, Pam, she was talking on the phone; most likely with Marron, no doubt. Pam giggled as she talked into the phone and sat on the couch. \"Oh my god! No he didn\'t! Oh, he did?! That\'s it! He goes from hotty to naughty!,\" giggled Pam as she got this weird expression on her face.
Pan rolled her eyes and looked out the window again. Her and her twin were complete opposites.
Pan loved to fight and train, while Pam loved to shop and only work out when the prom was coming around. Pan was a tomboy, while Pam was a girly-girl. Pan was a normal teen at school with failing grades, while Pam was the most popular girl in school and head cheerleader and had A+\'s all the time. There was only one thing that the two girls had in common; liking Trunks Briefs, the most mouth-watering guy to ever walk the Earth.
But Pan knew that she could never win a guy like Trunks. He was rich, sophisticated, handsome, and was a great fighter. And Trunks liked girls like Pam or Marron, or so they had convinced Pan that those were the type of girls he liked. And when the two girls convinced Pan of that, she convinced them that she had no interest at all in him. She said that she had liked Uub. So Trunks was an off-limits to Pan, Pam had told her that she had to focus on Uub.
Pan sighed and got up from her spot, walking to her room. “I’m going to bed, Pam. See you in the am.” Pam barley noticed her younger twin leaving the room; she just kept on chattering on the phone.
~Room~
Pan lay on her bed and cuddled with her pillow, pretending it was Trunks. I love you Trunks, Pan thought as she cuddled more. “I know you care for me too. After all, you did promise me that certain promise. And I hope you keep your word for it.” Pan sighed dreamily as she thought of the promise Trunks had made to her two years ago.
__Flash Back__
Pan lay in the sand at the beach, trying to bury one of her arms. It was her only entertainment since Marron and Pam were playing in the water and Bra was in a foreign exchange program and wouldn’t be back for another year. Uub was too busy dunking Goten in the water and Trunks had gone to the changing room to change his clothes.
Soon a shadow appeared over Pan, as she looked up she saw Trunks standing over her. She smiled and said,”Finally done changing, eh? Since you were taking so long I thought you had built the stall you were using first and were making your swimming trunks!” Pan laughed as Trunks sat by her. Pan sat up and wiped the sand off her arm, while Trunks examined her. Once she noticed he was looking at her, she got nervous and asked,” Why are you looking at me?”
“You’re getting older Panny. You’re getting more and more beautiful. I know you and Pam are twins, but there is something about you that makes you both very differen’t and makes you more beautiful.” Pan blushed and turned away. “Your just saying that Trunks. Everyone knows that Pam is a lot prettier then me.” Trunks shook his head and said,” Well, still, I think you’re beautiful. You better be married by 23 and I better be married by 30, or I’ll marry you.” After saying that Trunks hugged Pan and went off to play with the boys.
Pan blushed a deeper red and wondered if Trunks really meant what he had said. Was that a proposal?
__End of Flash Back__
Now she was 17 years old and only had six more years to wait for Trunks to be hers. Nothing good could ruin that, all she had to do was make Trunks single until then and make him keep his word. Also have him fall in love with her. Pan smiled and then fell into a deep sleep.
