Prologue

The self-proclaimed tyrant of the universe, Freeza, smiles at the babe in the incubator. The green tip of the wolf's tail is a testament to the experiment's success.
"My lord?" Zarbon asks.
"What is it, Zarbon?" Freeza asks.
"I can assume that the experiment was a success?"
"Yes, but unfortunately, her dragon powers will only mature as fast as she does. She wont be able to grant me immortality until she's 18."
"Can't you speed up the process?"
"I would, but I still need Vegeta. If he were to find out that I've messed with his daughter too much he'd do something that we'd all regret."
"Surely you're not afraid of one monkey?"
"No, but I don't need to run out of servants just yet, Zarbon." Freeza says and goes back to watching the child sleeping in the incubator.

5 years later...,on the planet Earth...

The prince of all Saiyans drags his battered body into his pod. Kakarotto and his friends had beaten him. He would get revenge. He manages to get inside the spacecraft and launches it. As it travels past the Terran solar system, the pod is captured by a tractor beam. Since the computer had been in complete control of the ship, so it quickly identified the cruiser as belonging to King Cold. The pod is brought on board. A blond haired girl around five years old opens the pod and somehow carries her father to one of the healing chambers.
"Computer...," Lily calls out, "Set course for planet Namec. Avoid all main shipping lines of the Freeza Empire."
"Acknowledged." the computer replies and the ship heads for the homeworld of the ones who first created the dragon balls. "You certainly got yourself hurt this time didn't you? Don't worry, you'll be back to your egotistical self soon." she says placing her father in a healing chamber and the artificial Saiyan DNA starts to fill the chamber up.

Days later...,in orbit of planet Namek...,

***

"Healing cycle complete." the computer announces and starts to drain the fluid.
"Father?" Lily asks.
"Lily? You were still back on Freeza's homeworld. What are you doing here and where did you get this ship?" the prince of all Saiyans asks his daughter.
"I stole it from King Cold." Lily answers as she hands her father some Saiyan armor.
"You stole it from Cold!? Hahaha! He probably wasn't happy about that one."
"We've got a problem. Freeza is right now down on the planet Namek trying to get the dragon balls. You know what that means."
"He's going to try and wish for immortality...,the bastard...,I'll kill him!"
"That's not all, Freeza has called in the Ginyu force and Kakarotto and his friends are down there as well. Zarbon and Dodoria are sticking to Freeza like glue while Freeza tries to get the password for the dragon balls.. I think Cold might have gotten a message to his son about my escape."
"Great, not only do I have to deal with Kakarotto and his weakling friends, I have to destroy the Ginyu force and somehow find a way to beat Freeza to a bloody pulp!" Vegeta rants.
"I suggest that we don't try to kill everyone father." Lily suggests.
"Hmph, I don't need any help to get rid of the Ginyu force or Freeza and his dumb minions."
"Have you forgotten captain Ginyu's special attack?"
"Oh right, his body snatching technique."
"Plus, what sort of condition do you think you'll be in after fighting all of them before going up against Freeza?"
"Hm," Vegeta says looking thoughtful, "You have a point. If we side with Kakarotto and destroy all of Freeza's minions and Freeza himself, I'll be able to get my wish and beat Kakarotto once and for all!"
"Father." Lily growls out.
"What?" Vegeta asks getting frustrated."
"Think about it...,you and Kakarotto are the last two full blooded Saiyans left. I'm not a full blooded Saiyan due to that dragon scale Freeza incorporated into my body. You kill him and you'll finish what Freeza did to our homeworld."
"Grrrr." Vegeta lets out realizing that his daughter was right.
"Knock Kakarotto unconscious if you must, but don't kill him."
"All right."
"Good. Now, let's go down there and take care of business." Lily says putting on her modified scouter. Vegeta rolls his eyes. He would have to show her what he had picked up from the Earthlings.

The Surface of Planet Namek...

***

"Hehehe," Captain Ginyu chuckles, "You three think you can beat the entire Ginyu Force on your own?" Ginyu asks of Krillin, Goku, and Gohan. Krillin and Gohan had been facing the elite team on their own until Goku had finally shown up to even the odds a little and give his son and long time friend a senzu bean.
"Why don't you get out of our way. We don't need to fight." Goku says to the group of alien fighters.
"Aaahahah! Did you here that guys,he said we don't need to fight." Ginyu laughs and the other follow suit. Their laughter is cut off by the sound of two small craft crashing to the ground.
'I know that power...,it's Vegeta.' Goku thinks.
"Uh capin, those were Saiyan pods." Jeice says.
"Well, looks like Vegeta and his daughter came to us." Captain Ginyu notes smiling.
"Daughter!?" Krillin shouts.
"That's right baldy. You ought to thank us Kakarotto, because I've decided to help you this one time." Vegeta states arrogantly with his daughter standing beside him in a similar pose to her father.
"Thanks Vegeta." Goku says appreciatively.
"Don't get the wrong idea Kakarotto, when this is all over and Freeza is dead, you and I will have a rematch." Vegeta says.
"Fine by me." Goku agrees.
"Oh, look at this, Vegeta thinks that with he and his little girl that it'll be enough to turn the tide. Well, you are wrong! Get'em boys!" Ginyu orders and the group charges the unlikely team. Jeice, Burter, Guldo, and Recoome all launch themselves at the three Saiyans and the one human.
"I'll take care of the two little children!" Guldo shouts.
"I'll beat the prince!" Recoome declares.
"I guess we'll take the other Saiyan and his human friend." Jeice says and he and Burter charge Goku and Krillin.

"Well Lily, you gonna come quietly or am I gonna have to mess up that pretty little Saiyan face up?" Guldo teases. Lily rolls her eyes, but Gohan had a different reaction to the words of the weakest member of the Ginyu Force. The young hybrid had never seen a female of his race. The glare and the snarl coming from the boy makes Guldo chuckle. "Awe, isn't that cute, the little man wants to protect his Saiyan princess."
"Hey Guldo! You better not hurt her or I'll blow your head right off that pathetic body of yours!" Vegeta threatens.
"You'll have to get past me, Vegeta." Recoome taunts.
"That shouldn't be a problem. You've only got half a brain in that body of yours." Vegeta taunts. 'Hm, maybe that kid of Kakarotto's has more Saiyan blood in him than I thought.'

***

'While my force distracts these guys, I'll get these dragon balls to lord Freeza's ship. Then I'll come back and see the end of this fight.' Captain Ginyu thinks and takes off for his master's ship.

"Hey Krillin! Stay back, I'll take on both of them." Goku says.
"What!?" Jeice and Burter both cry.
"You two are strong, but I'm just a little bit stronger. Goku states.
"How can you tell? You don't even have a scouter!" Jeice shouts.
"Oh, so that's what those things are. No, I don't need a scouter. I can sense my opponent's fighting power." Goku states. And with a shout of 'Kaio-Ken', Goku charges at the two.

"Hey Guldo, up here!" Lily taunts from the air. She had pocketed the special scouter and had launched herself up into the air. "Betcha can't catch me up here!" she says and sticks her tongue out at Guldo.
"why you little...!" Guldo rants and takes to the sky in order to catch Lily.
'Hehehe, you'll never catch her. She is the best at aerial combat. Now, I'll just have to take care of big and stupid.' Vegeta muses. 'How did Kakarotto get so powerful? Did he train while in space?'
"Recoome kick!" Recoome cries out, but Vegeta avoids it.
'All right, let big and stupid wear himself out. Then I'll finish him off.' "Hey Recoome! You missed! You couldn't hit a planet nor less the prince of all Saiyans!" Vegeta taunts.
"Aaahhh!" Recoome shouts throwing an energy blast which misses Vegeta completely.

"Hey Jeice, what does your scouter say?" Burter asks.
"It can't get a proper reading! He isn't like any other Saiyan we've ever seen." Jeice replies.
"Are you guys gonna talk or are we going to fight?" Goku asks.
"Jeice, use your crusher ball. That'll take care of him." Burter suggests.
"Good idea." Jeice says and charges his attack.

"What's the matter? You can't keep up with a little girl?" Lily taunts a now panting Guldo. The two were both in mid-air, away from where the others were fighting.
"I'll get you...,you little....,brat!" Guldo shouts.
"You'll have to catch me first!" she cries and takes off again. Guldo follows. Lily goes into a power dive towards the ground. At the last possible second, she pulls up and away from the ground. Unfortunately for Guldo, he couldn't pull up fast enough and he crashes into the ground.
"Awe, I guess the fun is over." Lily says floating just above Guldo. "Galic gun...,fire!" she says using her father's move to vaporize Guldo.

"What's wrong Recoome? You're breathing awfully hard over there." Vegeta says smirking.
"I'll get you...,you stupid Saiyan!" Recoome cries and charges at Vegeta.
"That's right, just a little closer...,and...,now!' he side steps Recoome's charge and gives the big oaf a kick to the neck. Recoome goes flying and crashes into the ground.
"How...,how...,?"
"How did I beat you? Sometimes it isn't the strongest fighter that wins Recoome. I could feel that your power level was just as great as mine is. So I decided to let you attack me and fight defensively. Once I saw that you were weakening I decided to attack. How's the neck?"
"Aaahhh!"
"You poor boy...,here, let Vegeta make it all better...,galic gun!" and with that, Recoome's head was blown off his body.
"Two down." Lily says after landing beside her father.
"Good girl." Vegeta says and the two turn to watch the last remaining fight.

Elsewhere on the planet Namec...,

***

"Looks like lord Freeza isn't back yet. I'll just have to bury the dragon balls." Ginyu says to himself and blasts a hole and places the seven dragon balls in it. He covers up the hole and takes back off for the battle field.

***

Give up." Goku firmly suggests. "This battle is pointless and you can't win. We just want the dragon balls in order to wish our friends back."
"Freeza wants us to stop you and that's what we're going to do." Jeice says and then turns to Burter. "Let's do the purple spiral flash."
"Yeah! That'll show him!" Burter replies.

"Morons." Vegeta comments, "If they only knew that they didn't have a chance."
"Hey kid, baldy, go get the password." Lily says to Krillin and Gohan.
"Where...?"
"Find the Namek that's the oldest and strongest and ask him." Lily retorts. Gohan gives her a look and she comes over to the boy and starts nuzzling him under the neck. "We need that password. Freeza may have the dragon balls, but he'll need the password and a Namek to say it in order to summon the dragon. Can you do this for me?" she asks now looking into his eyes.
"Ok," Gohan replies automatically.
"C'mon Gohan, let's go." Krillin says and the two take off.
"Hmph," Vegeta grunts.
"What?" Lily asks indignantly.
"And just what was that!?"
"Don't you even start, father." she retorts putting her hands on her hips and looking up at her father.
"You better not be getting interested in Kakarotto's brat." Vegeta growls.
"And just who else am I supposed to mate with when I'm older?" she shoots back. This makes Vegeta shut up.

'What the hell? Jeice and Burter are on the ground and I can't find Recoome and Guldo.' Ginyu panics. "What the hell happened here!?"
"I happened." Goku says. "Where did you take the dragon balls?"
"Like I'll tell a worthless Saiyan that. Jeice! Burter! What happened!" Ginyu barks.
"Careful capin, that ain't a run-of-a-mill monkey!" Jeice warns.
"So you defeated the Ginyu Force all by yourself?" Ginyu asks using his scouter.
"Don't trust the scouter! He's got a way to hide his power from it!" Burter shouts.
"Well, aren't you just full of surprises." Ginyu says preparing himself to fight.
"Hmph, he had help Ginyu." Vegeta says coming over to the downed Jeice and Burter along with Lily.
"Vegeta!?" You couldn't have beaten Recoome!" Ginyu fumes.
"I didn't beat Recoome...,he beat himself." Vegeta quips.
"And just what does that mean!?" Ginyu asks.
"Now, I don't give out my fighting techniques to losers like you." Vegeta says smirking and nodding to Lily.
"Losers! Oh you'll pay for that Vegeta. When Freeza hears about this...," Ginyu starts.
"What makes you think you'll tell Freeza about your defeat? Now for the two of you." Vegeta says looking at Jeice and Burter menacingly. He powers a kai blast along with Lily and Jeice and Burter are no more.
"All right! I'll show you Vegeta!" Ginyu says and proceeds to damage his own body. Lily's eyes widen realizing what the captain was about to do. "Change now!" he cries and the body swapping attack hits an unsuspecting Goku. Ginyu laughs and grabs Lily and quickly flies away.
"Get back Ginyu!" Vegeta yells.
"You'll have to forgive me for grabbing and going, but I've got to report to Freeza. You want her back, then follow me to Freeza's ship!" Ginyu shouts and takes off for his master's ship.

"Let me go!" Lily shouts as she's dragged into the ship.
"Quiet girly," Ginyu growls, "Lord Freeza will deal with you soon enough." he says and straps her down to a medical table and leaves.

***

"Ginyu! Get out here right now! If you've hurt her I'll...!" Vegeta yells after landing just outside of Freeza's ship.
"She's just taking a nap Vegeta. Now, let's you and me settle things. I'll love to tell Freeza that I got him the dragon balls, your daughter, and managed to kill you in one felt swoop!" Ginyu says and launches himself at Vegeta.

"How ya doing Dende?" Krillin asks.
"I'm all right." the little Namek says. He was still worried about Nail though. When Freeza and those two goons showed up at Guru's village wanting the password to the dragon balls Nail lured them away to fight, but he hadn't come back yet.
"Hey Krillin, it's captain Ginyu. His energy feels strange though." Gohan comments.
"Yeah, it almost feels like...,Goku's." Krillin says slowing to feel out Goku's power level. "Wait a minute! I feel Vegeta and Captain Ginyu fighting up ahead! But it feels like he's using Goku's power."
"You don't think?" Gohan starts.
"Let's go ask the Ginyu down there what happened." Krillin says and the three head down to the ground.

"Oh man, I've got to get to my own body before Vegeta destroys it." Goku says trying to drag the broken body of Ginyu's all the way to Freeza's ship.
"Hey Ginyu!" Krillin calls out after landing, "what happened here?"
"Krillin!" Goku cries.
"Goku? Is that you?" Krillin asks.
"Yeah. Ginyu used a body switching technique and he's now in my body fighting Vegeta." Goku answers.
"Daddy!" Gohan cries.
"Dende, can you heal him?" Krillin asks.
"I think so, but how could someone switch with someone else's body?" Dende asks.

***

Freeza's ship...,

***

"You have no chance now Vegeta!" Ginyu shouts.
"Ha, you may have Kakarotto's body, but you don't know how to control the power in that body." Vegeta says smirking. "You don't know how to use the techniques that Kakarotto knows."
"Shut up and die!" Ginyu says and charges and the two continue to trade blows.

Somewhere else on Namek...,

***

'That Namek certainly gave me trouble. I should have taken him on myself instead of letting Dodoria and Zarbon embarrass themselves. Oh well, at least they won't stab me in the back later.' Freeza muses as he flies away from the dyeing Namek.

***

Freeza's ship...,

***

'Damn, I can't keep this up! I haven't had time to recover that much of my energy after the fight with Recoome. Wait, baldy and Kakarotto's brat are heading this way. If I can hold on a little longer...,"
"Well, I guess this body has taken enough damage." Ginyu says readying to switch bodies again not realizing that his last body had just arrived. "Change now!"
'I've got to make it before he switches with Vegeta!' Goku thinks and jumps into Ginyu's attack. When it was all over, captain Ginyu found that he was back in his old body.
"What!?" he shouts. "I'm back in my body!"
"Hahaha, just made it." Goku says. Even though Dende had healed Ginyu's body with Goku in it, Goku's body was still fatigued and sore from the pounding it took from Vegeta.
"Well, looks like you're plan didn't work, Ginyu." Vegeta says looking down at the captain with contempt. "Now, you're going to pay for taking my daughter."
"I don't think so." Ginyu says getting back to his feet. "Change now!"
While the exchange had been going on, Gohan had been looking at a Namekian frog. Hearing Ginyu prepare to change once again with Vegeta, Gohan picks up the frog.
'You're about to help us.' he thinks and throws the frog into the attack. Ginyu changes again, but he finds himself in the body of a frog. Vegeta begins to laugh watching Ginyu's body hopping around like a frog.
"Good move bro!" Krillin celebrates. Gohan smiles in laughter.
"You, you did that!? Oh that's the funniest thing I've seen! I didn't think he'd become more entertaining as a frog!" Vegeta laughs out.

Later, inside Freeza's ship...,

***

Goku was loaded into one of the healing tanks after Vegeta got Lily unstrapped from the table.
"I'm going to take a nap before Freeza gets back here." Vegeta says to his daughter.
"I think I'll do the same." she says and the two go to find somewhere to rest.

***

"Found them!" Krillin says uncovering the seven balls.
"Hey Dende, how does the dragon on Namek work?" Gohan asks.
"Porunga can grant three wishes, but he can only bring back one person at a time." Dende explains.

***

On King Kai's planet...,

***

"Ok boys," King Kai begins, "They're about to summon the dragon."
"Hey King Kai," Piccolo starts, "let me talk to Gohan."
"Hey!" Yamcha, Tien, and Chiaotzu cry out.
"Quiet!" Piccolo yells. 'Hey Gohan, can you hear me?'

Planet Namek

***

"Huh? Piccolo?" Gohan asks.
'Yeah kid, it's me. Listen, tell the dragon to bring me back first.' Piccolo says via King Kai's telepathy. Gohan nods as Dende begins to summon the dragon.
"I am Porunga. You who have gathered the seven dragon balls may speak any three wishes and they shall be granted if they are within my power." Porunga announces.
"Amazing." Krillin says in awe of the Namekian dragon.
"Dende, we want to bring Piccolo back to life." Gohan tells Dende.

***

'What? The sky is black.' Freeza notes as he stops flying. "Wait a minute! The dragon must've been summoned! The traitor who did this shall pay!" Freeza says and resumes flying.

***

'Now Gohan, tell the dragon to bring me to Namek.' Piccolo states.
"Right. Dende, we want Piccolo to be brought to this planet now." Gohan relays.

***

"Hmph, what's going on out there?" Vegeta says rubbing his eyes after looking out a porthole. "Those punks! They summoned the dragon!" Vegeta rants getting into his armor and rushing outside.

***

"Speak the third wish now." Porunga says. He was patient, but even his patience had limits.
"Hey! What the hell are you doing summoning the dragon without me!" Vegeta rants. then his eyes bug out feeling Freeza's power coming closer. "Hey kid, hurry up and tell the dragon to grant me immortality so I can defeat Freeza! Now!" But before Dende could even ponder on making that wish, the dragon fades and the balls themselves turn to stone and fly away. "What!?" Vegeta shouts.
"Oh no! Guru." Dende begins to cry.
"What? You mean if that old Namek kicks the bucket the dragon goes as well!?" Vegeta asks.
"Yes." Dende whimpers.
"Now," Vegeta says turning to Krillin and Gohan, "I'm going to have to punish you for that."
"Naughty naughty. I didn't tell anyone that they could use the dragon balls. I guess I'm going to have to kill all of you." Freeza says glaring at the small group.
"Freeza!" Vegeta fumes.
"You thought you could get away with it didn't you? Oh well, I guess those are the breaks aren't they?" Freeza taunts coming over to the group.

"I'm home." Piccolo says in awe looking around. He then feels a low power signature and quickly flies over to find a beaten Namek.
"You must be Piccolo." Nail says.
"Did Freeza do this?"
"Yes. I wish to make a request of you."
"What?"
"Let me fuse with you."
"What!?"
"Listen. I've already fought Freeza. I know his moves. You fuse with me and you'll stand a better chance."
'He might be right. I can feel that evil power and it's like nothing I've ever felt before.' "All right." Piccolo agrees and takes Nail's hand. The two begin to glow and their bodies merge into one. After the fusion ends, Piccolo celebrates his new power for a moment and takes off for the battle field.
"Hold on Gohan, I'm coming!"

The battle hadn't gone so well. Even with Piccolo and Lily joining in the fight Freeza kept transforming and increasing his power. Freeza now was in his final form and had just put Vegeta down for the count.
"Hey guys!" a voice calls from behind Gohan, Piccolo, Krillin, and Lily.
"Goku!" Krillin says.
"Well, I'm glad you guys are all right. Y'know, this is the first time I've arrived on the battle field without you guys being all beat up." Goku says smiling.
"Kakarotto!" Vegeta hoarsely calls out. Goku and Lily quickly come over to the down prince.
"Don't talk. You're weak enough as it is." Goku states.
"No, listen. You can't be soft and merciful to Freeza. There's no fucking honor in any of this. He killed both our fathers and destroyed our homeworld. Ask him...,he'll tell you. He's proud of it." Vegeta explains gasping on every word.
"He's just a corpse. I guess I've got to gag him to make him shut up." Freeza says to himself.
"Please Vegeta, no more." Goku pleads."
"Listen." Vegeta continues grabbing ahold of Goku's arm., "he took me away from my father when I only was just a boy. He made me what I am. We worked so hard for him, but he destroyed planet Vegeta when he was through with us. He's afraid that one day a Saiyan would rise up and kill him. That's why Lily exists in the first place. He thought that if he couldn't get a dragon to grant him immortality then he'd get a Saiyan to do it by creating one with a dragon's scale imbedded in their DNA. She may only be an experiment that used my and a female Saiyan's of the mating class DNA, but she is my child. Don't let him do it. Don't let him use my daughter like that, and don't let him do what he did to me to anyone else." he gasps and with tears still streaming, the proud prince shuts his eyes for the last time.
"Father!" Lily cries.
"Finally he shuts up. Saiyans tend to linger like a bad odor." Freeza says and waves his hand in order to clear the air.
Goku stands back up and blasts a shallow hole. "A heart of stone couldn't shed those tears." Goku begins as he picks the dead body of Vegeta. "I finally understand you now. You weren't grieving for your death or the destruction of our homeworld...,you were grieving at the fact that you didn't have a choice in what you became because of Freeza. I still respect you and I will do my best to carry out your last wishes." he says and finishes burying Vegeta. He picks up the crying girl and carries her away from the grave. 'Hm, the mating class? I guess that explains the different tail.' he thinks coming over to his two friends and his son. "Gohan,"
"Yeah dad?" Gohan responds looking up at his father.
"Take care of her while I deal with Freeza." he says and Goku hands Lily off to Gohan who holds the crying Saiyan.
"All right dad." he replies.
"Give me and Freeza some room to fight." Goku says to Piccolo who gets the underlying message.
"C'mon you two," Piccolo barks, "we'll just be a distraction." and with that the three fly off to a safer distance.
Goku turns to Freeza and glares. "Vegeta is right. You have no honor. You pick on the innocent. You even kill children. For all you've done...,I'm going to finish you Freeza." Goku growls.
"Oh I'm Sooo scared. The big bad super Saiyan is going to beat me. I'm shaking in fear over here." Freeza says sarcastically and the battle commences.

The quartet watched the battle as Goku tried desperately to win. Then, Goku starts to gather energy for the spirit bomb. The four gave just enough of their energy so that they could still fight if Freeza survived the blast. Not even Gohan had noticed a furry appendage growing out of his back. His Saiyan blood had once again exerted itself and had regenerated the tail.
'What is wrong with that monkey? He keeps on holding his arms up in the air no matter how hard I pound him!' Freeza rants.
'C'mon, I need a little more!' Goku panics. Then Freeza notices how bright it was and looks up.
"What!? What is that? It's too close to be the sun...,you created it!" Freeza rants.
'C'mon, run before I let it go....," Goku thinks.
"That's what you've been doing all this time haven't you? You've ben gathering all that energy into one big ball. Well it won't work!"
'Oh no! He's not running! He must know that it's not powerful enough to destroy him.' Goku thinks.
"Well, I'll just have to stop you!" Freeza shouts and a black ball of energy begins to charge up in Freeza's hands. Goku releases the spirit bomb and the ball of blue energy collides with Freeza's attack.
"No! I can't stop it! It's too powerful!" Freeza shouts and his body is incased within the attack. Seconds turned into minutes as the fighters gather to wait on the results of Goku's spirit bomb.
"Let's never do this again." Krillin says to Goku who chuckles. Gohan begins to laugh along with them until they felt it. Freeza had survived the blast. When the dust cleared Freeza stood looking as if he'd been poked with a very sharp stick.
"Most impressive monkey. That spirit bomb had a kick to it," Freeza taunts, "but now it's my turn!" he cries and two kai blasts head for both Krillin and Piccolo. Piccolo falls to the ground, but Krillin wasn't so fortunate as the blast explodes sending Krillin to the next life.
"Krillin!" Goku cries out.
"Awe, did I kill your little friend?" Freeza asks condescendingly.
"Freeza...,you...,monster." Goku says. "You'll pay for that...,aaaaahhhhhh!" Goku cries as his power level begins to build and his hair begins to turn yellow.
"Gohan, Take Lily and Piccolo, find Bulma, and use my ship to get off this planet. Go now!" Goku orders.
"What about you?"
"I'll be fine. Now go!"
"Right." Gohan says and he and Lily leave.
"Do you actually think that they can hide from me?" Freeza asks.
"You won't live long enough to harm them!" he cries and a gold aura surrounds him and his hair now stands up.

Planet Earth...,

'Kami," Mr. Popo says telepathically.
"Yes," the old Namek replies.
'I've gathered all the dragon balls.'
'Very good Mr. Popo. I'll contact King Kai.'

King Kai's planet...,

***

"Whoa, that's Goku! How did he get so powerful?" King Kai asks. "Could Krillin's death have pushed him over the edge?"
'King Kai,' Kami says.
'Kami? Is that you?'
'Yes. Mr Popo has been working hard and has gathered all seven dragon balls.' Kami explains.
'Kami, you are alive?'
'Why yes.'
'That means that Piccolo is still alive!'
'Yes. As long as he stays alive I will be living.'
'You say that Mr. Popo has collected the dragon balls?'
'Yes.'
'Ok, I've got a wish.'
'You do?'
'Yes, now listen closely.'

*** Planet Namek

"There she is!" Lily says spotting Bulma.
"Bulma!" Gohan cries out.
"Gohan! Where have you been!?" Bulma shouts after Gohan and Lily land.
"No time Bulma...,my dad wants us to get out of here now." Gohan explains.
"What about Goku?" Bulma asks.
"He just told me to get you and to get the heck off of Namek."
"So Gohan, who's your girlfriend?" Bulma asks teasingly.

Planet Earth

"I am Shenron. You who have gathered the dragon balls, state your one wish and it will be granted if it's within power.
"Oh great Shenron, is it within your power to bring back every single person killed by Freeza on the planet Namek?" Mr. Popo asks.
"I don't know." Shenron replies perplexed.
"Well if you don't know, then who does?"
"I shall try." Shenron says and his eyes glow red.

Planet Namek...,

'How has this monkey had the ability to continue to defy me!?' Freeza rants. "That's it! I have had enough of you Saiyan!" He shouts and he starts to energize a large disk. "I'm going to destroy this whole planet and there's nothing you can do to stop me!" he finishes and the large disk crashes into the planet's surface.

King Kai's planet...,

"Ooooh!" King Kai cries after feeling the explosion from the planet. "He really did it! He destroyed planet Namek!"
"You've got to be kidding me King Kai." Tien comments.

Goku's ship...,

***

"Phew," Bulma says. "That was a close one. I don't know how we're still alive, but we are."
"I can't feel my father." Gohan comments.
"Wait a minute or two. Freeza's attack still hasn't fizzled out yet." Lily comments.

King Kai's planet...,

"He didn't do it! I don't know how, but Namek is still their." King Kai reports.
"That was a close one." Yamcha says.

Planet Namek...,

***

"You couldn't go through with it could you?" Goku asks.
"Damn, I shouldn't held back. Oh well, I say we've got five minutes before this planet goes boom. I'll survive the blast, but you won't because your little monkey lungs need air."
"Five minutes is all I need to defeat you." Goku states.

'I'm alive?' Guru thinks reappearing on planet Namek.
'Guru?' a telepathic voice questions.
'Yes?'
'This is King Kai.'
'Oh, hello.'
'Listen, if I'm correct there's still one wish to be made on the dragon.'
'Yes.'
'I want the dragon to take everyone off planet Namek and transport them to Earth except for Freeza.'
'I understand. I think Dende is the one closest to the dragon.'
'Hurry Guru, we don't have much time.'
'Wait a minute King Kai.' Goku interrupts.
'Goku?' How can you be fighting Freeza and communicating with me at the same time.'
'Change the wish.'
'What!?'
'Change the wish so that I and Freeza are the only ones left on this planet.'
'Goku! What are you thinking?'
'I want to finish off Freeza myself. There's still a chance that he'll survive the blast.'
'But Goku...,'
'Listen King Kai, you know in your heart that's the right thing to do.'
'All right, Guru I want to change the wish.'
'Thanks King Kai.'

"I'm alive." Dende says looking around.
'Dende.'
'Guru is that you?'
'Yes. Do you see the dragon?'
'Yes.'
'Good. This is the third wish...,'

'Hey Goku,' King Kai begins.
'What?'
'How many super Saiyans does it take to change a light bulb?'
'I don't know...,how many?'
'I don't know either, but it only takes one to defeat Freeza.'
'Thanks King Kai.'
'Don't you dare make me regret this or I'll make you listen to every single one of my jokes for the rest of your afterlife.
'Now I know I'll have to win now.' Goku replies.

"Porunga, is there still one more wish?" Dende asks.
"Yes child. Speak it now."
Dende starts to speak in Namekian while the same time Freeza charges in after seeing the dragon.
"Eternal dragon, grant me immortality now!" Freeza demands.
"Yes, I understand. All except for the ones called 'Goku' and 'Freeza' will be transported to the planet Earth now." the dragon says and his eyes begin to glow red.
"What!?" Freeza fumes.
"You almost had it there. Unfortunately you've got to speak their language to get a wish from their dragon." Goku replies smiling.
"Kakarotto you dog!" Vegeta says landing beside Goku.
"Hey Vegeta, looks like Shenron brought you back too."
"Look at you. A super Saiyan." Vegeta says.
"What!? Vegeta!" Freeza shouts.
Vegeta turns to Freeza and was about to say something, but he vanishes.
"The wish has been granted. Farewell!" and with that, Porunga returns to the dragon balls and he himself heads for planet Earth.
"What have you done!?"
"Well, we used the dragon balls on Earth to bring back every single one of your victims on this planet. Then, we used the third wish on the Namekian dragon to wish all but the two of us off planet Namek."
"You couldn't do all of that yourself! You were in telepathic communication with someone weren't you!?" Freeza shouts.
"Yep. Now shall we continue?"

Epilogue

"Huh? Where am I?" Lily asks looking around at her surroundings. She sees that she was on a planet with a deep purple sky with green foliage all around her.
"Welcome little one." a voice greets. She turns to see a light green skinned being standing before her.
"who are you?" Lily asks.
"I'm the Dragon Kai(1)."
"Dragon Kai? How did I get here?"
"Porunga told me that you were on his planet. I asked him to send you here."
"Why?"
"I must train you to take my place little one."
"What?"
"It is no coincidence that Freeza managed to get the scale of an eternal dragon. The scale that he used was one of my scales."
"Your scale?"
"I can no longer continue to serve as the Dragon Kai. Before I leave for the next life I must find a replacement. You are it."
"Why me?"
"Unlike you I'm a healer. I don't fight. However their far greater darker powers than Freeza. You will be the one to confront them."
"Does this mean I have to stay unmated?"
The old Dragon Kai chuckles. "No. Unlike me your mate will join you. Now, come, we've got a long way to go."

Author's Ramblings

Man, who knew re-writing the Freeza saga was so much work. I left off the fight between SSJ01 Goku and Freeza 'cause I couldn't find another way to do it. Plus, we all knows what happens. I hope to make greater changes to the Cell Saga.

1. The Dragon Kai is above even the Supreme Kai. He was the force in the creation of the Dragon Ball Z universe. He isn't much of a fighter, but has knowledge of fighting techniques that will help his successor. All wishes made on any eternal dragon goes through him. He too has dragon balls that he can be sealed away in, but because no one knows of his existence he has never been sealed away. Not even the Supreme Kai knows where exactly the Dragon Kai's planet is.
