Darkness and death surround me
Light and love have deserted me
My life is merely an existence
I died the day I was born
I have never lived
I only exist
A futile existence
Filled with despair
Filled with misery
Filled with pain
My pain is neither in my body
Nor in my psyche
It is in my soul
I tried to stop the pain
Tried to cut the demon out
I replaced it
Physical pain hurts less
Physical pain can be controlled
My anguished screams, I muffle
My physical injuries, I celebrate
T revel in the pain and the blood
It nourishes me
It keeps me going
From day to day
Till the day my eenceence is over
Till this pain in my heart stops
Till the day I secede in
Suicide.
