Freind or Foe

The dawn was coming to chase the night away. Akasha and Piccolo lay naked on the large heavy flat rock together. They woke up just in time to see the sun rise together. They both sat up and held each other in a loving silence. Then the sun had fully risen.

“Come on Akasha we should get going. We have to meet Goku and Vegeta.” Piccolo said suddenly. They began to get dressed then.

“Piccolo, I want to stay behind for a few moments, you go on ahead and meet them and tell them I will be there soon. Ok.” “Are you alright?” Piccolo asked her. “Yes I’m fine I just want to be alone for a few moments.” “Alright, I will go on ahead and tell them you’re on your way.” Piccolo declared.

They were both fully dressed now and Piccolo took to the air to meet Goku and Vegeta as planed. Akasha hid her tail inside her armor so it wouldn’t become a target for Taltos in battle. She then looked at the waterfall and all around her. A tear began to come out of her left eye and fell down her cheek of her face.

The she though “Piccolo I know you will be angry at me when I tell you wh hav have done, but I did this because I love you and I want to have this with you and no one else.” She then put her hands on her stomach and she began to feel the….

Mean while…..

Goku and Vegeta were still asleep in bed. They held each other still in each other’s arms. The sun was fully out and the rays began to come through Goku’s window. They hit Goku in the face and he began to roll over to avoid them. Unfortunately he rolled off the side of the bed and fell to the floor bringing Vegeta (who was still holding him) down with him. They were both still naked and the only thing that covered Vegeta was a little of the sheeom tom the bed that fell on his leg and no where else.

“Kakarott what are you doing?” Vegeta asked in surprise to finding himself on the bedroom floor. “I’m sorry Vegeta. The sun was in my eyes and I tried to roll over to avoid them and I guess I rolled the wrong way.” Goku said almost laughing. “Oh well it doesn’t matter, we have to meet Piccolo and my sister now any way.” Vegeta declared as he stood up.

Goku looked up at him as he did so and as he went to get dressed in his armor. Goku then got up him self and began to get dressed as well.

“Goku remember our plan we are going to fight Taltos together first and kill him, that way Akasha wont have to fight.” Vegeta stated.

Goku didn’t say anything; he just began to wonder if what they had planed was enough to stop Taltos. They were fully dressed and left the house and flew off together to meet Piccolo and Akasha.

When Goku and Vegeta arrived Piccolo was already there waiting for them.

“Alright we are here, where is Akasha?” Goku asked. “She said she would be here in a few moments.” Piccolo answered.

Akasha arrived and began to speak immediately.

“Alright guys I’m here. My ships computer says that Taltos will land 300 miles west of the city. We should be able to get there just before he lands. So lets go.”

They followed her with out question and they took to the air. When they finally arrived Vegeta began to talk.

“Akasha listen to me. Goku and I will fight Taltos first.” “Vegeta you cant defeat him, your not strong enough yet and besides its not only your strength that is not enough yet.” Akasha said trying to stop him, but she knew that it was no use. He had already made up his mind and nothign she said could stop him. “Don’t worry I have a plan. You will see for yourself soon enough.” Vegeta said.

The place around them was desolate. It had almost no plants or any kind of visible signs of life. The earth looked barren and there were mostly just jagged rocks all around them. They soon felt Taltos coming in his ship. They all stood ready watching the sky in anticipation. Then suddenly the spotted it in the sky. It was falling the earth like a meteor. It hit the earth with a great impact making a huge crater. They ran towards it to face their enemy.

They reached it looking down into the crater and saw his ship. It was colored black and gray. It was made out of what looked like some kind of flesh, almost like leather. But it was metal none the less. It was large and round, not like a ship but more like some kind of a capsule. A hatch opened up and they all watched as Taltos came out.

“I have finally found you Akasha and now you will pay. But don’t worry I wont kill, I will leave that honor to my children after they hatch from inside your body they will eat you alive. And I will take your remains and eat what is left.” Taltos announced. “You will have to get through us first you toad!!” Goku yelled. “I will never let you touch my sister, and now you face the prince of all saiyans and in the end you will wish just before you die that you never came here.” Vegeta announced suddenly. “You I will kill you pathetic little weakling. I kill you like I did with the nameks. And I will make you drown in your own blood.” “What did you do to my people!?!?” Piccolo roared. He was enraged as he heard Taltos’s words. “If you have hurt them I will send you screaming to the pits of hell with my bare hands!!!” Piccolo continued but Taltos gave only a maniacal laughter. “Akasha me and Goku will take care of this get back and let us do so.” Vegeta told Akasha. “Brother I hope you know what you are doing because this is our only chance to stop him.”

With that Akasha took Piccolo by the hand and they both backed away to what they though was a safe distance. And now Goku and Vegeta were ready to face Taltos. Taltos jumped out of the crater landing opposite of them. Vegeta and Goku jumped back and stood back to back. They began to dance with there movements perfectly in sink. Then they both yelled. “FUSION HA!!!!”

A huge flash blinded them all except for Taltos who never moved his eyes away, looking in pure amusement. When the flash passed Goku and Vegeta were gone and Gogeta stood there alone.

“I am Gogeta and you cannot even begin to fathom our power and now your reign of terror will end” Gogeta announced. “ That was a nice little trick but trust me this will be your end not mine.” Taltos said.

The battle lines were now drawn and now they both stood silent in their fighting stance’s. Gogeta made the first move, he ran at Taltos at full speed. And he punched Taltos in the head and tried to hit him with a roundhouse kick but Taltos moved out of the way. Taltos then opened his mouth and shot out some kind of acid at Gogeta. Gogeta was able to dodge it by hair and the acid landed on a rock behind Gogeta, eating away at it until it completely dissolved. Gegeta charged at Taltos once more and grabbed him and threw him into the air. He then teleported above him and slammed his elbow at the base of Taltos’s back and slammed him down into the ground. As soon as he hit the ground Gogeta leapt back smiling. Taltos looked up with an evil grin on his face and chuckled.

“Please don’t tell me this is your best, HA HA HA….” Taltos said as he laughed.

Taltos stood up then got into a strange stance and closed his eyes. He was standing only on his left foot with his right lifted up, and his back twisted half way as if he was trying to look behind him.

“GOGETA LOOK OUT!!!! HE IS FOCUSING ALL HIS ENERGY INTO AN ATTACK!!!!” Akasha yelled but it was too late.

A strange kind of green luminescent glow began to surround Taltos’s body. And suddenly he began to spin around creating a kind of cyclone around him but he kept spinning faster and faster. He kept doing so until he was nothing but a small luminescent green tornado on to himself with the spike on the top and on his chin sticking out like the sharp blades of a blender. And then suddenly another set appeared from out his elbows becoming that much more deadly.

He began to spin towards Gogeta with great speed. Gogeta jumped and dodged him but had no chance to make an attack of his own. Then Gogeta leapt back far enough to send a ki blast at Taltos. But the blast just bounced back. Gogeta had to leap twice to avoid the blast and Taltos.

“GOGETA LISTEN TO ME. YOU HAVE TO USE THE ATTACK I TAUGH YOU. IT’S THE ONLY THING THAT CAN STOP HIM NOW!!!!” Akasha yelled to Gogeta.

He then flew into the air and closed his eyes. He put his hands together as if he was praying. Then suddenly fire surrounded his entire body and began to collect and disappear into his hands. And suddenly Gogeta opened his eyes.

“HOTARU FLAME!!!!” Gogeta yelled as he thrust his hands out with his thumbs connected and both his index fingers making a circle, towards Taltos who was heading towards him in his tornado form. And out from the circle came 6 huge fireballs and each hit Taltos dead center. Taltos crashed on the ground covered in fire.

Taltos jumped up and spun in the air to put out the fire. When they were gone smoke rose from his skin all over. His green skin had been scorched black by the flames. Taltos looked up at Gogeta and only smiled evilly again.

“It looks like Akasha prepared you well. But let’s see what you can do with this one.” Taltos said still smiling.

He closed his eyes once more and stood with his legs apart, and his hands together with both his index fingers Sticking out like a gun. The strange luminescent glow began to cover him again but it was all flowing into his fingers and slowly fading.

Akasha had never seen this attack and just yelled out to Gogeta to attack before he had a chance to execute the attack. Gogeta then charged at Taltos but he was to late.

“AROURA WAVE!!!!” Taltos roared and then a wave of green luminescent energy blasted out from his fingertips and hit Gogeta in the very center of his chest. Gogeta was thrown back reatreat force landing many yards away from Taltos on his back. Then in another flash of light Gogeta became Goku and Vegeta once more.

Akasha and Piccolo ran towards them but Taltos didn’t move an inch. Akasha took her brother into her arms and Piccolo took Goku. They carried them to the side where they were once standing.

Piccolo, listen to me. I need you to take care of them while I fight Taltos, and if I die go and tell the others to summon the dragon with the dragon balls and take Goku and my brother to my ship and put them in the tank, do you understand.” Akasha told Piccolo with a heavy heart. Piccolo nodded and Akasha kissed him on his green lips for what might be the last time. She then took her place on the battlefield and Taltos and her stood in their fighting stances.

“Now it ends Taltos, now it will finally end.” “Yes it will end for you.” Taltos replied.

Then Akasha leapt into the air and became a super saiyan. Taltos charged her with his arms folded exposing the sharp blade like spikes from his elbows, and lowered his head pointing the spike on his head right at Akasha. Akasha stood there not moving out of the way. Akasha was now filled with rage from the sight of her brother and her friend lying on the ground defeated. When Taltos was near she charged him and grabbed the spikes from out his elbows with her bare hands and snapped them like twigs, and sent Taltos smashing down into the ground. She threw aside the spikes and then noticed the deep gashes in her hands that were pouring out blood. She paid no mind to the pain and concentrated on Taltos. Taltos finally looked like he was in pain and he stopped smiling. Taltos rolled himself into a ball and called once again the green glow. It surrounded him again but it looked even brighter than ever before. And instantly an explosion happened. Akasha was caught in it but luckily Piccolo and the two unconscious saiyans were just out of reach. Piccolo watched as his love was blown into the air by the blast. Akasha felt the full force of the explosion. She fell to the ground in pain but she was still awake. She stood again on the ground with a look of pure anger on her beautiful face. Taltos was still coiled into a perfect ball. He then bounced into the air and burst out and began to spin again into a tornado but this time even faster than before.

“Fine Taltos but I have a few new moves of my own.” Akasha declared.

Taltos began to head for Akasha with the spikes on his head out to in an attempt to slash her all over. And like Gogeta, Akasha got into the same fighting stance and closed her eyes. The difference was that this time she let her arms out over her head each making an arch.

“RAGGING PHOENIX!!!!” Akasha roared. And then a blaze of fire ignited all over her body and it focused into the two arches of her arms, and from them out came 12 huge bird shaped fireballs that went after Taltos.

Taltos tried to dodge them but the fireballs literally followed him and hit him with full force. Taltos writhed in pain as they burned him all over even worse than before. They disappeared into his skin and he was now in rage himself. Akasha now flew into the air and flew at Taltos. She landed a kick on his chest and knocked him down again. She turn around made another pass as Taltos began to pick himself up and knocked him down again. She went into the air like a bird then. Taltos got up again and looked up at Akasha. He leapt up with a speed that made him a quick blur. He lowered his head and struck Akasha in the chest with his spike. The spike just missed her heart and went through he left lung. Taltos tossed her aside to the ground and began to laugh again. She was now on the ground coughing up blood and bleeding through the hole the spike had left. Piccolo watched as Akasha was trying to get up. Akasha put her left hand on her stomach and she knew that if she died now she would never get another chance to make her wish come true with Piccolo even if she was wished back with the dragon balls.

“I won’t let you kill the people I care about and I won’t let you win this battle Taltos. Because now I have found my home and my family and I will not let you take that all away from me!!!!” Akasha declared and ascended into the air.

She looked right at Taltos and an extremely bright light shone out of her eyes. This huge force seemed to be coming from her. The light covered her entire body and Akasha looked like a star in the star in the sky.

“HIKARI BEAM!!!!” Akasha yelled and a giant beam of light exploded out of her body and hit Taltos. He tried to get out of its way but there was no escape. The beam was disintegrating him into nothing. When the beam vanished there was nothing in the air but a blackened skeloton that was once Taltos. The skeloton fell to the ground and disintegrated further into nothing but cinders and ashes. Akasha was covered in her own blood from her wound and she was now falling to the ground herself. Piccolo flew to her and caught her before she hit the ground.

“Akasha hold on ill get you to your ship and you’ll be ok just hold on.” Piccolo said franticly. “Piccolo stop and calm down. I will be ok. And besides I wouldn’t leave you even in death. And besides,” she said as she took Piccolo’s hand and put it on her stomach. “You and I are having baby……”
