A couple weeks have passed now as Vegeta and Kakarot became closer, strengthening their bond. Almost nonstop love-making took place and Kakarot enjoyed every minute of it. It was like it got a lot better the more they did it. It was starting to become addicting to the mortal. Being with the God was like nothing else…nothing could compare. Soon, Kakarot found himself becoming drunk off of the God’s love and passion…to the point where he demanded the being’s attention almost every minute of the day. Of course, who was Vegeta to resist? His lover was playful and experimental and He enjoyed their time together almost as much as Kakarot did. However, their time together was abruptly halted when the creator contacted Vegeta again. Vegeta wanted to argue with the God, but knew that was futile and went ahead and did what He was told.
When Vegeta returned to the bedroom, Kakarot was lying on his stomach while humming and reading a book. When he noticed Vegeta, he immediately got up from the bed and rushed over to his lover. Vegeta was about to speak when Kakarot kissed Him passionately and the younger wrapped his naked body around His. The kiss ended then Kakarot trailed his kisses to an ear and whispered seductively, “Ready for another go?” then nibbled on a lobe.
Vegeta moaned excitedly at the other’s never-ending playfulness and lust then gave in to His chosen’s teasing by kissing him hard and pushing him backwards towards the bed. Kakarot plopped down on it, never ceasing his hold of his irresistible God. However, as soon as the kiss ended, so did their time together. Vegeta ran His fingers through lovely untamed locks as He stared at His lover solemnly. Kakarot noticed the expression and questioned it. “Vegeta? What’s wrong?”
“My love, as much as I adore this side of you…I must go away for a while.” He was almost reluctant to say it, since He didn’t know how Kakarot would take that information.
Kakarot sat up then, causing Vegeta to get off of him. “What do You mean?” He gave the divine being a hurt look.
Vegeta kneeled on the floor beside the bed and took Kakarot’s hand in His. “I just heard word from my creator. He thinks…our relationship…is getting a little out of hand and…” He looked away, “I have to agree.”
Kakarot pulled his hand out of the other’s grasp. “What?”
Vegeta’s expression fell at the action then sighed. “Please don’t get me wrong, I love the time we’ve spent together and will expect more to come, but…the way you’ve been acting lately…I think we should spend some time apart.”
Kakarot gave Him an odd look. “What do You mean, ‘the way I’ve been acting?’ Am I smothering You too much or something? Are You getting sick of my attention?” His brow furrowed in hurt and anger.
Vegeta stood abruptly. “No! That’s not it…believe me, darling. I love all of the attention you’ve been giving me.” He sat on the bed then, next to Kakarot. “It’s just that…whenever…my past chosen’s have shown a great interest in me, like you have recently, things get…a little out of hand. I don’t want that to happen. I want to be careful as our relationship progresses, but at the same time, I want to show you how much you really mean to me and that you’re the only one for me.” He took Kakarot’s hand again and settled it against His cheek in a loving gesture.
Kakarot looked as if he understood, but was still skeptical. “So, I just need to control myself, but why do You have to leave?”
Vegeta brought Kakarot’s hand away from His face and just held it. “I’ve been neglecting my duties. The war is getting out of hand and even spreading to other continents. I must step in and take control before mankind destroys itself.”
Kakarot’s face turned sad as he scooted closer to his lover and embraced Him. “No, I don’t want You to go.”
Vegeta returned the gesture. “I know, I don’t either, but it’s something I have to do.” He pulled away so He may get dressed and get His things together.
Kakarot watched Him. “How long will You be gone?”
Vegeta sighed regrettably as He rustled about. “I’m not sure really, but from the sound of it, maybe a few weeks.”
“What?!” Kakarot shouted as he stood from the bed and rushed over to Him in a panic. “No! You can’t leave me for that long!”
Vegeta stopped what He was doing so He can give His attention to His chosen. “Why not? You’ve been without me for longer, besides…” His expression fell, “I don’t have a choice.”
Kakarot’s features turned to worry. “Well, what am I supposed to do while You’re away? I don’t even know where the nearest town is.” He responded in a lost tone.
Vegeta returned to what He was doing. “I’ve got that figured out already. I bought a horse for you so you may travel wherever you wish and…” He trailed off as He searched throughout His belongings then pulled out a large folded piece of parchment. “A map of the continent.” He turned and handed it to him. “If you go elsewhere, you’ll have to get another map.” He turned to finish packing His things, then turned back to His beloved when He was done.
Kakarot looked at the map, realizing just how real this all was when he saw Vegeta was dressed, packed and ready. He dropped the map and clung to the God. “Don’t go! I don’t want You to go anywhere without me! What if You don’t come back? What if something happens to me? What if I get captured or attacked and I need You here to protect me!” He listed off all the things that scared Vegeta the most in the hope that He’d stay.
“Kakarot, stop!” He grabbed a hold of His chosen to keep him quiet and calm. He took a hold of his chin and lifted it so he may look Him in the eyes. “Do you remember what I told you when we first met?”
It took Kakarot a little bit before it finally came to him. “‘Whenever I have found that I’ve fallen, I’ll pick myself up and never give up. It takes a coward to accept defeat and to never stand up again, but it takes a man to be reborn from the ashes of his failure and keep on trying. Remember these words and they will help me in my times of struggle…and remember You…for You will be back for me.’” He held a hand to that handsome face and smiled.
Vegeta smiled in return. “And be back for you I shall.” He moved in and embraced His chosen and kissed him passionately. Kakarot greedily returned the kiss and savored the taste of his beloved before they broke apart. He watched sadly as Vegeta grabbed His belongings and left the room. Kakarot stood stock still for a moment before following the powerful being all the way to the entrance of the castle. Vegeta stopped at the open door and gave one last look and a hug to His chosen. “If you ever need me, just pray and I will hear it and immediately come back, but only if you really need me. I love you. Take care of yourself and be safe.”
They touched foreheads as Kakarot fought back the urge to just tie up his lover and never let Him go, but knew that wouldn’t do any good. “Okay. The same goes for You. I miss You already…” They shared another kiss before Vegeta stepped out and took flight. Kakarot ran out to see Him leave. “I love You!” He shouted back, knowing that his beloved heard him.

One week later…
Okay, there’s no way that he can stay in this castle anymore. It made creepy noises that he didn’t even notice until he was alone. It moaned and creaked and sometimes, it sounded like it was falling apart and he swore it was haunted. Things seemed to move from a different place than where he remembered them and he thought he heard his and Vegeta’s name being called, but when he’d try to find the source, he wouldn’t hear it anymore. Either that or he was going insane. He needed to get out. Deciding to go to the market in the town closest here, Kakarot quickly left the castle and mounted his horse then fled from the empty building. Maybe a few nights in town wouldn’t hurt. After all, Vegeta said he could go anywhere. Although, he didn’t know if He said that to make him feel like he’s not a prisoner or if He truly didn’t mind where he went. Either way, Kakarot’s pretty much been all over and there was nothing else he desired than Vegeta’s company, which will have to wait until He came back.
He trotted through the market of the fairly sized town and passed by a pub. He stopped when he saw it then parked his horse and entered the establishment. It was fairly busy, but not too crowded. Kakarot sat at an empty table that was kind of away from people but not so much so that it’d make him suspicious. He didn’t have to wait long when a waitress came over to take his order. “Hey there, stranger. What’ll it be?” She winked at him as she rested a hand on the table and waited for the man to say something.
Kakarot blushed when he saw the attractive waitress and blushed more when she winked at him. He immediately avoided eye contact and muttered out his order. She winked at him again and giggled then said she’d have it out shortly. When she left, Kakarot couldn’t help but stare after her. Her hair was a long flowing red that was tied back and her voluptuous curvy body was something that Vegeta didn’t have and was worth exploring. He’s never had a woman actually talk to him before. Sure they’ve stared, but never interacted with him. The young man gulped when he realized how dry his mouth was from gaping like a fish. However, he berated himself when he remembered that he already had someone. Still, he’s never laid with a woman and he was curious as to how that’d go. He was a little more confident now that he knew what to do in that situation and Vegeta didn’t really seem to mind that much when He told him that he could do such a thing. Then again, He said that before they were even…together and in case he changed his mind about Him. He just wasn’t sure.
“Here ya go, big boy. Two specials and three beers. Do you have everything you need?” The waitress flirted as Kakarot tried to keep his eyes on the food given to him.
“U-Umm…no that’ll be all. Thanks.” Kakarot immediately started digging in, a sign that he was done talking.
The waitress blushed lightly when she noticed how shy he was, but this didn’t stop her from trying to catch his eye. “Okay. Let me know if you need anything else.” She took one last look at the handsome man then scampered off.
After that, Kakarot kept his eye on the girl when she wasn’t looking. After he was finished with his meal, or what he ate of it, he stayed for a while and drank his fill, the girl refilling his beverage every time. Finally, when it was getting well into the night, the crowd thinning as it got closer to closing time, he decided to call it a night and leave. However, not before the pretty waitress caught him before he did. She pushed Kakarot back in his seat as soon as he stood then bent over, giving him a pretty good view of her breasts and whispered in his ear. “Hey, handsome. What’s the rush? Why don’t you and I spend some more time together?”
The fierce blush that appeared on Kakarot’s face wasn’t going anywhere anytime soon as he shivered from the girl’s hot breath and felt her breasts press against him. He gulped. “S-Sure.”
She pulled back. “Great! I get off in five. Meet me upstairs?” She gestured to the stairs that led to a hallway and a few apartments.
Kakarot followed the gesture and eyed the stairs before nodding. “Okay.”
The girl smiled brightly and winked at him. “See you then.” She giggled and walked off.
The blush stayed on Kakarot’s shocked face as he watched her leave. Was what he just did the right choice to make? Sure he had someone, but…before he made ‘the decision,’ he wanted to experience everything he could, just in case. So, five minutes later, he met the girl right where she said as she came bouncing up the stairs. “Hey, glad you didn’t change your mind.” She winked at him again as she walked down the hall. Kakarot didn’t say anything, since he was still having second thoughts. “My place is this way.” She gestured as she kept walking.
He followed until they stopped in front of a door that led to a small and dingy apartment. It was better than staying cooped up in that creepy castle. As soon as the girl dropped her stuff on a small table that was next to the door, Kakarot found himself being pressed up against the door he just closed with an armful of girl and said girl kissing him. He was surprised at the unexpected action, but quickly recovered and returned the kiss. It was wet and warm, but not as warm as Vegeta and her lips were plump and soft…like the rest of her body as his hands roamed on her. As soon as she pulled away, Kakarot took that opportunity to get some information. “I don’t even know your name.” He gasped as she quickly discarded his shirt.
“Kanya. Yours?” She pulled him into another lip lock as Kakarot rustled with his new bed partner’s clothing.
He pulled back for a moment. “Kakarot,” then continued kissing her as soon as he got her top off. Kanya appeared to be wearing a garment of some sort around her breasts. Well that just won’t do. He quickly ripped it off, causing the girl to gasp in excitement and press her naked self against a hard bare chest. Both moaned at the contact as Kanya pulled them to her bed and plopped herself on it. She then proceeded to pull the rest of her clothes off and beckoned him closer. Kakarot’s gaze didn’t miss a thing on that interesting body as he studied the female’s naked form. He then answered her silent command by crawling on top of her while kissing from her belly and working his way up, paying special attention to her breasts. Kanya moaned and panted as she was explored and worshipped by a curious and talented mouth. She was so soft, unlike Vegeta, and warm, but not as much as Vegeta. However, between her legs was even warmer…and wet. Just when he found the spot that he needed to plunge himself in, he was about to do just that…when he stopped.
Kanya looked up at her bed partner, expecting him to ravage her, but raised a brow when he stopped. “What’s wrong?”
Kakarot ran a hand through his hair as his thoughts conflicted with each other. “I…don’t know if I want to do this.”
The girl sat up then, a pout forming on her kiss swollen lips. “Why not?”
Kakarot sighed. “The thing is…I already have someone.”
Kanya sat back, looking disappointed. “Oh.”
“But H-…she’s away and…I don’t know when I’m going to see her again. It’s already been a week and I just feel so alone.” He stopped himself when he was about to say ‘He,’ knowing full well that that wasn’t always smiled upon and people had different point of views about it.
Kanya lied back down and arched, showing off her feminine body. “Well big boy, it’s up to you.” She beckoned him with a smile to try and seduce him to get him to continue.
Kakarot bit his lip. No…he shouldn’t be doing this. He had Vegeta, he couldn’t do this to Him while he was away. He trusts him…he doesn’t want to betray that trust. Not to mention He’s a God. What’s he doing with a mere mortal when he has a powerful being that he’s head over heels for? He placed his hands on the lithe body below and trailed them down her stomach and thighs, debating. Then again, this would be the first time he’ll get to bed a female and who knows when this opportunity will come to him again. After all, it was only a one-time thing and Vegeta didn’t need to know…
“So, what’ll it be handsome? You want what’s right in front of you or what isn’t here?” Kanya cooed, coaxing her partner to do what she wanted with her legs and brought him closer…

Kakarot left the establishment with his coat in hand and the buttons undone on his shirt, which was tucked out of his pants. He ran a hand through his hair a few times, fixing it before putting on his coat and getting on his horse. He shivered slightly in the freezing night air as he galloped back to the castle. He missed Vegeta….
