Wow…umm, school sucks.

He was going insane, there was even less to do at their house then at his. Well, that wasn’t true, it was just boring without people to pester, that, or everything reminded him of the two he was trying to forget.
It had been three days and neither of them had tried to explain things to him. Duo was still confused, he didn’t understand why Heero would say Duo wouldn’t lose him, and then go kiss Wufei. It didn’t make sense; it wasn’t something that Heero would do.
Finally deciding on something to do, he walked out the back door and stripped to his boxers. It was a sunny day and he may as well get a tan. He would have gone naked, but he didn’t want to explain that to his hosts. Sitting on a beach chair, he was immediately disappointed when his sun was blocked.
“No sex, three days, get out.” So that was why his hosts were getting edgier.
“Trowa, we said we would help him. Duo, go talk to them. Ask about what you saw. That’s the only way things will get better.” Trust Quatre to be nice about kicking him out. Duo knew he was right, but could he really talk to them? He wasn’t ready to, but he knew he was being forced into it.
“I guess you’re right, I should talk to them…I just don’t know what’s going to happen.” Quat and Trowa just smiled as they stepped closer to him.
“May we help you one more time before you go see them?” Duo nodded at Quatre’s request, he’d take all the help he could get. “It might have happened too far apart for you to catch is, so, we’ll speed it up for you.” Why didn’t Duo like the sound of that?
Both ex-pilots leaned in and kissed him on the cheek before kissing each other. They waited for realization to hit him, but as they stood there, they realized they had just confused the poor boy more than they had helped him. Sighing, Trowa went inside to grab Duo’s keys while he pulled on his clothes.
“Things will work out Duo, you’ll be fine, they aren’t the type to hurt people like this. Just ask and every thing will work out, good luck.” Quatre tried to cheer him up as he led him through the house to the front door. “By the way, the Preventors want to see you the day after tomorrow.”
Nodding, Duo got on his bike and waved goodbye. He didn’t know what was going to happen when he got home, but at least he’d know the truth. On the ride home, he prepared himself as well as he could to lose both of them, but he knew it was still going to hurt to see them together.
