Organized Chaos
Juunanagou shifted the bundle in his arms and looked around. \"Long time no see,\" he said casually. \"I didn\'t realize that all of you were the ones fighting with Lady Macbeth against those demons or I wouldn\'t have worried.\"
\"What are you doing here, anyway, Android?\" Vegeta demanded.
Juunanagou grinned. \"I had an appointment,\" he said. \"I come by every week about this time. What are you doing here?\"
Vegeta\'s cheeks flushed. \"None of your damned business!\" he shouted.
Juunanagou was unfazed. He laughed out loud. \"As polite as ever, I see,\" he said.
\"Daddy, you know that hunk?\" Bra asked. \"Who is he?\"
Goten growled under his breath. \"Hunk nothing. I could take him.\"
Juunanagou walked over to stand beside Bra\'s bed. He sat a few garments down on the table next to her, judging them to be the right ones. \"So, Vegeta has a daughter, does he? I can tell; you look just like your mother - beautiful.\" He took her hand and kissed her fingers.
Goten came up off his bed with a roar. In the blink of an eye he was across the room and tackled Juunanagou. The two dark-haired young men tumbled to the ground.
The artificial human easily kicked Goten aside and sat up. \"Hm, a younger Son Gokou...you must be his son.\"
\"I am...\" Goten growled. \"And I\'m also Bra\'s mate. You keep your hands off her!\" He stood and brushed himself off, moving between Bra\'s bed and the android. \"Just who the Hell are you anyway? My parents and brother seem to know you, but you can\'t be any older than me.\"
\"He\'s my brother, and yes, he\'s much older than you,\" a voice said.
Goten spun around to face the blonde android standing in the doorway. \"Juuhachigou!\" he said. \"What are you doing here?\"
\"I got a message out at Roshi\'s Island to be here today,\" she said. \"I didn\'t realize it was to watch my brother fight with a naked half-grown half-breed.\"
Goten turned red. He quickly got under the covers in Bra\'s bed and pulled her close to him. \"Just make sure he stays the Hell away from my mate!\" Goten shouted.
Juuhachigou tapped her finger thoughtfully on her chin. \"Mate, huh,\" she said. \"That\'s a new one...you must have learned that one from Vegeta...except he\'s always calling Bulma his \"woman\".
Vegeta ground his teeth. \"Argh! You two just get out!\" he ordered.
\"Not a problem, I\'ve got other things to do anyway,\" Juunanagou said. He got up and quickly finished handing out clothes. Pigero also finished up quickly.
Lady Macbeth escorted the two men to the door where Juuhachigou was still waiting. \"We\'ll leave all of you alone to get dressed and up. We\'ll be in the tea shop if you need anything.\" She pulled the door closed behind her.
Everyone was silent for a moment, each straightening out his or her own thoughts. Suddenly Gohan cursed under his breath and quickly leaped out of bed, tossing on clothes as he went.
Videl looked up in surprise. \"What\'s wrong?\"
\"I forgot about Piccolo!\" Gohan exclaimed. gra grabbed onto the doorknob. \"I have to make sure he\'s all right!\" He dashed out the door before anyone could comment further.
Videl crossed her arms and frowned. \"There he goes again,\" she complained. \"He wakes up in bed beside me and rushes off to see Piccolo without so much as a thought my way. He\'s acting less like a human every day - and he hardly looks like one now either, with that mess of long hair and that tail!\"
Gokou rubbed his chin. \"Come to think of it, his hair was longer than it usually is,\" he mused. \"But I\'ve seen it that long before; when I trained him in the Room of Spirit and Time he almost got lost in it!\"
\"Must be another effect of that fruit,\" Trunks said. He was fingering his own long, lavender tresses, which spilled over his shoulders in light waves. \"It seems like it restored us to our peak of health. Even mom\'s hair is grown and full again.\"
\"It is?\" Bulma patted her hair uncertainly. \"I don\'t remember any more; there\'s so much gray in it I keep it pulled back so I don\'t have to look at it.\" She picked up a hand mirror on the table next to her and looked into it. She gasped at the reflection of the young woman that looked back at her. \"It is! It\'s all healthy again! And my wrinkles have faded too - I look like I\'m 20 years old!\"
ChiChi grabbed her own mirror to inspect her own reflection. \"Oh...my...kami-sama...I\'m going to have to find more of these. I don\'t think I looked this young on my wedding day!\"
Vegeta leaned over and nipped Bulma lightly on the neck. \"Good; now maybe you can keep up with me, ne?\"
Bulma grinned. \"Keep up with you? How about you keep up with me?\" She pulled the saiya-jin over into her own bed; the others looked away a little embarrassed as Vegeta dove into her sheets and growled sexily in his throat.
ChiChi cleared her throat polietly. \"Ahem. Yes, well...\" She glanced over at Gokou and saw that he was staring almost hungrily at her. \"Gokou...\" she began.
\"ChiChi...\" Gokou said. His voice was almost a whine. He slipped out of his bed and joined her in hers. \"You don\'t want to let them out do us, do you?\" He wrapped his arms tightly around her and pulled her close, leaving no question as to what he had in mind.
Goten piped up from across the room. \"I think that\'s our cue to leave.\" He grabbed Bra\'s hand and their clothes and fled out the door.
\"Ah, same here,\" Trunks echoed. He scooped up Pan and their clothes and followed Goten and Bra.
Videl shook her head. \"I\'m never going to understand saiya-jin.\" She left behind Trunks and Pan.
*
Piccolo sat up and wearily looked around. He\'d never felt so tired in his life. He wondered briefly how long he had been out. He started to stand, but he was overcome by a wave of dizziness and nauso heo he leaned back against the pillow again.
\"Piccolo!\" Gohan\'s voice suddenly echoed across the room.
Piccolo turned his head to see the concerned young man entering the room. He was shocked to see the long, brown tail swishing behind the saiya-jin\'s back and the long mane of black hair that spilled down his back to meet it. \"What happened?\" he asked.
\"It\'s a long story, Piccolo,\" Gohan said. He knelt down beside Piccolo\'s bed. \"I\'m just glad to see that you and the baby are both okay.\"
\"Baby?\" Piccolo looked up at Gohan. He looked confused.
Gohan smiled. \"So you don\'t know yet,\" he said. He reached over and gently ran a hand over Piccolo\'s stomach region.
Piccolo covered Gohan\'s hand with his own. \"I just woke up,\" he said. \"I don\'t remember anything since I fell asleep last night; I don\'t even remember falling asleep, in fact. Just what the Hell is going on?\"
Gohan smoothed his free hand over Piccolo\'s forehead. \"Well, to start with, you\'re pregnant - with my baby. That\'s why I\'m feeling so much better today.\"
Piccolo stared in shock at Goten. \"Pregnant...you mean...?\" Another wave of dizziness hit him, and he closed his eyes to stave it off.
\"Piccolo, are you okay?\" Gohan grabbed the namek-jin\'s shoulders and gently shook him. The motion caused the nausea to set in again.
\"Ooohhhh...Gohan, don\'t...\" Piccolo groaned and grabbed his stomach. He tumbled off the bed onto the floor, reeling with the strange feeling.
\"Piccolo?\" Gohan asked worriedly. He knelt down next to the namek-jin.
Piccolo stared ahead for a long time. \"Pregnant...\" he said quietly. \"That would explain a lot.\"
\"Hey, it\'s going to be fine, Piccolo,\" Gohan said. \"I\'m staying right here, and...\"
Gohan\'s voice turned into droning in the background as Piccolo tuned him out. The namek-jin sat there stunned for a moment, his thoughts whirling through his head. He couldn\'t believe this was happening to him. Did this mean he was going to die shortly, just as his father had? And if he didn\'t, would he be able to live with himself, knowing that the saiya-jin/namek-jin half-breed growing inside him was his? He shook his head to try to clear his thoughts; he didn\'t want any of this right now. He certainly didn\'t want Gohan and his little group of friends all over him. He needed to be alone.
Piccolo stood up and roughly brushed Gohan away. \"Just leave me alone,\" he snapped at the shocked young man.
\"But, Piccolo, you need -\"
\"Don\'t tell me what I need!\" Piccolo shouted. \"I need you to leave me the Hell alone! It\'s your fault I\'m in this mess - how would you like to feel like your insides were ripped out and rearranged?! Because I can certainly make that happen if you don\'t get the Hell out of this room!!\"
Gohan\'s lip trembled, and for a second he looked like he was going to cry. \"All right, Piccolo,\" he said. He composed himself and stood upright. \"If that\'s how you feel, I won\'t bother you.\" He walked to the door and opened it without looking back.
Piccolo stared after the half-saiya-jin man. \"Gohan...\" he started to say; but Gohan was already out the door and gone.
*
Gohan wandered aimlessly for a few minutes, his disturbed emotions tumbling around in his head. Once he thought about it, he understood why Piccolo was pushing him away; that didn\'t make it hurt any less, though. He walked down another narrow hall and suddenly found himself out side in the back lawn.
The sound of laughter met his ears, and he looked up to see his brother, daughter, Trunks, and Bra laughing at some game they were playing. They looked almost like children as Goten and Trunks pulled out a can of soda each that they\'d acquired who-knows-where, and proceeded to shake them up and spray them all over each other. Bra and Pan laughed hysterically as the two young men grappled with each other, dripping with soda, their hands and faces becoming a sticky mess.
Gohan rolled his eyes. He could remember a time when he\'d been that carefree. It seemed like ages ago, however. He and Videl hadn\'t rough housed since they were in their twenties. He sighed and decided not to interrupt their fun.
As he proceeded along the yard, he came to a cool, shaded area that lead into a grove of pine trees. The sharp scent of pine mingled with the sunlight creating a pleasant atmosphere. Through a break in the trees he saw Radditz; the tall saiya-jin was reclining on a fallen log in a small clearing, appearing to be asleep as sunlight filtered down from above, washing over his face and hair, giving him a peaceful aura.
\"He almost looks peaceful and innocent,\" Gohan thought. Then he shook his head. \"Where the Hell did that thought come from? I must really be out of it.\" He started forward.
\"Hold on, Gohan,\" a voice said behind him. He turned to see Lady Macbeth standing behind him. \"That grove is magically protected; only one person at ae ise is allowed in there. It\'s a little reprieve I\'ve set up for people who need to get away.\"
\"He\'s just sleeping,\" Gohan complained. \"He\'s going to waste the day away like that.\"
\"It\'s his perogative,\" Lady Macbeth replied. \"He didn\'t feel comfortable sleeping inside, but he definitely needed the rest, so I showed him to this place.\"
Gohan sighed. \"I wish Piccolo wasn\'t so mad at me,\" he said.
\"He\'s not, actually,\" Lady Macbeth said. \"I checked on him a few minutes ago; his mood is fluctuating quite drastically. When I saw him, he was upset that he upset you.\"
\"What do I do?\" Gohan asked.
\"Give him time. I ran a couple of scans on him; the baby is developing very rapidly. He should be due within a couple days. We\'ll just have to see how things progress. A half-breed like this is unusal; there may be some surprises in store for us.\" Lady Macbeth headed back inside, and Gohan followed her.
\"I hope you don\'t mind if I hang out in the tea shop until then,\" Gohan said. \"I really don\'t have anything to do until then; I don\'t want to leave Piccolo here by himself until after the baby\'s born.\"
\"That\'s fine,\" Lady Macbeth replied. \"Your dad is already there; he and your mom, as well as Vegeta and Bulma, aren\'t busy any more.\" The small woman winked at him.
Gohan\'s cheeks pinked a little. He wasn\'t quite sure what she meant by \"busy\", but from her attitude he got the hint. \"Where\'s Vegeta? I figured Dad would be sparring with him.\"
\"He took off somewhere again; said he had something to take care of. I expect him back before long, though.\"
The two of them reached the tea shop via a side door, and they stepped inside. Juunanagou and Juuhachigou were sitting at a table peering at the screen of a laptop computer, and Marron and Kuririn were hanging over their shoulders trying to see as well.
\"Hey, Kuririn!\" Gohan said. \"I didn\'t know you came by with Juu-chan!\"
Kuririn stared at the half-saiya-jin for a moment. \"Whoa, Gohan!\" he exclaimed. \"I hardly recognized you!\" He rubbed the back of his head and grinned. \"Yeah, I figured Marron and I could use some time away from Roshi\'s place for awhile, and since Juu-chan had to come here anyway, we decided to tag along.\"
\"Why did you come by, anyway?\" Gohan asked Juuhachigou.
\"I got a letter out at Roshi\'s Island asking me to come here. It seems Juunana has been working with Lady Macbeth on piecing together our past; they have some leads that look promising. We\'re running through an address book right now - Juunana thinks our mother might still be alive.\"
Gohan stared at the two of them. \"Wow!\" he said. \"That\'s great! Good luck you two!\"
Just then, Vegeta landed in front of the door and walked in. \"Where\'s that woman of mine?\" he demanded. \"I need to talk to her.\"
\"Bulma\'s in the back making some tea, Vegeta,\" Lady Macbeth said. She looked up from some papers she was reading behind the sales counter. \"Take a seat, she\'ll be out soon enough.\" She went back to her reading.
\"Hmph!\" Vegeta said. He flopped down on a bench seat by a table and drummed his fingers. \"Arrogant woman,\" he muttered. \"Talking to the Prince of the Saiya-jin like that...\"
The doorbell clattered again, and a tall, blue-skinned woman entered. She had bright, flame-colored hair that was done up stylishly on her head, and a sexy snake-skin dress clung to her every curve. She was followed in by a group of young women with similar skin tone and attire. She paused for a second, and looked back behind her. \"Come along, dear, you\'re welcome to come in as well,\" she called out the door.
A tall, blue-skinned man stepped hesitantly through the door. His long, silky green braid swung gently behind him, swishing on the dark green snake skin of his garments. Gold jewelry clanked quietly as he walked forward. \"My Princess,\" he said. He bowed to the woman who\'d called him in.
Lady Macbeth looked up and raised an eyebrow. \"Good afternoon, Jadoushin,\" she said. \"He\'s not one of your usual girls,\" she added.
Princess Snake smiled. \"No, he\'s not,\" she said. \"He\'s a hot little number I picked up in Hell. I was getting bored, so I decided to do some bishounen shopping. Not much of a selection these days, let me tell you.\"
Vegeta looked up disinterestedly, trying to see who was the center of their conversation. His eyes suddenly widened. \"Zarbon!\" he practically shouted.
Zarbon looked startled at the sound of his name. He glanced around and saw Vegeta staring at him from a couple tables away. He gasped with recognition. \"Vegeta!\" he exclaimed.
\"You know that saiya-jin, honey?\" Princess Snake asked.
Zarbon jumped at the sound of her voice. \"Yes, my Princess,\" he said, quickly nodding. \"We\'re acquaintances.\"
\"Well why don\'t you go talk to \" s\" she asked. She gave him a gentle push in Vegeta\'s direction. \"I have some things to discuss with Lady Macbeth anyway. She clapped her hands. \"Girls, you\'re time is your own for a while. I\'ll call you when I need you again.\"
\"Yes, Princess,\" the girls chimed together.
Zarbon hesitantly made his way over to Vegeta\'s table. He sat down, uninvited, across from Vegeta. \"I hope you don\'t mind,\" he said. \"I don\'t want to disobey the Princess\'s wishes.\"
Vegeta snorted. \"I don\'t care,\" he said. \"What the Hell are you doing with her anyway?\"
Zarbon looked at his feet and swallowed hard. Vegeta could tell that his pride was being concealed with the action. \"She\'s my master - er, mistress - now,\" he said. \"She came and chose me out of the others in Hell. One of her girls picked up Jeice while they were there, but Princess Snake took an interest in me personally.\"
Vegeta snorted again. \"I guess the selection must really be slim, then,\" he said.
Zarbon almost looked like he was going to cry. \"It\'s not very damned funny, Vegeta!\" he shouted. Princess Snake glanced over at him and raised an eyebrow, and Zarbon quickly lowered his head and his voice. \"Do you think I like this?\" he asked. \"I thought it was over for me when you killed me; even Freeza couldn\'t get to me in Hell; yet that woman just strolled right in like she owned the place.\"
Vegeta started to say something again, but Bulma\'s sing-song voice cut into the conversation. \"Vegeta!\" she called. She walked into the room carrying a tray with tea and snacks on it. \"I heard you come in all the way in the back. I thought I told you about calling me \'woman\'!\"
Gokou was just behind her, chewing on a pastry while he held another in his hand. He glanced around and nearly choked on what he as eating. He swallowed quickly. \"Princess Snake!\" he cried. \"What are you doing here?\"
Princess Snake looked up and smiled when she saw the saiya-jin staring at her. \"Well, if it isn\'t Gokou. Long time no see, hon.\" She winked at him. \"My offer\'s still open,\" she said.
Gokou laughed and put his hand behind his head, an embarrassed blush creeping over his cheek. \"Well, I\'m still married, so I guess my answer\'s still the same.\" he said.
Jadoushin pouted a little. \"The good ones always are attached to someone else,\" she said. She turned back to Lady Macbeth.
\"So he\'s the one who got away,\" Zarbon whispered.
Vegeta looked at him quizzically. \"What are you talking about?\" he asked.
\"Princess Snake\'s girls said that only two men have ever gotten away from her,\" Zarbon explained. \"One was Emperor Enma Daiou; the other was a saiya-jin named Gokou. I\'d never seen him before today.\"
\"Hmph,\" Vegeta said. \"Terrific; the idiot has another tally on his list of people he\'s beat.\" The saiya-jin prince frowned as Gokou and Bulma approached their table.
\"Vegeta,\" Bulma said, \"Lady Macbeth said she knew you\'d be back soon, so I saved these for you.\" She set the tray down in front of Vegeta and glanced at the man sitting across from him. \"Hey, I know you!\" she exclaimed. \"You\'re that guy from Namek!\"
\"He\'s not from Namek, baka,\" Vegeta spat. \"He was one oeezaeeza\'s goons there.\"
\"Excuse me, ta, ta, if I remember correctly, you were one of Freeza\'s goons too.\" Zarbon shot back.
Vegeta growled deep in his throat. \"I never belonged to that monster, you remember that, Zarbon.\"
\"Oh really?\" Zarbon snapped back. He reached around and lifted Vegeta\'s shirt, revealing a deep scar on the saiya-jin\'s shoulder. \"Then just where did this scar come from, eh?\"
Vegeta snarled and pulled his shirt down. \"If I belonged to Freeza, I wouldn\'t be sitting here now. I got away when the time came - unlike you, who died serving that wretched creature. Look at you now - I\'m not the one dressed like some two-zeni whore.\"
Zarbon came up from his seat with a roar. \"You take that back, Vegeta!\" he screamed. He locked his hands onto Vegeta\'s throat.
Bulma jumped back as Vegeta and Zarbon tumbled out of their seats onto the floor. The fought, snarling and swinging at each other. Gokou just looked on in a daze, trying to figure out what had just happened.
\"Zarbon!\" Princess Snake admonished. She started to get up from her seat.
\"Let them fight it out, Jadoushin,\" Lady Macbeth said. \"They need to blow off the steam or they\'ll be at each other\'s throats again in no time.\"
Zarbon had already dropped out of the fight at the sound of Princess Snake\'s voice. Vegeta punched him just for good measure, sending him skidding across the floor into tall.all.
\"That\'s what I was talking about,\" Jadoushin said, turning back to Lady Macbeth. \"His demeanor hardly matches his file at all; he jumps at the strangest things, and he hardly is active at all in my palace.\"
Lady Macbeth flipped through the file that Jadoushin had set before her. She frowned as she skimmed a few pages and flipped some more. \"Have you read most of this?\" Lady Macbeth asked.
\"I skimmed a lot of it,\" Jadoushin admitted. \"I was very impressed with his looks and how he carried himself when he was in Hell, and his military record is impeccable. He seemed like the perfect warrior, at least until I got him home and cleaned up. I just can\'t understand what happened; I was wondering if maybe you\'d be able to take a look and help him.\"
Lady Macbeth rubbed her chin thoughtfully. \"You know I don\'t take in adults, Jadoushin,\" she said.
\"I know,\" the snake princess said, \"but I was hoping you\'d make an exception. He\'s so beautiful, I\'d hate to have to send him back to Hell, but I really don\'t know what to do to help him.\"
Lady Macbeth cupped her chin in her hands. \"I\'m willing to try what I can, but he\'s going to have to stay here. I already have an appointment lined up with Shukumei this afternoon; she should be here any time now, in fact. She\'s supposed to be bringing some people by that she wants me to reintroduce to living life.\"
\"Oh, that\'s fine,\" Jadoushin said. \"Just let me know when you think he\'s ready to come back. I\'d rather he be fully happy and healthy again.\"
The two women looked up as a figure glided silently through the door. Her presence didn\'t even create a slight wind, and the bells never moved. She nodded to the two women seated at the counter. \"Good afternoon, Lady Macbeth, Jadoushin.\"
Lady Macbeth nodded at her. \"Good afternoon, Shukumei. I was just telling Jadoushin that we had an appointment lined up.\"
Shukumei nodded. \"I brought the files you asked for about them,\" she said. \"They seem to be doing fine in my sanctuary; I just need to know when you want me to bring them by here.\"
Lady Macbeth glanced through the folders. She looked up at Vegeta and Gokou briefly, seeing that they were eating and paying off-and-on attention to what was going on in the room. Bulma was flitting between their table and the one that Kuririn and his family were sitting at; they didn\'t appear to be paying the least bit attention to anything but what they were working on. \"I don\'t see a problem. Bring them by this evening. I\'m going to get that young man settled in for Jadoushin, then I\'ll have free time to deal with them.\"
Their conversation was interrupted when Pigero suddenly rushed into the room. \"My Lady!\" he cried. He handed her a stack of papers. \"That yellow light you had me watching just went red; she\'s on the move, too.\"
Lady Macbeth took the papers from him and glanced over them. \"Have you projected where she\'s going?\" she asked.
\"Yes, My Lady,\" Pigero replied. \"It appears she\'s coming here; and she\'s moving fast, she may be in a vehicle.\"
\"So, the woman finally developed some backbone,\" Lady Macbeth muttered. \"Thank you, Pigero,\" she said. \"I\'ll keep an eye out; you make sure all the doors to my home are sealed; I\'m expecting trouble with thne.\ne.\"
Pigero nodded and left.
\"What was that all about?\" Jadoushin asked.
\"One of the women I was concerned about. She has an infant and an abusive husband. She\'s a lot stronger than she\'s given herself credit for; she should have left him long ago. I hate to think what prompted this action.\"
\"And she\'s coming here?\" Jadoushin said.
Lady Macbeth nodded. \"She knows of my reputation. I\'m quite notorious in her neighborhood - it\'s a bad part of the town, and at least a couple of the children here are from there. I hope she\'s -\" Her sentence was cut off as the door suddenly crashed in.
A distraught young woman flew into the shop, and nearly tumbled over the counter in her haste. She was tightly clutching an infant in her arms, and had been crying. A spreading bruise on the side of her face was obvious to everyone in the room.
\"Please,\" she cried. She held out the infant toward Lady Macbeth. \"Please, take her. He\'s following right behind me; I know he\'s going to kill me this time.\" She stifled a sob.
Ladybethbeth lifted both of them over the counter. \"And why did you come to me?\"
\"I didn\'t see you around the house today, but I know you\'ve been watching us. I saw you around before. I know why you\'ve been watching us; he\'s always been so angry.\" The woman raked her fingers through her hair with one hand and clutched her baby with the other. \"He was mad at me for something, today, I don\'t even know what. He...he hit me, and the baby started crying...he was going to hit the baby...\" She choked back another sob. \"I couldn\'t let him; I was afraid he\'d kill her. I\'d rather you take her than see her dead. So I ran...I grabbed her and ran...oh, he\'s going to kill me!\" She slipped to the floor, curling protectively around her baby.
Lady Macbeth\'s face hardened. \"First of all, he is not going to kill you, if you don\'t allow it. And he is following you, I see him coming up the road now.\"
The woman gasped and spun around, peering over the counter. \"Oh, no...\" she whimpered.
\"I\'ll give you and your baby shelter here,\" Lady Macbeth said. She opened a secret panel on the back side of the counter. \"Sit in here and don\'t make a sound until I open this again,\" she said. \"I\'ll deal with that monster you\'ve been calling your husband.\"
\"Thank you,\" the woman cried gratefully as she climbed into the small cubby hole. She pulled the whimpering baby in with her and soothed it\'s cries. Lady Macbeth closed the panel; to someone who didn\'t know better, it just looked like another section of counter paneling.
A moment later, an angry man burst through the door, nearly ripping it off it\'s hinges. \"Where is she?!\" he roared. \"W \"Where is who?\" Lady Macbeth replied cooly.
\"Fuck you, witch, you know who I\'m talking about! My wife! I saw her come here - and I know you\'re the one who told her to. Hand her over, right now!\"
\"I don\'t tell anyone to come here. And I don\'t care for your attitude. Obviously the person you\'re looking for isn\'t here, so please leave.\"
The man reached across the counter and grabbed a hold of the front of Lady Macbeth\'s dress. He raised his hand threateningly. \"Listen here, you little bitch -\" he started.
Juunanagou stood suddenly. \"Take your hands off of her,\" he said.
The man spun around to face Juunanagou. \"Don\'t tell me what to do, you little punk. Stay out of this - it\'s none of your business.\"
\"Lady Macbeth is a friend of mine, and I don\'t take kindly to people harassing her,\" Juunanagou replied.
The man started forward to strike the dark haired android, but the boy saw it coming. He side-stepped and swung around in a roundhouse kick, sending the man flying into a wall.
\"You little twerp!\" the man said. He struggled to stand up, only to find himself pinned to the ground. He looked up to see Juuhachigou standing above him, with one foot planted on his chest.
\"You should have listened to my brother,\" the pretty blonde said. She stepped down, cracking ribs in the man\'s chest.
The man screamed, but his shout was cut off as Juuhachigou tossed him back toward Juunanagou, who met him with a solid punch to the face. The man reeled backward, blood running from his broken nose, and started toward the door.
Juuhachigou grabbed him by the collar. \"You know,\" she said, \"I did see your wife today; I also saw that bruise you left on her face. Maybe you\'d like one to match it.\" She struck him solidly across the face, leaving a large mark across his cheekbone.
The man stood and backed toward the door. \"You people have had it,\" he said. \"I\'m going to have the police arrest every one of you!\" He fled out the door and jumped into his car, quickly disappearing on the horizon.
\"You do just that,\" Lady Macbeth muttered. She picked up the phone and dialed a number. When the phone was answered, she spoke. \"Yes, I\'d like to report a fight in my store...the man responsible has left but I believe he\'s on his way there now...Mmhmm...Oh, he\'ll be easy to recognize. Heked ked a fight with a couple of my customers and came off on the losing end...\"
In the background Juunanagou and Juuhachigou snickered. As Lady Macbeth hung up the phone, Juuhachigou burst out laughing. \"That was the most fun I\'ve had in years,\" she said. \"You don\'t happen to need us to beat on anyone else, do you?\" she asked.
\"I\'ll let you know,\" Lady Macbeth said. She winked at the artificial humans, then reached down and opened the panel concealing the woman. \"I want you to go to the police, now,\" Lady Macbeth said. \"I will shelter you until he\'s in prison, if necessary, but don\'t you ever let yourself get in that situation again. I will take that baby if she is endangered again.\"
The woman nodded. \"Thank you, Lady Macbeth,\" she said. \"I\'ll call right now.\" She picked up the phone and dialed.
Lady Macbeth turned back to her guests as the woman made her call. \"Sorry about the trouble,\" she said. \"You were saying, Shukumei?\"
Shukumei smiled. \"You always did know how to amaze me,\" she said. \"I knew that man\'s life was taking a turn toward prison, but I didn\'t know it was who who did it.\"
\"Good,\" Lady Macbeth said. \"Then my interference isn\'t particularly noticeable on a higher level.\"
\"I\'ll be going, then,\" Shukumei said. \"I\'ll bring those four saiya-jin by tonight.\" She walked out the door as silently as she entered.
Vegeta\'s voice ded ded across the room, loud and clear. \"Saiya-jin?!\"
