It was one of the most beautiful days out that anyone could ever imagine. The sun was setting, creating a beautiful stream of pinks, blues and purples in the air, not a cloud could be seen in the sky and birds all chirped and sang outside for everyone to see through the large and thick glass windows. People casually walked around the Satan city airport, lost in a sea of their own chatter, waiting for arrivals or departures as planes came and went with their passengers.
Gohan adjusted his black rimmed glasses as he waited for Trunks, his plane had just arrived and everyone was now getting off. He looked above the heads of the sea of chattering people that were walking by, trying to spot a familiar lavender head walking in his direction.
Trunks had gone for a visit to New York for a week, to see his friends at the police station and to make a donation to the Brandon’s charities. A little over ten million dollars if his memory was correct. He would speak on the phone to his friends and the Brandon’s a lot lately. They were all ecstatic that he found out who he was and have been trying to get him to visit for a long while.
It took a lot of persuasion before Gohan was fully comfortable with the idea of his pregnant husband being out of his sight for a week, especially since he was losing energy faster than what Bulma had guessed he would be. But he couldn’t go with him because of the classes he was teaching. The school just couldn’t find a substitute to replace him for so long. It wasn’t that big of a deal when he thinks about it now. Trunks was only two months along, and even if he were to wear a thin T-shirt no-one could really notice the tiny bulge he had yet, so it’s not like anyone would notice it in New York.
“Hey, Gohan!!”
He was snapped out of his thoughts in time to see his aisuru running up to him through the crowds of people with his duffle bag and throw his arms around him in a long awaited hug. Gohan snaked his arms around Trunks’ waist and held him close. “I missed you, Koi.” He whispered in his ear before lightly kissing him on the lips.
“I missed you too, Gohan.” Trunks said, kissing him back and ignoring some of the curious stares they both got.
Gohan held him close for a moment, taking in his scent and enjoying the feel of having him back. It was a LONG week apart for him. Even after all this time after the accident he was still a little paranoid of having Trunks away from him for too long.
He eventually pulled away and took the duffle bag Trunks was holding and put it over his shoulder, only to notice how heavy it was. “What’s in here? This thing must weigh twenty-five pounds!”
Trunks snickered. “You didn’t really think that I would go away and not bring something back for you, did you?”
Gohans face lit up like some kind of kids would at the idea of presents. “You got something for me? Thanks! Lets see what it is.” He was about to take the bag off from around his shoulder until his Koi stopped him. “I don’t think so! You’re getting them at home! Besides, I didn’t even get a chance to properly tease you yet!”
“Aww, c’mon, Trunks! Please?”
He just shook his head. “Nope, not yet!” He then smirked to show how much he was enjoying the torment he was causing his love. Gohan saw this immediately. “You little sadistic brat!” He said jokingly while pointing his finger at him accusingly. “You just like teasing me, don’t you?”
Trunks swiped his hand away. “Hn. Damn straight! I should probably make you wait even LONGER to get them just for calling me a brat, too!”
Gohan chuckled. Trunks didn’t take too much offence to being called a brat anymore, so he would call him that just for the fun of it once in a while. Then he noticed the key word in that sentence. “Them? There’s more than one?”
Trunks grinned. “Yep!”
Gohan smiled at his aisuru and took his hand. “Let’s get out of here then, I want to see what you got me.” Trunks smiled back at him before following him outside to the parking lot and to the car.
When they were inside the car they started to kiss each other passionately. Trunks slid his tongue inside Gohans mouth and let it roam around inside. They both continued to kiss like that, moaning in each others throats until they breathlessly pulled away. “You sure the first thing you want are your gifts, Go-Koi?” Trunks whispered enticingly into his ear. Gohan smiled at his Koi. “I suppose they could wait.” He said, planting kisses on his neck. “Lets go then. I want to be you.” Trunks whispered impatiently. Gohan groaned. He wanted him right now, but to take his prince in a parking lot in the middle of the day with so many people around would hardly be considered romantic or appropriate.
He reluctantly started the car and sped off as fast as the annoying speed limit would let him. Trunks cuddled up to him in the car and placed kisses on his neck. Needless to say this wasn’t helping Gohan concentrate on the road. To try and take his mind off the bishounen who was currently seducing him, before he got into an accident, he tried to think of something to talk about.
“.......You, uh...didn’t have any trouble while you were away...did you?” He breathed out. Trunks was having a bigger effect on him than he thought.
“Trouble with what?” He asked not letting the question distract him from his work. He put his hand around Gohans neck to hold him still while he continued to kiss and suck on the sensitive area of his throat.
“With....with the baby.” he practically moaned out.
That got his attention pretty quick. He stopped and sat back in his own seat and placed his hand on his stomach lovingly. “Everything was fine, Gohan. All that happened was I got a few strange food cravings. You don’t have to worry.”
Gohan reached out and took Trunks’ hand, grateful yet at the same time disappointed that he stopped. “I do worry, Koi. I just want to make sure that everything’s ok.”
Trunks smiled at him from the passenger seat and leaned up against him the rest of the way home. When they pulled up in the driveway the first thing they did was resume their kissing. They didn’t want to separate so Trunks ended up following Gohan out his side of the car. Gohan picked him up, his hands holding onto his ass, as Trunks wrapped his legs around him and ran inside and upstairs to their bedroom, slamming the door shut behind him.
*************************oO&Oo*******************************************
They were lying next to each other under the covers of their bed, breathing heavily after they were done making love to each other. Their hearts pounded and they had a thin layer of sweat covering them in the after affect of their love making. Trunks was almost already asleep and was holding onto Gohan like he was a teddy bear with his arms around his waist and cuddling up to him as close as he could get. “I guess we won’t be able to do that for much longer.” Gohan said to him while fondly placing a hand on his stomach, almost tickling him if he weren't already half asleep.
“Then we’ll just have to have as much sex as possible before I get too big.” Trunks mumbled with his eyes still closed.
Gohan chuckled and kissed his forehead. “Did you enjoy your visit to New York?” He asked while running a hand through his lavender hair. “Ya, everyone was there... We had fun and no-one could tell... that I’m pregnant either.” He mumbled in a more fatigue driven tone.
Gohan smiled down at him. He would let him sleep now. It was dark out and he was tired too, so he could use the extra sleep. Tomorrow would be Sunday so they could sleep in and maybe even stay in bed for the day. School was really tiring and Trunks could use the rest before he went back to work on Monday for more business. Trunks wasn’t too far into his pregnancy but it was already having an effect on him, so this could be a good thing.
He kissed the top of his head and closed his eyes. “I love you.” He whispered.
“....Love you too.”
*************************************************************
Gohan woke up roughly the next morning, feeling the bed rock as if something was jumping away from it. His eyes were still closed, but he could plainly hear Trunks running for the connecting bathroom and slamming the door shut behind him.
He sat up and opened his eyes wide in surprise before wrapping a bed sheet around his waist and heading for the bathroom door. “Trunks, are you ok?” He called worriedly. He didn’t answer. Gohan pressed his ear up against the door and could hear coughing sounds and a few other things that suggested he was having his morning sickness. Then he could hear the sink tap running and the toilet flush. He was probably cleaning himself up after throwing up so much.
He removed his ear from the door. “Trunks, are you alright?” He asked again. Gohan knew that morning sickness was natural but it still worried him to hear his Koi sounding so ill.
“I’m fine. Just a little sick.” He wearily called back.
“Do you want me to get you anything?”
“......No.”
Gohan frowned. He did need something, he was just being stubborn. Probably didn’t like the idea of being sick around him. “How long have you been getting sick for?” He called. “.....About a week.” He shakily called back.
He thought for a moment. “Come downstairs in ten minutes and I’ll have something ready for you. Ok?”
“Ok.”
Gohan was suddenly very pleased that he was the one who helped his mother through her pregnancy with Goten. He learned a lot of tricks about how to help with this sort of thing in those nine months. The very worst was her mood swings, but if he could deal with her then he could deal with Trunks. As hard as that may be.
He closed the blinds to keep the light out and threw on a pair of boxers, jeans and a T-shirt before going downstairs to get some tea and crackers. He sighed. ‘So much for a relaxing day in bed.’ He thought.
It was strange how so many small things could trigger morning sickness. Light, smells, certain foods. Soon he would be getting headaches and backaches too. Not to mention the mood swings when he tells Trunks that he can’t have any more fried foods or go out exercising! Gohan shuddered. He couldn’t wait to be a father, but the whole pregnancy thing would be a tough thing to deal with.
He was just finished getting out the tea and crackers when Trunks stumbled downstairs in a pair of boxers and a T-shirt, holding his stomach and looking a little green. Gohan smiled warmly at him before picking up the mug of tea and walking around the counter, towards him. “Drink this, it should help with the nausea.” He gave him the cup and went behind him. Gohan wrapped his arms around Trunks’ stomach and pressed gently but firmly on his bellybutton. “What are doing?” Trunks asked a little startled. “This is a trick I learned when mom was pregnant with Goten. So just drink the tea. It will help.”
He just shrugged and did as he was told, drinking it in small gulps out of fear that he might just throw it up, while Gohan continued to press lightly on his stomach. When he was done he felt surprisingly better.
“That better, Koi?” He asked. “Ya! Thanks!” Trunks said, happy that the sickness was gone. Gohan chuckled and kissed his neck. “If you ever feel sick when I’m not around, just press on your stomach and drink some of this tea. I’ve got lots of it in the cupboard.”
“Alright. So what’s for breakfast?”
Gohan smiled and kissed his neck again before walking towards the other side of the counter in the large kitchen. “Bacon and eggs, I guess. But until their done I want you to snack on these crackers.” He said pulling out a box of crackers from behind the counter and handing it to him. “Ok.” Trunks said smiling. Then he remembered.
“Hey, I forgot to give you your gifts yesterday! Their still in the car so I’ll go and get them.”
Gohan immediately protested this. “I can get your bag, Trunks. You should stay inside and out of the light for now in case you get sick again.”
“For God’s sake! I’m only two months along, Gohan! I’m not some defenceless little girl yet y’know, Christ!” He snapped.
Gohans eyes widened. ‘This is just GREAT!’ He thought. ‘And I thought that I could have a few more weeks before he’d have his mood swings!’
Trunks saw the surprised look on his face and immediately apologized. “I-I’m so sorry, Gohan! I don’t know what came over me!”
He just smiled at him reassuringly. “Don’t worry about it, aisuru. It was just a mood swing. It’s normal so you don’t have to apologize.”
“Sorry, it’s just that--”
The doorbell suddenly cut him off and they both turned towards it in surprise. “Hey, what time is it, Gohan?” Trunks asked, turning back to him. He checked his watch. “It’s nine-thirty.” He replied. “Who would be coming over this early?” Trunks asked him. Gohan just shrugged his shoulders.
The bell rang again. “Oh well.” Trunks sighed out as he left the kitchen and went down the hall to answer the door. Gohan turned on the stove and put a frying pan on it. It was probably just a mailman or something. When Trunks opened the door, he was very surprised by what he saw. “S-Son-san?”
With his saiyan hearing, Gohan heard the name Trunks gave to their visitor. He dropped what he was doing and went to the door to find out what the hell his mother wanted. ‘Maybe it’s not her. Maybe it’s tousan.’ He went down the hall and when he got to the door, was surprised to see that it actually was his mother. He put his arm around Trunks’ shoulder and gave her a look that was just short of a glare.
“What are you doing here?” He asked coldly. She looked up at him and gave a light and nervous smile. “I heard that you and Trunks are expecting.” She stated softly. “So I brought you two a little something to say congratulations.” She bent down a little and picked up a medium sized gift bag that was sitting at her feet and handed it to Trunks.
“Th-thank you, Son-san. We weren’t expecting this.” Trunks said a little nervously. Gohan eyed her. ‘What is she up too?’ He thought distrustfully. There was an awkward silence for about a minute until Trunks politely invited her in for coffee.
Gohan couldn’t believe his ears. He knew how Trunks felt about his mother. He was always nervous that she would start yelling and screaming at him whenever he said the slightest little thing around her. But he always tried to get along with her though, and that was something to be proud of considering she left him without an identity in America. But he knew why his love tried so hard with this. It was because he felt guilty for the fact that he practically separated himself from his family.
Gohan could almost never see his tousan unless it was at training with Vegeta, and she was almost always visiting Goten, so they could only really see each other whenever he visited them or when they made special plans. All this in an effort to avoid his mother. Just because he could act civil around her didn’t mean that he enjoyed it.
He sucked up the annoyance that he felt at her presence in his home as he and Trunks led her into the living room. She looked around curiously, taking in all the details of the place. The fireplace was in here with a leather couch facing it and what looked like a *very* expensive TV off in the corner, with an elegant roll out rug on the wooden floor. She guessed that Trunks must’ve bought the more expensive items in the house. There was no way that her Gohan could afford such things on a teachers salary.
She sat down on a nearby chair after Trunks got her a cup of coffee. They then sat down on the couch. She looked at Trunks who was still holding the gift bag. She forced on the smile that she had been practising. “Why don’t you open it?” She asked him warmly. Trunks blinked and looked down at the bag still in his hands, as if he had forgotten that it was there. “Um...alright, Son.” H.” He said nervously as he slowly opened up the bag.
He gave a small gasp of surprise. “What’s wrong, Trunks?” Gohan asked worriedly, with all the possibilities of something bad happening in his head.
He smiled up at him brightly. “Nothings wrong, Go-chan. Look at what your mom got for us!” He said excitedly as he pulled out several small baby clothes and soothers for him to see.
Gohan was shocked. He looked over at his mother in surprise. She modestly looked down at the ground as if she were trying to hide a blush. “I just wanted to apologise for the way I’ve behaved. This was the only way I knew how.”
Trunks looked like he had just won the lottery when he heard that. “Apology accepted, Son-san!” He practically shouted, happily. He turned towards Gohan. “Right?”
Gohan looked from him to his mother and back again. Still having trouble believing this could be true. *His* mother asking for forgiveness? Has hell frozen over or something? Could it really have been just some strange fear of not having grandchildren that caused her to behave this way? It certainly didn’t look like Goten would be having kids anytime soon. He looked back at her to see her smiling up at him shyly, as if waiting for his approval.
He took one of the small pieces of clothing into his hands and felt the material between his fingers. ‘If she could muster up the courage to ask for forgiveness, admit that she was wrong, and accept our child then she deserves another chance. Right? It would certainly take the pressure off of Trunks, and I could go and see my family again regularly.’ He thought.
If Trunks could forgive her for what she did then he could too. Gohan smiled back at her and got up from the couch and walked towards her. Chi-Chi stood up as if getting ready to be thrown out, only to have her son give her, her first hug in a long time. “Apology accepted, mom.” he said warmly. Chi-Chi’s face lit up as she hugged him back. The hug was a little awkward, but they would heal in time.
“Wow! Gohan, you should see some of this stuff!” Trunks called to them excitedly.
He let go of his mother and turned around to see his Koi digging through the rest of the bag, pulling out rattles and soft teddy bears. “This is all so great, Son-san!” He said excitedly. “We didn’t even start shopping for our baby things yet!”
Chi-Chi just smiled at him. Then a thought crossed Trunks’ mind. “Where’s Goku-sama, Son-san?” He asked. “Oh he’s off training with your father today. So I came here on my own with your gifts.” She said, waving her hand dismissively.
“Thank you, mom. That was very thoughtful of you.” Gohan said turning back to her. He never felt so relieved. This would mean that they could all be a family and stop tip-toeing around each other to avoid fights. The arguments would stop, the name calling would stop and so would the accusations. He could finally be with Trunks knowing that his wasn’t causing any guilty feelings in him too.
“Um...I just kind of noticed that I’m not dressed yet. So I’m gonna run upstairs and be back in a minute, k?” Trunks said with a little embarrassed blush creeping up on his cheeks.
Gohan grinned at his Koi. “Sure thing aisuru, and you should take that bag upstairs with you. We’ll put everything away later.”
Trunks smiled and then ran upstairs never looking happier. This was turning out to be a GREAT day! Morning sickness or not, the fact that Gohan would be getting back together with his family blew that right out of the water in comparison. Neither one of them seemed to notice how Chi-Chi cringed at hearing Trunks’ pet name.
When he was out of sight and safely upstairs, Gohan turned towards his mother. He would forgive her, but there was still a little something gnawing at the back of his neck that just said ‘This is *way* too easy’.
“Mom...it’s not that I’m ungrateful or anything, but why did you come here?” He asked a little uneasily. He wanted so much for this all to be real and to be a real family again, but he still had to make sure that this wasn’t some game. He had to make sure that she was serious.
“Gohan, I just wanted to be around my son and still be able to have a civilized conversation again. It’s not the same without you coming home to visit or even have a spar with your father. I want it all back. I want to be able to see you again on a regular basis. No matter what it’s for.”
“Are those the only reasons?” He asked coldly. If she was just coming here to ask for his forgiveness and say nothing for Trunks then she didn’t deserve his forgiveness. He WOULD take it all back and throw her out. “Those can’t be the only reasons, mom.”
“Of course they’re not the only reasons.” She said, sounding shocked. “There’s the child of course--”
“That’s not what I mean, mom. What about Trunks and I? Do you accept us?” He asked, crossing his arms.
Chi-Chi looked a little shocked at the question. She lowered her head and hesitated for a moment before answering. “Yes I do.” She whispered.
Gohan smiled warmly. ‘This must still be a little hard for her. At least she’s finally making an effort.’ “That’s all I want, mom.” He said solemnly.
She looked back up at her son and smiled. “Then that’s what I’ll give you, sweetie.” She said almost cheerfully. She walked back up to him and hugged him again. She knew her son was still having some doubts, but she *would* get him back. No matter what it took. Gohan hugged her back. She was accepting them, and that’s all that matters.
Chi-Chi pulled away and kissed her son on the cheek. “I’ve got some errands to tend to. Tell Trunks that I’m sorry I couldn’t stay a little longer, and that I’ll drop by for a visit later to check on him.”
“To check on him?” He asked letting her go. “Of course! He’s carrying MY grandchild and I’m going to make sure that they both stay healthy through this!” She huffed.
Gohan grinned at her. Maybe things would be getting back to normal sooner than he thought. Chi-Chi walked towards the door with Gohan following her. “Alright, I have to go now, sweetie. Say bye to Trunks for me.”
“Um... Sure thing, mom.” He said, opening the door for her. She walked out the door and down the driveway without another word.
Gohan slowly shut the door and walked back into the living room. This was great. His mother was finally accepting them. They could all go back to being a normal family again. ‘But if so great, why do you still have doubts?’ his subconscious asked.
Just then he heard the sound of a freight train coming down the stairs at top speed. Trunks then ran right up to him, grinning like an idiot. He had changed into a clean black tank top and a pair of jeans. He looked around. “Where is she, Gohan?” He asked after noting that she wasn’t in the room.
“Mom said that she had some things do and had to rush off. She told me to tell you that she would be dropping by to check on you later on, though.”
Trunks’ grin never faltered. He excitedly wrapped his arms around Gohans neck and started to kiss him passionately. As far as he knew, Gohan didn’t know that he blamed himself over his families separation. If things would be picking up like this then there was a *definite* caused to celebrate. Gohan asked no questions as he wrapped his own arms around his Koi’s waist and kissed back eagerly.
Trunks slowly pulled away when done and smiled up at him. “Wait right here, I’ll be right back.” He said before playfully nipping at his nose. Gohan was in too much of a dream state with the kiss Trunks gave him to really notice or care about the fact that he was running outside just now.
Trunks ran back inside with his duffle bag, to find Gohan in the exact same spot where he left him earlier. Gohan, not noticing the bag around his shoulder immediately tried to resume their kissing. Trunks snickered a bit, but lightly pushed him away with his free arm. “Gohan, It’s time for your gifts now.” He said waving the bag around lazily.
He just smirked. Oh well, he’d get Trunks later on tonight. Besides, he forgot about his presents from New York. Trunks held out the bag as if to give it to him, but when Gohan reached for it he quickly jerked his hand back. At the confused look on his face, Trunks put on a smirk of his own.
“You want them? Then you’ve gotta catch me!” He shouted before taking off at top speed down the hall. Gohan grinned at him before giving chase. He was in the mood for some fun right now. “I’ll get you, you brat!” He called out playfully as he ran. He almost had him until Trunks took a sharp turn and ran up the stairs. Gohan, not expecting that, almost crashed into the wall, and it gave Trunks more time to get away. He changed into a super saiyan and flew upstairs as fast as he could, tracking Trunks’ Ki back to their room.
He smirked when he reached the door his aisuru was hiding behind. Trunks was almost as weak as any normal human at this point in his pregnancy, but he still gave off a Ki signature that he couldn’t hide.
He opened the door slowly, hearing it creak as he did. He didn’t open it all the way because Trunks was just waiting on the other side to spring some sort of trap. It was hard to hold back his grin while he walked into the room, pretending to look around as if he didn’t know he was there.
He stood in the middle of the room, in front of his bed while Trunks tried to sneak up behind him. Just as he made a jump to get on his back, Gohan spun around and caught a very startled saiyan prince in his arms. “Gohan!!” Trunks yelled at him for spoiling his fun.
“Yes, Koi?” He asked innocently. “How did you know I was in here?”
Gohan grinned. “I was sensing your Ki.” He said simply. Trunks groaned. “I thought I’d be out of Ki by now!” He practically whined. Gohan kissed him playfully on the lips. “Whacko. Just because you’re a lot weaker now doesn’t mean you ran out of Ki completely.”
Trunks sighed. “Well you caught me. I guess I should give you your gifts now.” He said, unwrapping his legs from around Gohans waist. He grinned as he set him down and watched him walk back behind the door and grab at his duffle bag. He picked it up and brought it back to the bed where he set it down. Gohan sat down next to it and Trunks got on his knees on the other side.
He unzipped the bag and pulled out a large wrapped box. Gohan looked back in the bag and chuckled softly at how all of Trunks’ clothes looked crushed and wrinkled from the weight. “Here ya go, Go-chan.” Trunks said handing him the heavy box. “I know that you wanted these and when I saw them I just had to get them.” Gohan grinned excitedly as he started to unwrap the paper from around his gift. He loved unwrapping presents, and so did his Koi. It was a like reliving a good childhood memory of birthdays or holidays that never gets old.
He gave a small gasp when he saw what it was. Encyclopaedia’s that focussed solely on the planets and outer space. He slowly ran his hands over the thick leather covers, wondering how Trunks knew that he wanted these. Hn. No fucking kidding he wanted these! He always tried to pick up another set of books like these whenever he got the chance! And they would be great for planning out a few lessons too. “So what do ya think?” Trunks asked him hopefully.
He stopped what he was doing and looked back at his aisuru before throwing his arms around him and bringing his lips to his own in a scorching kiss. Trunks tried to stifle his snickers while he was kissing his love, but he just couldn’t help it. They were *only* books!
Gohan pulled away from the kiss a little earlier than Trunks would have preferred, and thanked him for his gift. “Trunks I can’t believe you got these for me! These were the next set I was planning on buying when I got the money! How did you know about them?” He asked a little curious now.
“Goten told me.” He replied cheerfully. “And when I saw them in New York, I just had to get them!”
Gohan smiled at the response. He forgot how some of the things he would say to his little brother would make it back to Trunks through their friendship. “And look.” He started again. “The page ends have actual gold on them.” He said while flipping his hands through the pages.
“Really?” He asked amazed. “Yes, really! Aren’t they great! And the covers are guaranteed for life too!”
Gohan frowned slightly at this. “They must have been very expensive. You shouldn’t spend too much on me y’know.”
“Earth to Gohan!” Trunks said, knocking on his forehead. “You married into one of the richest families in the world! Trust me, money was no obligation!”
Gohan sighed. “I know. I just don’t want people to think that I married you for that.”
“Trust me Gohan, no-one’s going to think you’re a gold digger just because I bought you a set of books! If there is anyone in the world who is that stupid then they should be shot and put out of their misery! We’ve been married for five years, too. After all this time there shouldn’t be anyone who would think that.”
‘Married five years and together for only one.’ Gohans mind told him sadly. Still. It *was* a little stupid to think that just for one expensive gift he would automatically be here only for Trunks’ wealth. “Ready for the other one?”
Gohan snapped his head at him. “Other one?” He asked in confusion. “Well ya! I told you that you would get more than one!” Trunks said reaching into his duffle bag again.
Gohan was a little stunned for a moment. He assumed that because there was more than just one book in the set that, that would count as the other gift. He was still a little curious as to what else it was that Trunks had gotten him as he tried to look into the bag that he was searching through. Finally a minute or so later his Koi pulled out what looked like a medium sized velvet box, the type that carried chains and necklaces, and handed it to him.
“This one isn’t worth as much as the books but I think you’ll like it more.” Trunks said, smiling.
Gohan grinned and curiously opened the box. He gave a small gasp when he saw a flat disk dragon ball amulet, with a snake-like dragon that looked a lot like Shen Long wrapped around it. It was about the size of his fist, and there was something a little weird about it too, that he couldn’t quit put his finger on. But that didn’t push all the awe from his voice. It was so very beautiful. “It’s beautiful, Trunks.” He said simply, not knowing how else to describe the amulet in his hands.
Trunks chuckled. “That’s not all either. Look.” He said as he took the amulet from his hands and opened it up to reveal that it was really just a big locket. He tilted it a bit so Gohan could see the picture inside. He gave a surprised gasp when he saw what it was. It was a picture of their wedding day when they cut their cake. They were both smiling for the camera while Trunks held the knife, and Gohan had his arm around Trunks’ waist and held his hand holding the cutting knife with his own free hand.
On the other side was an inscription in the shining gold. ‘Shen Long granted my wish without the need to even hear it the day I married you’. There was a small amethyst stone next to a small onyx stone below the inscription, with a tiny indented heart separating them. Gohan felt tears in his eyes, knowing what they meant. The purple amethyst was for Trunks and the onyx stone was for him. ‘Trunks loves Gohan.’ The photo itself was enough to make him burst out into tears considering he lost a lot of their wedding photos after Trunks’ accident.
“Kasaan had a few of our wedding photos, so I took one and made a copy for this. I thought that it would make a good anniversary gift, but our next anniversary’s just too far away!” Trunks explained with a smile plastered on his face. “It’s not worth as much as the books but I thought that it would be worth more sentimentally.”
Gohan wrapped his arms around his aisuru and started to kiss him furiously. He was pressing his lips to Trunks’ so much that it was almost bruising. Just as Trunks moaned into the kiss, though, he pulled away. “I love it so much, Trunks! And I love you so much! This is the greatest thing anyone’s ever gotten me!” He said with a few tears still in his eyes at the thoughtful gift while he put it around his neck. “I’ll never take it off, ever!”
Trunks chuckled before pulling himself closer to his Koi for another kiss. “I’m glad you like it. I had it made especially fou, ou, y’know.” Gohan grinned. This was the most romantic thing his Koi had ever done for him. “And there’s something else too.” He continued.
“Like what?” Gohan asked, wondering how else Trunks could surprise him in just one morning.
“The amethyst stone has some of my Ki in it. Tousan said that because I’m losing energy a little faster than normal, that I should give you something with some of my Ki in it while I could still focus my energy. This way, when I’m far along into the pregnancy you’ll still be able to sense me over long distances.” He explained. “Besides, this way you can take me with you wherever you go, and we’ll always be together.”
Gohan grinned. That was a great idea actually. He never would have thought of that, *and* it was romantic. “I wonder what I can do for you that would be just as good as this.” He said to him while examining his new favourite toy around his neck.
Trunks smiled innocently. Or was it sexily? Either way he slunk on up to him until they weren’t even one full inch apart. “I could think of a few good things, Go-chan.” He whispered while putting his hand behind his neck and pulling him forward for a soft kiss. It was times like this that Gohan could fully understand the mystery of why he loved his Koi so much.
Trunks pushed him onto the bed and straddled him before leaning down to kiss him again. Gohan sighed happily at this. Things were so good right now. His kasaan was accepting them, they had a child on the way. What could be better? Trunks soon became bored with simply kissing him and ran his fingers up his shirt and started to tease his nipples that were hard from arousal. That wasn’t the only thing that was getting hard however, as Trunks felt his jeans becomenfulnfully tight. Gohan was having the same problem at this point too.
Trunks broke off the kiss for a breath of air, and Gohan spoke. “Oh Koi, I love you. You have no idea how much I love you.” He moaned out between the kisses and caresses. Trunks smirked at him after gently braking off another kiss. “I think I have a good idea of how much you love me, Go-chan.” He said while grinding his hips onto Gohans fully clothed crotch, making him moan out in pleasure.
“Nnnrrghhhhh!!! God Trunks, I want you so bad! Right now!” He called out in ecstasy. Trunks wasted no time in getting their shirts off, but just as he was undoing Gohans jeans they were startled by the sound of their annoying fire alarm. Gohan still had the oven on with Kami-only-knows what, already on fire.
“Oh SHIT!!!!!!” They both cried out miserably. Between having really good sex right now and letting the kitchen burn to the ground the unfortunate choice was saving the Goddamn kitchen. They both hopped off of the bed and raced on down stairs to try and put out the small blaze in their house.
*************************oO&Oo****************************************
Chi-Chi had a smirk plastered on her face that she just couldn’t seem to get rid of as she walked the shortcut home through the woods. They were both making this far too easy for her. Yesterday that slut had her son hating her and today he invited her into his house and acted the innocent to pretend to forgive her. Forgive HER?!?! What had she done aside from trying to protect her oldest son from that little rat’s disgusting influence? They should have both known better. Since when did she ever apologise for anything?
At least she was back on good terms with her son again. It was about time that she did something about this anyway, and bringing over those baby gifts was perfect! There was nothing she could do about the child that the whore carried. It was apart of Gohan so at least she could find something to tolerate about him or her. Unfortunately that tramp was probably using that child against her son to keep him with him, but if she could just drive them apart, then things would be fine.
All Gohan needed was a divorce and some nice, respectful girl to catch his eye. Of course that little tramp who tried to call himself her son-in-law pretended to act respectful, but she could see through him easier than glass. Every time he pretended to actually care if she was around or not it drove her nuts. It was like the brat was constantly mocking her right in her face for steering her son into such a perverted relationship.
He could be forgiven to *some* extent for it, though. She hacked into the town hall files and looked up Brandon Cannavan’s name. Bet you didn’t know she could do that did you? Nobody give’s her enough credit. With all the studying she made her boys do, you would think that most people would realize that she had to know all the stuff she taught them. Anyway, she looked up Trunks’ old name and found some of the things he was honoured for as a police officer. Like car chases that were successful and he even saved a young girl from being killed after a 911 call.
Still, just thinking about him with her son made her insanely angry, but the thought of her boy happily married to a woman who would become pregnant *naturally* calmed her thoughts as she continued on home through the forest road.
