To Dinamucus: Thank you, thank you, really. I am happy to be writing again and I am very happy that you remember me, it feels like forever.
To cara9001: Thank you I hope to keep your interests.
To kit-kit: Thank you, you have been lurking around this site for a very long time and I appreciate your attention.
To Ulrike: I really appreciate your review, thank you, especially coming from another writer. I hope to keep you intrigued, amused, and yet, perplexed. I cannot deny that I love this fandom even after the over ten years that I have been following it, so much so that inspite of the fact that I wish I could drop it, I fear I'll be here until the end. It's such a strange obsession, don't you think? Well, I suppose it could be worse.

Part
II
::: Friendly ::: Vegeta's come to enjoy certain things that are available to him for the time being. Bulma, for one, who is more attached to him now than ever, and her father's technology, number two, which quenches his nearly insatiable appetite for battle improvement. Once the woman conceived Vegeta had more than enough reason to stay on planet, all the while waiting for the inevitable return of the only other Saiyan.
One could say he's become so caught up in life on Earth he almost forgot what he came here for. First Kakarot, then the Dragonballs. Although sometimes he wonders why he hasn't sought out the balls again for his own purposes, he has to admit he can think of nothing worth a wish for anymore. After reaching his goal of becoming a Super Saiyan he realizes there's much more to work for than that [finally becoming stronger than Kakarot, for starters] and with Kakarot is gone, of course, [When is he ever around?] for six years now, who else is there to measure himself by?
He knows the man will not stay gone for good and he is exceptionally patient for his perceived return. Nothing will settle inside of him until he sees him again. His skin crawls just thinking about it. He needs him to come back, needs to fight him, to beat him and get any other obsessive thoughts concerning him out of his mind. He loathes the third-class male yet looks forward to seeing him all the same. Kakarot went from a name and a mystery to a contradiction with a new name, Goku. He's the only challenge worth his time. There are so many unspoken conversations and unsettled moments between them. He wonders endlessly about the conversations they might have and the conversations they have had. It's always the same, though, back and forth between two points and nothing is ever done to stop the loop. "Hey." Vegeta heard the meek voice of Kakarot's eldest son, Gohan, from behind him. He didn't turn around to greet him. He can feel his ghost limb swing behind him, and mutters, "Shouldn't you be home right now? It's the middle of the night on a 'school night.'" Gohan walks up beside him and grabs onto the railing that Vegeta is currently leaning over. He smiles at him, eye-level to the Prince at only sixteen, and says, "I couldn't sleep. I don't think it's fair to force myself to do something I just can't do right now." Vegeta took a good long look at the young man before diverting his eyes. He looks more and more like his father every day. There's an intelligence in him that goes beyond that of any normal teenager. Vegeta glanced back out into the sky and then turned completely to exit his balcony and retire to his room. Gohan watched disappointedly, but instead of trying to pull him back physically he simply says, "I wonder how my dad is doing." Vegeta stops retreating without saying a word. Gohan doesn't mention his father often. In fact, Bulma probably speaks of the man more. Gohan tells Vegeta, "Sometimes I don't know why I miss him. If he wanted to, he could be here, but, he didn't want to be. Why should I miss him?" To Vegeta's surprise he added, "He probably never thinks about any of us." Vegeta remained silent, refusing to say anything he didn't have conviction in. Honestly, he didn't know Kakarot very well, and as far as he is concerned the man has every right to do as he pleases. What does he care what kind of a father he is? Gohan listens for Vegeta's footsteps but there is only silence, not even an acknowledgement that he heard him. Gohan asked, "Do you think about him?" Vegeta found himself answering, "Of course I do," before he could stop it from coming out of his mouth. He turned and walked back over to Gohan. With the light grasping his hands, Vegeta loosens them from the railing. There are small indents where he held too tight. Vegeta lets his hands go and squares Gohan's shoulders, before tilting his chin up. Gohan's face flushes and his hands tremble at his sides, a little insecure being this close to Vegeta all of the sudden. Gohan sees something in his eyes he's never seen before but doesn't get a chance to figure out what it is as Vegeta begins to speak. "Learn to stand up straight when you feel the heaviest," Vegeta whispers at him. As his voice picks up so does Gohan's heart-rate. "You have everything that you need, do you not?" he allows a few moments to let his words sink in to Gohan's adolescent mind and then adds, "You are all that you need to survive, and more than that, to thrive. Your father knew that, he should have taught it to you." Finally Vegeta looks away, out into the nearly onyx painted sky. Gohan watches his lips as he says, "Kakarot will come back, one day, but," he stops. In his head he adds, But not for you. Gohan didn't need to know that though. He finishes, looking into Gohan's eyes, "Nothing in life remains the same, perhaps you should learn to be grateful for that." Gohan looks down foolishly, not having known what to expect. He is smart enough to realize that he got what he needed out of Vegeta tonight, not what he wanted. He glances back up at the Prince and notices a dark scowl on his face. He figures he must have disappointed him. Vegeta closes his eyes and turns once again, walking towards his bedroom, ignoring his other prominent and lingering thoughts about the boy's father. Gohan's hand shoots out and he grabs onto Vegeta's biceps, stopping him. Vegeta looks down at the offending hand but before he can turn around he feels himself being embraced from behind, both of Gohan's arms snaking around him, pulling their bodies flush against one another. Vegeta's breath hitches as Gohan breathes heavily into his neck, inhaling his scent and embedding this moment into his memory. The second after Gohan's lips graze against the skin near Vegeta's jaw line, Vegeta breaks free, allowing them to both wonder if it was an accident. Vegeta turns to him and Gohan is surprised and thankful for the softness of his eyes just this once. Vegeta scolds, "Go home, get some rest, and you better show up at school tomorrow." Gohan is hesitant to leave. Just one kiss, full on the lips before he sees it coming and maybe then Vegeta will feel some of what he's feeling. Unfortunately, Gohan can't bring himself to do it, so he nods and does as he's told. ::: A Son Never Gives Up ::: "Vegeta, I thought we could spar today, I'm sure we could find a place where the weather will be perfect. What do ya say?" Goku touched down gently behind him, his smile was ever bright, as a white flower's soft petals reflecting the sun. "Hn," Vegeta barely responded, but he stopped short of entering into the newest Gravity Room his wife had built for him. Kakarot had been waiting for him to come outside so that he could ask him before he began his workout. "What do I care if it's hot or cold outside?" he asked gruffly, not even turning to look at the full-blooded Saiyan. He pressed a button. The door to the GR opened and he added, "There is no climate in which I would want to train with you." He walked inside, the door sliding to a close behind him. Goku knew he was bluffing only because he was actually angry. Leaving to train with Uub probably wasn't the smartest thing he could have done- it certainly didn't stroke Vegeta's ego- but their relationship had always been battered. Vegeta wouldn't drop a grudge, even at this hour of the early morning. Goku wasn't really sure which parts of their past Vegeta was angry about anymore, every time it seems to be something new. He shook it off and Instant Transmission-ed inside of the GR right behind Vegeta, who was apparently waiting for him, arms crossed, a slight scowl on his face. He wouldn't turn to look him in the eyes. "It has been way too long," Goku admitted, hoping Vegeta would sense his sincerity, "The only way to change that is to do something about it now." Vegeta sneered, "Everything is on your time or not at all." Who does he think he is, King? "Vegeta," Goku frowned, he was kind of right about that. "Shut up," the Prince finally turned around to face him angrily, "I've much preferred the silence to your useless, chirping blather." Although, even the Prince could admit, Goku didn't sound quite so chipper this morning. Goku stared him down, irritation evident on his face. He wasn't ready to give in, though he couldn't figure out why not for the life of him. Vegeta could be such a bastard. Still, Goku noticed the admission of nearly constant silence in Vegeta's life and knew he was lonely. He understood. He smirked and retorted in a low, suave voice, "I didn't know you cared so much, Vegeta. To get this angry, it really must have been bothering you." Vegeta faltered, eyes wide, arms uncrossing, "How dare you!" "Train with me," Goku offered gently, reaching out, trying to sooth out the situation before it turned into an actual fight. Vegeta almost started growling but held back. He finally looked away and walked forward to move past Goku. Instead of just going around him, Vegeta leaned back at the last moment to avoid contact, just barely missing his arm, grumbling something like, "Impossible... If it'll get you out of my hair..." Goku wished he would have growled just then, he enjoys hearing it and he rarely gets to. He watched Vegeta curiously and then followed him out the door of the GR. "What are you waiting for? Lead the way, Kakarot," Vegeta's low and rough voice was such a difference from the gentle tweet of the morning birds and the pale light of the sky. Goku was listening, but he was paying attention more to the sound of it than what he actually said. Hearing his voice in person after so long is wonderful. Nothing like the would-be clarity of his dreams. He wanted to say something witty back, but fell short when thinking to himself of how he should never have let so much time go on without seeing him. Vegeta caught on to his queer gaze but thought nothing of it, knowing the inner workings of Kakarot's mind to be unobtainable. When Goku took off Vegeta was right behind him. They flew just fast enough to get there before a conversation could arise. Goku touched down gently and turned to look at Vegeta. He didn't seem too intent on starting a fight with the soft gaze of his eyes. The older Saiyan frowned wearily, "Stalling?" He watched as Kakarot grew more and more uneasy. Why would he wish to visit when he's clearly uncomfortable? Goku's eye almost twitched, such an odd thing for him, but this Saiyan knows how to draw him out to the edge of his patience. Goku lost his train of thought for a physical fight. He'd planned on getting out of it anyways, this was as good of a distraction as any, something real to hash out between them, or the lack there of it. This question came forth: "Why don't we communicate? Everything you say is some sort of illusion that has no point." That was particularly harsh of him to say and even as he said it he almost couldn't believe it. He usually avoids demeaning anyone. Goku knew Vegeta was shocked by his momentary silence and he wasn't sure what his reaction may be. Vegeta did growl then and lowed his chin as he said, "Nothing I say is in service to you," then he cocked his head to the side, "but I'm curious, what's your point?" Goku's brows narrowed and he thought about his question. He shook his head, and calmly responded, "You don't let your guard down enough to just talk, ever, like, a normal conversation." Vegeta didn't disagree, but he countered, "What do we have to talk about Kakarot? You're too busy denying our heritage to have anything to say to me." Goku puzzled, "I don't see what the Saiyans have to do with this. Besides, how can I deny something I don't know anything about?" He added, "And how does that keep us from talking?" He could sense some anger towards him there. He would never understand why Vegeta was so obsessed with his ancestors. It probably had to do a lot with the fact that he would have been a King or maybe it's mostly because at one point in time he thought they had a chance. Vegeta chuckled quietly, this time shaking his head at Goku. His body language opened up a little as he came forward and explained, "Kakarot, you cannot deny the difference between us and them." There was no disdain as he spoke of the Earthlings, but Goku could tell that Vegeta thinks there is no comparison. The Prince asked as he closed the distance between them, "Is ignorance bliss?" Goku barely registered the change in distance until it was too late. Vegeta's eyes narrowed at him, getting his point across, "You think I actually believe for a minute you're the fool you put yourself up to be in front of everyone? And if you are such a fool, then why should I entertain a simpleton?" Goku stifled the need to gulp and silenced any rebuttal for now. He hadn't been expecting to hear that. He can see through Vegeta's facade sometimes, but knowing that Vegeta was aware of his own actions brought chills up and down his spine. Would he ever really know what was intentional or inexcusable behavior from him? Vegeta could tell by now he was invading his personal space, probably making him uncomfortable and he didn't care. He refused to let up and continued, "Where do I begin, Kakarot?" Goku didn't answer, but he didn't back away. Vegeta's eyes seemed to be all over him as he said, "You keep on guard just like me, especially when anyone else is around." When Kakarot stayed silent, Vegeta grabbed him by his shirt, "Talk!" he demanded, "You were the one who started this! Pointing your finger in MY direction!" "Okay," Goku reached up and squeezed his shoulder. Immediately the Prince shrugged his hand off and let go of his shirt. Goku muttered, "I..." Vegeta is more confused than anything but he stayed silent, hoping to hear something worth while. [Why does staring at him only warrant more staring?] Goku finally explained, "I feel like you'll bite my head off if I ask you something personal, and I don't know what personal is to you. We don't really know each other very well." Vegeta was kind of pleased to hear such a well-rounded sentiment. He didn't respond, pondering on it more. There was an earnest gleam in Goku's eyes that stirred the older Saiyan as he revealed, "But I know I can trust you and you can trust me, too." Goku licked his lips and admitted, "It's just hard to talk to you sometimes, especially when there's anyone else around." After giving Goku a drawn-back stare Vegeta yelled, "Good fucking gracious, what do you want to talk about, Kakarot?!" Goku put his hands on his hips and frowned, as Vegeta kept going, "Do you need some advice? I'm not here to talk you through your day!" Goku mumbled, "Sometimes I think you need to be smacked." "WHAT?!" "You heard me!" Goku yelled back, uncharacteristically. He calmed himself though, and now that he's feeling a bit sheepish he adds, "Maybe I just want to talk about your day." "It's six o'clock in the morning!" the disbelief in Vegeta's eyes told Goku he didn't get it. "Okay," Goku said, lifting and dropping both hands in a calming gesture. He asked, nonchalantly, "So, how have you been?" "Hoh!" he threw up his hands, "This is a waste of time!" Vegeta felt like blasting off, how easy it would be to just leave. Why shouldn't he just take off? "What do you mean?" Goku noticed Vegeta locking up his body again and pulling away and he couldn't help but be disappointed. He preferred when Vegeta's shoulders were squared and he was looking at him as they were talking. Vegeta asked, "You really want to know how I'm doing?" He waited for Goku's nod. "Yes, of course." "Then maybe you should come see me!" Surprised at himself, he recovered, "Not that I want you to," and with that he shut his lips in a thin line. Goku said, a little winey, "I'm trying Vegeta..." Vegeta growled loudly, confused and frustrated and not really understanding why. He coughed, "So, what have you been doing," Goku shrugged as he attempted to chat with him, wondering why Vegeta felt the need to be so guarded. "What do you think I've been doing?!" He asked loudly, crossing his arms. Goku frowned, "Why do you answer every question with a question? This isn't going to work if you don't cooperate with me." "Your inquiries are meaningless, Kakarot," was Vegeta's quick but calmer reply. "Damn, Vegeta," Goku drew back, standing a little taller as he tried to make sense of the Saiyan in front of him. Vegeta loves it when Goku says his name. He knew Goku didn't understand him, not that he was helping. He bated him, a small smirk on his face, "How have you been? What have you been doing?" "Good, thanks. Mostly training..." Goku smiled faintly. Vegeta nodded and frowned, explaining in impatience, "I already knew both of those things, dolt. You're always in a good mood and I can sense you training no matter where you are." Goku wondered, "Really?" Vegeta paused for a moment, knowing Goku didn't see his point. "Don't sound so proud," he huffed. "No, I didn't mean it like that. I just didn't think you were paying any attention to me." He silently wondered how much attention he has had on him. "Oh, believe me, Kakarot, I pay very little attention to you, if any." "Okay, Vegeta." Goku wanted to roll his eyes at that, but instead he changed the conversation, "Hey, I'm hungry. You wanna go fishing with me? I know a real good spot." "Any 'spot' is 'good' when you're an excellent hunter," was Vegeta's cunning reply, but the moment it came out of his mouth he couldn't figure out why he hadn't just said no. "I guess," Goku shrugged, "Come on, let's get something to eat." Goku started running towards a lake before Vegeta could respond. The Saiyan Prince wondered if he should follow him, but he figured if he went back to C.C. then Goku would find him and pick a new fight all over again. Besides, he was a little hungry himself, some food wouldn't hurt anything. He uncrossed his arms and kept up as Goku headed joyously towards saltier air. Goku was already taking his shirt off and diving into the water when Vegeta caught up with him. The older man scoffed at his constantly playful mood, took off his own shirt, and jumped in. It wasn't long before they resurfaced each with a catch of their own and flung it far onto the grass. Goku laughed happily at Vegeta, catching his attention, before submerging back into the water for more. Vegeta sunk in slowly, wondering more and more about the oddity that is Kakarot, like he always does. A few more rounds of this and they had plenty of food for their breakfast. Vegeta was the last to emerge from the water, hoisting himself up to get out, almost regretting having kept his pants on since now they're clingy and uncomfortable. He noticed Goku was watching him but ignored it for now. He asked, "I'm assuming you know how to properly prepare these?" "Yeah, don't you?" he answered simply. Looking away he stubbornly replied, "I'm sure my method varies from yours." Goku said, "That's okay. You do some and I'll do some." Vegeta wanted to argue that he wasn't going to do any, but for whatever reason he sat down on the ground and his hands started going to work. After a while he couldn't help but notice he's enjoying himself. He's actually missed this. Born a hunter, like most male Saiyans, he's cooked for himself for nearly half his life, the activities became a second nature long since ignored. He watched Kakarot out of the corner of his eye, slightly impressed he had any clue to what he was doing, but he didn't say anything to the other man. He wasn't sure he wanted to strike up a conversation. He lied to Kakarot about not wanting to see him and he lied to himself as well. When he is around, his spirits lift and he feels alive. That strange conversation with him just a few moments ago still had him entranced. Kakarot wanted some alone time with him, the very idea is curious. Vegeta had half a mind to ask Goku what this is really about. This isn't the first time Goku has asked for alone time with him. He decided he'll play the part until Goku comes out with whatever it is that's on his mind. After Goku finished he left to gather wood for a proper fire as per Vegeta's orders. It wouldn't be right to put all this effort into something just to half-ass the job by frying it in energy. Goku returned shortly with logs and sticks to roast the fish over a fire. He arranged them expertly and they began to cook their meals. They didn't wait until everything was done to start eating, appreciative noises coming from both mouths until they were through. "I'm stuffed!" Goku claimed, laying down on his back after putting out the flames. Vegeta agreed with a "Mn," and laid back as well, on the opposite side of the dying embers. He refused to look over at Kakarot, but he could feel his eyes on him nonetheless. Eventually he asked, out of sport, "Who taught you how to fish?"
"Hm?" Goku looked over his arm at Vegeta before setting his head back down, "Well, my Grandpa Gohan taught me the basics. Makes me wish I had my tail back."
"Your tail?" Vegeta mused, considering what he might look like with one. It's quite a distracting thought. Then he snickered, "Grandpa Gohan?" "Yeah," Goku smiled, "He found me in the woods and took me in..." he changed the subject, briefly wondering if Vegeta had heard that story before from Bulma, "I used to dip my tail in the water to catch fish. It's good for distracting and startling animals, too." Vegeta had no retort he wished to share. "Who taught you?" Goku wondered. He was silent for a while but eventually surprised Goku with his short answer, "My father." Goku wondered for the millionth time what life must have been like for Vegeta. Vegeta was thinking the same about Goku, but silence ensued and sleep followed. Goku woke up first and sat up, staring at Vegeta almost immediately. He couldn't believe he's still here, although he is asleep. If he'd woken up first he probably would have left. Goku didn't want to let that happen. It was a struggle just to get him here and off guard. Goku looked away quickly, knowing that Vegeta would not appreciate waking up to being stared at, although he couldn't help but let his eyes focus on his handsome face. Subconsciously he moved closer, quietly crawling up beside Vegeta. He leaned over him and hesitated, but as his lips descended he couldn't stop himself from pressing them up against Vegeta's slightly open mouth for just a second. Just a second is all it took for wonder and excitement to fill him. Vegeta's hand pressed against his chest and he opened his eyes sleepily as Goku pulled back, heart racing. "What are you doing?" Vegeta asked, unsure of what had actually just happened, although his own heart was thudding inside his chest. [Goku wasn't going to say anything if he could help it.] Vegeta realized where his hand was and used it to push Goku back. "What are you doing?" he asked again, more assertively, sitting up. Goku looked away as Vegeta began to stand. The Prince said, "I think we're done here." Before he could leave, though, Goku finally opened his mouth, getting up as well, "Why?" Vegeta stared him down, senses on fire. He didn't have time to answer before Goku spoke up again. "What are you going to do?" Goku asked, and then refined his question further, "What plans do you have that are so important?" "None of your business," Vegeta "humphed" and turned back around ready to leap to the air. In an instant Goku was in front of him, stalling him. He dared, "I don't think you have any plans." "I don't need plans to wish to leave," Vegeta admitted angrily. "So it's me? You just don't want to see me?" Goku asked, and Vegeta could see the sadness in his eyes. He could hear frustration in his voice. He could sense his desperation. This is uncomfortable, too uncomfortable for Vegeta. He pushes past Goku and answers, "Since when does it matter?" Goku said before he could leave, "It's always mattered to me." Vegeta turned around and took a moment before he told him, "I don't hate you." Somehow he ran out of things to say after that. It seemed impossible to tear his eyes from Goku's. Kakarot relaxed tremendously and smiled and for the first time Vegeta felt like there was real meaning behind it, not just some bright, unwavering expression of ease, but a smile that showed he was pleased, thankful, happy.
Goku licked his lips, the taste of Vegeta's mouth still lingered on them. Before he could register his own movement his feet started forward, his arm reached out and grabbed a hold of Vegeta's waist. The Prince stood stunned to see Goku coming onto him again after all these years. He took a step back but it wasn't enough to escape. Goku's left hand palmed his cheek gently as their chests were pressed together and Goku's lips firmly joined with Vegeta's, the arm around his back holding him in place. Vegeta's whole body tensed and he was very uncertain of what he should be doing and how he should react as he felt Goku's confident kiss for the first time.
When Goku removed his lips from Vegeta's it took about two seconds before they returned, from a different angle this time, and they were no more timid. When Vegeta's mouth opened out of need to breath Goku's tongue sank inside before drawing slowly back. He sucked on Vegeta's bottom lip, then the top, then swirled his tongue around inside his mouth before closing off the kiss for just a moment. His hand left Vegeta's cheek to slide over his ear and into his hair, pressing their mouths together tighter. He opened his eyes for just a second to see the confused but passionate look on Vegeta's face, and closed his eyes again as he felt Vegeta giving in, sucking on his tongue and biting on his lips in turn. He loves hearing Vegeta gasp, although he'd only ever heard it when they were fighting before. Now, there's something about having the sound so close to his ears, and knowing it's not because he's in any type of pain. Goku refused to stop this kiss until he absolutely had to, finding Vegeta's body flush against his to be more erotic than he'd imagined. He couldn't get over the feel of Vegeta's hands roaming with strength all over him, pressing into him, practically violating him. Goku brought his hand down to fist Vegeta's full ass, lifting him up, he couldn't help but grind into his hips. He heard him moan his Saiyan name. Surely Vegeta can feel how hard he is. "Kakarot..." he heard it again, and he moaned back with need. "Kakarot, damn it, wake up!" Goku's eyes snapped open to Vegeta's irritated and flushed face. "You idiot," Vegeta stood beside him. He'd been so close to kicking him in the gut, but instead he turned his back to Goku and said, "Fish is an aphrodisiac, I suppose it's natural. What were you dreaming about anyways? You didn't seem to want to wake up." "Whaa--?" Goku blushed, he couldn't hide his erection, much less his reaction. It had all been a dream, Goku was the one who slept in, not Vegeta. How embarrassing! Vegeta's out of his mind if he thinks he's going to answer him. He stood up and readjusted himself. He looked out at the sky, not that much time had passed. Vegeta watched him out of the corner of his eye. He said, "We're done here." Goku answered, "No we're not," finding it erie how similar that was to his dream. Vegeta turned more fully towards him, surprised by his reply. He thought that perhaps Kakarot would like some alone time to take care of his "problem." That determined answer turned into the reddening of Goku's face, however, and Vegeta could tell that Kakarot wanted to hash out a particular old issue. He was fairly certain he knew which one. He crossed his arms over his chest and waited for Goku to come clean. A lot of time passed before Goku spoke up and yet not enough. Vegeta could have kept waiting and Goku could have kept stalling but instead he opened up with, "I said I wanted to see you." "You did," Vegeta replied shortly. He found some pleasure in watching Goku this closely. It's particularly enjoyable this time because he's fully aware of the situation and waiting for him to make his next move in this was almost like waiting for the first move of a spar. Vegeta still hasn't decided if he's going to turn him down again or not. The fact that he was willing to bring it up again, even after all this time, spoke volumes. Goku was equally interested in Vegeta's reaction. Vegeta wants him to admit that he still hasn't given up on the idea of something between them. He wondered what he would like to hear, maybe it has something to do with his intentions? Maybe he's just hellbent on keeping everything in his life challenging? Maybe he just wants to know how serious he is? Finally Goku asked, "Do I need to make plans with you in order for that to happen?" Vegeta's jaw fell open slightly in surprise and he dropped his hands to his side. "What's gotten into you today?" he wondered aloud, amused. He liked the other Saiyan being pushy verbally, it's not something that he's used to from him. "Nothing that isn't going on with me every other day, Vegeta," Goku retorted and Vegeta heard a curve in his voice that he only ever hears on the battlefield. Vegeta smirked and chuckled a little bit, "If you're really trying to see me, I would hope you have something in mind for us to do other than stare at each other." Goku's usually wholesome smile altered into a sensual one and he replied, "Finding something to do isn't going to be a problem." Vegeta blinked and Goku was suddenly leaning in for a very real kiss. He kissed him full on, It didn't matter how far back Vegeta leaned out of nervousness. He could feel Goku taking in a deep, relaxing breath and even though he knew it was happening, it's still shocking, soft, and somehow sure. "Kakarot," Vegeta said as his lips were released. Goku asked, "Yes?" quietly as his hands gripped Vegeta's waist. Vegeta put his hands on Goku's broad shoulders and with nothing to say he was kissed again. Goku coaxed a little participation out of the older man and once Vegeta's mouth opened, fervor found their kiss and ran away with them. Goku pressed forward, his teeth nipping and his tongue exploring. Vegeta pressed back, knowing if he didn't they would surely fall to the ground. When they ran out of breath, Goku burned a trail all over the side of Vegeta's neck, not at all gentle like Vegeta imagined he might be, but rough and salacious. He moaned quietly as a bite Goku took made his body shiver. He was standing on his toes, hands now pressing into Goku's hair. Their lips locked together again and they started heavily all over. "You think you want this, Kakarot?" Vegeta asked once their kiss slowed down. Goku hesitated, only because he could hardly believe his ears. He answered in between kisses, staring down at the object of his lust, "You have no idea... how much..." Vegeta chuckled at him and said, "Fine." We'll see how much you want me.
