Chapter 24

It had now been five months since Shay and Edward were born Duo was back to looking like his old self again he even lost his breasts. He swore he still had an ass, Heero agreed that he did but it was a sexy ass so he told him to not worry about it.

Shay was adorable now as her eyes turned to a dark violet with a grey ring around her pupil her hair was coal black she was dressed in light purple overalls with a white shirt under that. She was crawling around in the nursery going toward a big colored block. The floor was a very soft light blue carpet the walls had rocking horses wall paper. The ceiling was just white with two pretty clear light fixtures with silver rimming.

Edward’s hair pretty much looked the color of Duo’s hair but it was starting to stick up some like Heero’s already. His eyes were a big shinny Persian blue he was wearing black shorts and green t-shirt that said I love Mama. He was banging on a little drum under the window sill with his hand and bouncing up and down to his beat he giggled.

Xanatos was standing next to a table making sounds with his mouth as he played with some big soft cars he could chew on if he wished. His hair was even longer now and it looked the color of Heero’s hair his eyes had more of a purple tint to them. He was wearing little blue jean shorts and a black t-shirt that said Sleep is for the weak.

Duo was laying on the ground watching his children play, he had a warm smile on his face, he was dressed in a black tank top and black short shorts. He had been so glad to get rid of the annoying breasts. He was also glad he’d never have the horror of getting pregnant again, though the babies were worth it he just never wanted to go through it again.

Edward stop banging on the drum and crawled toward his mother giggling madly, “Ma.. Ma!” He cried as he finally got to him from the short length. Duo smirked as Edward pretty much pounced on his head he giggled on top of Duo’s face.

“Edward!” Duo muttered from under his son trying to be as excited as Edward was about seeing his mama. Even though they were in the same room the whole time, Edward then sat back on his knees, Duo rolled over on his back Edward crawled onto Duo’s stomach. Duo then took hold of Edward’s sides and lifted him up into the air.

“WEEE!” Edward giggled as Duo lifted him up and down and would kiss him on the face.

Shay looked up from what she was doing and giggled and crawled over to Duo and her brother. “Me.. Me.. Me” Shay said lifting her little chubby hands up wanting a turn as well.

Xanatos saw the fun as well and he tossed his car to the side and waddled over on his little chubby legs. “ Me Mama, Mee!” Xanatos sat clapping his hands.

“Ah man see what you started Edward” Duo chuckled and rubbed noses with his son. Then set him down. “Alright you three we are going to have to take turns!” He said firmly.

“Me mama Me!” Xanatos declared sticking his little chubby hands out.

“No Shay was here first,” Duo said Edward crawled around next to Duo and crawled on to his leg. Duo then picked Shay up and lifted her up and down she giggled with delight. Duo made buzzy sounds then kissed her on her face.

Xanatos got angry and got down on his knees and took hold of Duo’s braid that was laying next to him and yanked on his mother’s hair. “Me.. MAMA!” he declared then he put the braid in his mouth.

“AH!” Duo said sitting up this made Edward roll off of Duo’s legs onto his back Shay though still giggled Duo sat her on her knees Shay crawled after her brother who was now on his back. Edward had giggled to, Duo was relived he was ok, “Xanatos now you won’t get a turn for doing that.” He glared at his son he pulled Xanatos over and detangled his fist and mouth from his hair. Then he wacked him over the head with his braid then stood up.

Xanatos then started to wail like he just been tormented or had broken a bone or something horrible. “Ma…Ma Mean!” He spouted up at Duo and crossed his little arms.

“And for that you can have a time out,” Duo said and picked Xanatos up who started to kick and scream as Duo set Xanatos in the corner where there was a little gate where he’d have to sit there for one minute.

Xanatos was having a major fit now though he lay on his back and started to scream and kicked his feet. “Ma…Ma Mean Ma…Ma Mean, I want Da..da… Da..daddy!!!”

Duo let air go through his lips which made his bangs blow up some, “you know your little temper tantrums and attitude aren’t helping!” Duo then turned his back on his upset son and walked over and picked Shay and Edward up as all of Xanatos’s fussing was making the babies upset. “Its ok,” Duo said sitting down in the rocking chair, “big brother is just learning a lesson.” The two babies lay their heads on Duo’s chest.

“DADDY!!!!” Xanatos screamed from the time out corner still kicking and screaming.

Duo shook his head, “Xanatos I don’t think Daddy would be pleased with all your shouting,” Duo called over his sons voice.

Heero had finally come in from taking care of the horses, he had made his way up stairs of course by now he heard all the screaming. He wasn’t too happy about it, Heero walked into the nursery. Duo looked over at Heero who walked over to him, “So what happened this time?” Heero wondered crossing his arms over his chest.

Xanatos stopped crying when he heard Heero’s voice Xanatos’s big violet eyes peeked over the gate. “Daddy!” Xanatos said really excited he put his tiny fists up wanting to be held by his daddy.

“Oh Xanatos couldn’t wait his turn for a little ride, I was giving each of the kids so he decided to pull my hair and eat it.” Duo said looking up at his husband, “Then he called me mean so I gave him a one minute time out.” Duo said with a shrugging.

“Da..da!” Edward giggled and sat up some when Heero had come into the room. He wiggled on Duo’s lap. Duo set Edward on the ground Edward crawled over and hugged his leg.

Heero smiled down at Edward, “So has it been a minute then?” Heero wondered.

“Yeah I’d say,” Duo said and turned Shay around so she could lay her head on his shoulder then he patted her on her diapered bottom and rocked the glider back and forth.

Heero picked Edward up he gave him a kiss on the head then set him down and walked over to Xanatos he got down on his knees. “Daddy!” Xanatos giggled and bounced up and down.

“Xanatos that was very naughty of you, just cause you don’t get your way it doesn’t mean you pull hair or hurt people.” Heero said looking at his little son in the eyes. “Do you understand?”

“Yes daddy,” Xanatos said looking down now as if he was really ashamed of what he had just done.

“Do you think you could say you’re sorry to your mommy?” Heero wondered still sitting on his knees.

“Yeah,” Xanatos said nodding his head cutely Heero stood up and picked Xanatos up from the corner then set him on his hip and walked over to Duo. Heero took Shay from Duo’s shoulder and set Xanatos down on his knee.

“Xanatos has something he’d like to say,” Heero said letting Shay lay her head on his shoulder. He gave in and allowed Shay to call him daddy only cause at this age it would be confusing if everyone else called him daddy but she couldn’t. Plus she was growing on him as well he thought she was pretty cute and she did also come from Duo so she found a little spot in Heero’s heart. Though deep down Heero still didn’t like this fully he didn’t think he ever would.

Duo put his arm around Xanatos’s little back, “I sowwy Mama,” Xanatos said sounding really cute when he apologized.

Duo smiled, “apology accepted cutesy” Duo said tickling Xanatos on the nose then picked him up and kissed him on the face. Then he stood up and scooped Edward up and placed him on his free hip. “So who wants some lunch!?” Duo wondered happily to his children.

Xanatos bounced on his mother’s hip, “Me Me!” He said putting his little hand in the air and he giggled happily.

“Alright I thought you would, I could go for some lunch myself.” Duo chuckled the Yuy family then went out of the nursery to go get something to eat.
