[ Any text in here means this is being spoken in Ran] an] Cause I wanted to get this chapter up right away.

Chapter 2: Of conversations and naughty thoughts.
\" Wow... look at it snow..\" Rei\'s voice was filled with wonder and awe as he cuddled into the sweater Bryan lent him , eyes glued to the scenery outside. It seems they got to the (( (( spelling ? )) just in time before it began to snow heavily. Bryan stood next to Rei, handing him a mug of hot cocoa and he crossed his arms over his chest, he too watched it snow \" A blizzard is coming.. \" Voice soft. Rei looked at him in bewilderment \" How do you know ? \" Bryan allowed the smallest ghost of a smile as he turned his head to face Rei \" I\'ve lived here all my life Rei, I should know when a blizzard is approaching. \" Rei suddenly looked worried \" But what about Tala and the others ? Aren\'t they supposed to be coming tonight by plane ? \" Bryan nodded somewhat and looked back outside \" He\'ll phone to tell us of his situation shortly. \" And if on cue the phone rang.
Bryan answered the phone and was greeted by Tala\'s silky voice, hinted with amusement \" [ So, is your little kitten there ? ] \" Bryan grunted somewhat \" [ Rei is here Tala.. And don\'t call him kitten. ] \" Tala laughed silkily \" [ Ah yes, I forgot. He\'s your kitten isn\'t he. ] \" Bryan didn\'t say a word, Rei was looking at him curiously. \" [ Oh let me speak to him then, if you\'re not going to talk to me. ] \" Bryan just shrugged and handed Rei the phone he muttered a \" I\'m going to get mysa mua mug of coffee..\" And he was off. Rei blinked somewhat confused \" Tala ? \" Tala smiled on his other end of the phone \" Hello Rei, how was your trip ? \" It was fine, how are you ? Is your flight delayed ? How are Ivan and Spencer ? Are you all alright ? \" Tala laughed at Rei\'s concern \" Yes, we\'re fine Rei. Unfortunatly our flight is delayed, we\'ll be there in around two days. Hopefully the skies will be clear by then. \" Rei smiled \" That\'s good to hear. \" \" But we are sorry that we won\'t be there for your birthday, so you\'ll just have to get our gifts when we get there. Although you *are* there with Bryan.. And his gift will be the best of all of ours..\" Tala couldn\'t hep but smirking to himself. Rei was speachless and watched Bryan come back, he looked at him curiously \" What do you mean..? \" \" You\'ll see Rei..Anyway, is Bryan there ? I need to speak to him. \" \" Yeah he\'s here..\" Rei handed the phone back to Bryan who juslledlled his eyes. \" [ Bryan ? I think you should give him a special present, tonight. Seeing because of the blizzard the rest of us won\'t be there for atleast two more days. ] \" Bryan sighed irritably \"[ No ]\" \" [ Well, maybehoulhould have some fun with him when I get there..If you\'re not going to. ] \" Bryan\'s eyes widened somewhat and he growled threatingly into the phone \" [ Don\'t you dare try a thing ! ] \" [ Hmm.. can it be that you..Perhaps care alot more for your kitten than what you let on ? ] \" Bryan could almost feel Tala smirking , he spoke softly \" [ He\'s getting suspicious Tala..Goodbye. ] \" Tala sighed \" [ Goodbye Bryan. ] \"
When Bryan hung up the phone Rei tilted his head curiously, lightly touching his shoulder \" Are you ok..? \" Bryan just shrugged him off and grunted. \" Yes, i\'m fine. \" He pulled on his jacket and Rei just stared \" Where are you going ? \" Bryan grabbed a shovel not turning to face him \" I\'m going to shovel, that way when it snows more there won\'t be as much to do tomorrow. \" And without a word, or giving Rei anytime to say anything he left the warmth of the abby and began to shovel. It was alot to do..but he needed some time to think, and being alone with Rei like that made him feel un-comfortable. He shivered into his jacket, temperature was dropping quick, and the heavy snow was turning into ice pellets. Bryan just wiped his brow and continued. Un-aware of a pair of amber eyes watching him concerned from inside.
\" Why must he be so stubborn..\" Rei said to himself worried. He was watching Bryan shovel the snow, and he sighed watching the other stop momentarily, to shiver and to tighten his jacket. \" He must be so cold..And he\'s sweating too.. Must be from all that shoveling. \" Rei\'s cheeks began to redden as he watched closely, Bryan\'s cheeks were flushed and a drip or two of sweat would roll down his pale face, and then he\'s wipe it off, eyes closed. Some hair sticking to his wet face. Rei suddenly began tink ink of the other naked, and in bed, sleeping, sheets slowly slipping off to enlighten the amber hued boy of what Bryan\'s body would look like. He felt his pants tighten somewhat and he coughed lightly, blushing more. He shook his head to drain those thoughts. He turned on a nearby radio to calm his nerves. \' This is an urgent weather report \' Rei\'s ears perked as he now turned his attention fully to the radio. \' The blizzard will be getting heavier and more dangerous. The heavy snowl bel be followed by large ice pellets. Anyone who is outside, I suggest get in right away. Also get out candels and anything you can, we\'re expecting many of the power lines to get knocked out. Thank you. \'
Rei gasped somewhat and heaved open the door to the abby, the wind was against it so it was hard. The weather chilled him to the bone, the whind was whistling all aroung. He cupped his hands around his mouth and yelled out to Bryan. \" BRYAN! GET IN QUICK! THE STORM IS GETTING WORST! THE POWERS GONNA GO OUT! \" Bryan faintly heard Rei, he would of shrugged it off and kept going, but he knew Rei would rush out and get him. So he shouldered the shovel and trudged in. Shivering some he locked the door. He opened his mouth to say something when there was a flicker of the lights and a \" BZZT! \" type noise and the two were left in total utter darkness. He felt Rei feel for his shoulder in sudden need of comfort, voice wavering somewhat. \" What now..? \"
