Yes eventually Vegeta and Bulma will be going on missions together I'm not going to put too much detail into the mission in this note but that is the second part of the plot.

(3) Bulma is not on birth control and Vegeta is not using a condom. She is bound to him which in Saiyan terms is like being engaged. They both want her pregnant with Vegeta's children eventually although neither has brought it up at this point.
