Chapter 4. Of Stories And Hidden Love

Hands tangled together, lacing within one another for support. Another hand sifted through the sweaty silk locks of their lover, brushing away stray strand that got in their way. The other hand clenched into the white sheets of the bed below, holding tightly for support. Two bodies tangoed together in a dance only they knew, knowing exactly how to touch, caress and please their other. Tongues dueled in a fierce and passionate kiss.

One of the lovers decided to end the seductive dance and become forceful, pushing his other back onto the bed. His other smiled and within second legs were spread wide. Taking the advantage, he seated himself inside his lover, drawing out a strangled half-whimper half-moan from his submissive partner. The pair melted into another heated kiss as the dominant partner began to rock back and forth with ease. The other groaned, pushing their head back against the soft white pillows on the bed. The other rocked slowly, planning on dragging this out just to torture his partner.

“Please... don’t tease...”

“Hush...”

He dipped down and pressed his lips to his other, rocking his hips back and pushing forward, drawing out another long, low, cry from his other as they made love in the early of the morning.

*~*~*

Tala brushed his head against his pillow, shivering gently. He groaned and opened his eyes a crack, glaring at the alarm clock which was ringing in his ear. He slammed the snooze button and sighed happily, drowning back into sleep when he heard the door open. He looked up and froze, staring into soft crimson eyes.

“Did you forget I was here?” Kai asked slyly.

“I don’t think so,” Tala groaned, sitting up and stretching.

Kai smirked and walked over to the bed and kneeled on it, placing his hand on either side of Tala’s body and kissed him softly. Tala pressed back gently and closed his eyes, melting into the sweet kiss. Kai pulled away and patted Tala’s leg.

“Come on, I made lunch,” Kai said, moving from the bed.

Tala nodded and was about to stand but stopped himself when he looked down to find himself naked beneath the quilt. He blushed and reached into his bedside table, grabbing a pair of boxers before leaving. He stood quickly, but regretted it immediately. His ass was killing him and he felt numb. He hobbled out into the kitchen and sat down, glad to be off his feet. Kai set a plate in front of him and sat down himself, sipping his coffee.

“Did you have to be so rough?” Tala grumbled.

Kai blushed. “Sorry about that.”

Tala shook his head and took a bite of his pancakes, letting the soft fluffy dough melt in his mouth. He sighed and was about to take another bite when he noticed Kai not eating. He looked over to the sink, but didn’t see another plate.

“Not eating?” Tala asked.

“I’m not really hungry,” was the simple reply.

“Bullshit,” Tala growled.

He picked up a piece of his pancakes and held it in front of Kai’s mouth, resting his head on his other hand. Kai looked at the piece of fluff and over at Tala, who merely smiled sweetly and shook his fork, wanting Kai to take it.

Sighing with defeat, Kai opened his mouth to allow Tala to place the pancake into his mouth. Kai closed his mouth around the fork, but didn’t release it. Tala pulled the fork back, bringing Kai with it. Releasing the fork, Kai leaned over the table and pressed his lips to Tala softly, swallowing his burden and sliding his tongue into his wolf’s warm mouth. He tasted sweet from the maple syrup and smiled into the kiss, pulling away and sipping his coffee again.

“Finish up so it doesn’t get cold,” Kai said, standing from the table to pour another cup of coffee.

Tala smirked and dug his fork into the stack of food, chewing and swallowing before going in for another bite. Kai disappeared from the kitchen for brief moment, but returned with the paper. He opened it slowly and read the front page, gaping with a wide mouth at what was on the front. Tala, noticing this, stood from his seat and walked around the table to see what intrigued his friend so much.

“Well wadya know,” Tala said with a smirk. “Looks like Ray’s having more fun with his lion than we know.”

Tala pulled the paper from Kai’s hand and sat down opposite him, clearing his throat to get ready to read the front page aloud.

“Mr. Dickinson has announced a reunion for the beyblading teams of two years ago and the members of PPB All Starz, White Tiger X, and the Blitzkrieg boys have decided to head home for the reunion. But in the photo above, you can see some members have gone home for more than just a reunion. BBA Revolution member Ray Kon and long time friend Lee, as seen in the photo above, are more than just friends these days. The two were seen, according to the source, leaving a restaurant holding hands and kissing.”

Tala looked up to see Kai smirking, his coffee cup up to his mouth as he took another sip and set it down. Tala handed back the paper and Kai took a long look at it, a picture of Ray and Lee together, mouths close in a kiss that looked for to passionate to just be a friendly thing, arms wrapped around on another securely, before setting it on the table himself.

“What?” Kai asked, noticing Tala’s stare.

“You suspected something, didn’t you,” Tala said, knowing Kai to well.

Kai shrugged. Tala picked up the paper again and looked at it for a long moment, setting it back down and grumbling to himself.

“Now what’s with you?” Kai asked, smirking.

Tala shrugged. “I dunno, I think it should be us on the front.”

Kai smirked at him and stood up. He pulled Tala up from the chair and pulled him to his chest, leaning down and pressing his lips to the wolf. Tala pulled away and smirked, knowing what Kai was getting at.

“You want to give those paparazzi losers a show?” Tala asked, heading toward the restroom.

“You read me to well,” Kai said with a low laugh.

Kai heard the water turn on and sat down on the couch, sighing to himself. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a blue velvet box. He opened the lid and looked at the two rings from two years ago. He had wanted to give it to Taal so badly, but something stopped him, and he couldn’t.

‘He probably wouldn’t have accepted it anyway,’ Kai thought.

He pushed the box back into his pocket and looked out the window of the balcony, a thick blanket of snow fogging the outside world. The thick fat flakes fell softly, making Kai smiled. He had missed Russia so much, but promised to stay with the others to help them train. He didn’t know why, it wasn’t like he was a blader anymore. Those days were in the past.

The shower shut off and Tala emerged, standing, dripping wet, in a towel that rode low on his hips and one draped over his shoulders. Kai turned to him and almost fell of the couch. He couldn’t believe Tala looked so hot, especially with his body wet from hot water and a soft exasperated look on his face. His hair was matted and shimmering from the water. Tala noticed the stare Kai was giving him and smirked, walking toward him.

“What?” Tala asked, placing his hands on his hips, making the towel ride lower.

“Not funny, Ivanov,” Kai growled.

“What’s not funny, Hiwatari?” Tala asked, stepping froward again.

Kai felt his hands shaking and he knew he wouldn’t be able to hold back it Tala kept teasing him like he was. He fisted his hands into his pants, feeling himself getting hard and his throat running dry. He swallowed, his tongue like sandpaper.

Tala took another slow strut forward, the towel riding even lower. His body glistened in the light overhead and Kai snapped. He grabbed Tala around the waist and pulled him onto the couch, crushing their mouths together. Tala moaned into the kiss, feeling Kai’s tongue prodding at his bottom lip. He complied, opening his mouth and feeling Kai’s tongue dart into his warm cavern.

Kai reached down to the towel, moving it to the side and was ready to stroke Tala, but his hand was stopped. He pulled away from the kiss and looked deeply into his wolf’s icy blue stare.

“You’ve given me too much already,” Tala whispered. “Let me give some back.”

Kai felt the belt to his pants fall open and the zipper move down. Tala slid down Kai’s body, feeling the phoenix twist in his seat. Tala knelt on the floor and slid Kai’s pants down, freeing Kai’s organ. He smiled and touched the tip, feeling the precum which had begun to drip from the tip. He breathed heavily onto the organ, making Kai groan above him.

“Tala... please...” Kai growled.

Taal drove onto Kai’s organ quickly, taking him as far as he could. He slid his mouth back to the tip, letting his tongue caress the round top before dipping down again. He slid his tongue against the underside of Kai’s member, feeling the man above him shudder. Kai groaned and arched his hips, making Tala take his farther.

“God... Tala,” Kai growled out, clenching his teeth.

Kai moved one of his hands onto Tala’s face, moving the strands of hair which had fallen into the redheads face. Tala looked up at Kai with his icy eyes, noticing the lust in phoenix’s crimson orbs. He closed his eyes, focusing on his task as he quickened his pace, sucking harder.

Kai arched again, feeling himself coming close. He squirmed when he felt Tala’s tongue run over the tip of his member before his mouth engulfed him again. He arched again, and let a strangled moan, releasing his seed for Tala to swallow.

Tala pulled away, drinking everything down. He lifted back up to Kai and kissed him with heated passion. Kai began to remove the towel, Tala ready to allow Kai to take him when the phone rang. The two stopped, turning to the device. Tala glared at it and Kai cursed under his breath.

“I better get that,” Tala whispered.

Kai nodded and released Tala’s hips, surprised at how close he had had the wolf to his member. One more inch and the tip of his organ would have been inside him. Kai glowered again and crossed his arms, watching as Tala answered the phone.

“Hello... Oh, hey Brian,” Tala said, turning to look at Kai.

Kai turned back to the white afternoon outside and watched the snowflakes fall gently onto the balcony and onto the many trees outside.

“Alright. Yea, no problem. Okay, we’ll see you guys soon then,” Tala said before hanging up the phone.

“So what’s up with Brian?” Kai asked, pulling Tala into his lap and nuzzling his neck.

“Nothing much. He and Spencer are heading over to see you,” Tala said, humming as Kai kissed him gently.

“You better get dressed then,” Kai said, letting Tala sit up.

*~*~*

“Remember when the train back to Moscow had the brake cord pulled and the whole thing came to a halt,” Brian laughed.

“Fuck, that sucked. I hit my head so hard I swear that welt was their for months,” Spencer laughed.

“Poor you,” Tala laughed loudly.

“That wasn’t as bad as Brian freaking out that the train was being robbed,” Kai snickered.

“Hey, it could have been,” Brian grumbled.

“Oh right. If I recall you were screaming like a little girl,” Spencer said, his voice thundering with laughter.

“What about you? You and Tala were holding each other so tightly I thought you would strangle each other,” Brian sneered with laughter.

“Whatever, It’s not as bad as you two,” Tala countered. “If I remember correctly, Spencer had to hold you down so you wouldn’t go into a panic attack.”

“Whatever,” Brian huffed, turning to look out the window.

The other just laughed, watching as a bright hue of think appeared onto Brian’s cheeks. Kai looked at everyone’s cups and stood, grabbing them all and walking toward the kitchen.

“Anyone want some more cocoa?” He asked.

“Nah, me and Brian need to get going. Tomorrow’s the reunion and we need to get packing,” Spencer yelled into the kitchen.

“So were meeting here and then heading to the airport?” Brian asked.

“Sure, six o’clock sharp and don’t forget,” Tala warned.

“Wow, now worries sergeant, we won’t,” Spencer said, holding up his hands in defense.

The three boys got up and made their way to the door. Kai stood in the frame of the kitchen, leaning against the counter as Brian and Spencer slid on their boots. Tala opened the door for them, talking idly with Spencer while Brian finished lacing up his last boot.

“It was good to see you again Kai,” Spencer said.

“Yea, good to have the old team back together,” Brian said with a smile.

“It’s good to be back,” Kai hummed with a nod, smiling gently.

Brian nodded back and returned the smile while Spencer turned to Tala. “Six, correct.”

“Yep,” Tala said.

“We’ll be here,” Brian said, yawning. “See you guys, get a good sleep.”

With that they left with a wave. Tala closed the door and sighed, blowing on of his long red bangs out of his face. He turned to the kitchen frame but Kai had already left to the sink, washing up their cups. Tala entered, sitting down at the table and watching as Kai dried the four overly sized mugs and put them away.

“Well wasn’t that fun,” Tala crooned.

“It’s been a long time,” Kai said, turning around and leaning back against the sink while drying his hands. “It was good to catch up.”

“What time is it,” Tala mumbled, looking at the clock.

“Late. They were here a while,” Kai hummed, looking at the clock on the wall.

“Guess we were all having too good a time to notice how fast the hours went by,” Tala said with a smirk.

“It was fun,” Kai agreed.

“I’m heading off to bed. You coming?” Tala asked, standing up and stretching.

“I’ll be in in a minute,” Kai sighed.

Tala nodded and headed off toward the bathroom to wash up. Ka I walked into the living room and opened his travel bag, reaching into the interior pouch. He pulled out the blue box and opened it, sighing sadly when he looked at the two rings. He heard the door to the bathroom open and Tala step out, walking toward the bedroom.

‘Maybe I should sleep on the couch,’ Kai thought, closing the box. ‘It would be best.’

Kai stood and looked around the room, not hearing when Tala walked into the entrance to the living quarters. He stood silently, watching Kai’s expressing change from confusion to sadness to worry and back again.

“Kai,” the wolf said softly.

Kai turned stiffly, shocked att he suddenness of the voice.

“You coming,” Taal said, nodding with his head toward the bedroom.

Kai sighed, but nodded all the same. He shove the box back into his bag and walked out of the living room, giving it one more look before following Tala down the hall and into the bedroom, closing the door quietly.

‘I don’t know what to do anymore,’ Kai said to himself. ‘I love him so much, but I can’t tell him. It’s like a weight that won’t lift. Every time were together, I’m happy. But... what if he wont accept me after such a long time. What if he doesn’t care anymore? What if he doesn’t love me anymore?’
