Apologies for being so damned slow to finish things, but between my ridiculous work schedule, obsessive need to Go Over Every Word And Phrase Twenty Times, and my weakness for reading other people’s fics, there just aren’t enough hours in the day. [hee, hee]

Apologies also on this not being an actual chapter, been spending much, much time fic-reading, instead of writing (blame it on milky and haunted angel…), but I wanted to respond to some of the great comments I’ve gotten…

pepp: glad you’re still happy (and drooling), but I’m beginning to get a little worried you’ll become dehydrated. Take a sec and grab some Gatorade, ‘K?

Re: the ‘creepy mom-parts’ – I was just thinking that new moms might be more vulnerable and…prone to the wishful-thinking thing where a beautiful, hot young body like Edward was concerned, not because of some (yes, creepy!) maternal thing, but because with their lives so centered on their helpless young, they’re probably not getting a lot of “me” time at home, too covered in baby drool, too exhausted, for hubby to find appealing, maybe? Just a thought. Oh, heck - maybe I just think ANY woman would be eyeing Ed wisftfully...

Please send my apologies to your computer, by the way… I think they make plastic keyboard protectors, btw. You should check out Staples.com...

‘Sides, I’m not sure either of them, at least as I’m writing them, are actually “gay.” Just hot for each *other*… Or, well, or bi, anyhow. Ed seems to find *everyone* equally appealing and we *know* Roy has a history of womanizing. I like this attraction could have snuck up on both of them, surprising them, and making them rethink who they always thought they were…

All: hope to finish the chapter (and Ed, for that matter) off tonight. Just trying to decide where Ed’s head will be by the end of it. To set him up for their next encounter - on the rocks ourside Resembol… Which will be a set up for a ‘later that night…’ scene, also, promise, a hot one. (What happens when Roy let's ED 'drive'...]
