\"Get inside and sleep it off, you idiot!\" ChiChi hauled Gokou across the step by his ear and threw him into the house.
Gokou stumbled a little and sat heavily in one of the chairs at the kitchen table. \"I\'m not an idiot, ChiChi,\" he said. He hung his head. \"I just made a mistake. I don\'t even know why it happened.\"

\"Well you can sit out here and think about it,\" ChiChi said. \"I am going to bed.\" She stormed across the room, into her bedroom, and slammed the door.

Gokou sighed and put his head on the table. A moment later he heard soft footsteps cross the floor. He looked up to see Goten standing at the other side of the table.

\"Dad, what\'s going on? Why is mom mad at you? Is it because Gohan\'s not back yet?\"

\"No, it\'s not that.\" Gokou ran a hand across his face, and looked at Goten again. \"What do you mean Gohan\'s not back yet?\"

\"Gohan went out to train with Piccolo this morning, and he hasn\'t come back yet. Mom was mad and said that Gohan spends more time with Piccolo than he does at his own home.\" "She"She doesn\'t realize that Gohan is a grown man now, and can take care of himself. He doesn\'t need to come back and see her everyday. I think mostly she\'s worried that she won\'t have anything left, especially since you\'re a young man yourself, and could be leaving one day.\"

\"But, you\'ll be here with her, won\'t you dad?\" Goten asked.

Gokou sighed. \"I hope so, son. We\'ve been through a lot in the past. I really want to comfort her and make things right again.\"

Goten smiled a little. \"Then go to her dad,\" he said. \"I\'m sure she\'s calmed down enough.\"

Gokou nodded and got up. He gently opened the door of the bedroom and looked in; ChiChi was sleeping soundly. Gokou gave Goten a quick smile and slipped into the bedroom, pulling the door closed behind him.

Gokou slipped out of his clothes and climbed into bed next to ChiChi. He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her close. \"ChiChi?\" he asked quietly.

ChiChi stirred a little and half turned to Gokou. \"Gokou? What do you want?\" she asked sleepily.

\"ChiChi, I don\'t want you to be angry with me. I can\'t explain what I did, but please forgive me anyway. I\'m sorry.\"

ChiChi was quiet for a moment, and Gokou was sure she was still mad. However, she turned to Gokou and sighed. \"Gokou, I don\'t understand you sometimes. Maybe I just don\'t understand saiya-jin in general, but it seems like sometimes you don\'t think at all. Did you even think about it, or did you and Vegeta just decide out of the blue that you wanted to have sex?\"

Gokou wasn\'t sure how to answer. \"I...I guess I didn\'t really think about it. It just seemed like something I needed to do, like breathing or sleeping. I just reacted.\"

ChiChi leaned against Gokou. \"Oh, Gokou,\" she sighed. A tear slipped down her cheek. \"I feel like I\'m losing you, even more than when you were dead. I hate it.\"

\"You\'re not losing me, ChiChi,\" Gokou said. He pulled her against himself and hugged her tight. \"I love you too much.\"

ChiChi felt the warmth of his body against her skin. She could feel him eagerly pressing himself against her, wrapping his arms tighter and sliding one of his legs up along hers. She knew he was aroused, and leaned her head against his chest, sliding her legs up around his at the same time. \"I love you too, Gokou.\"

Gokou felt his heart race and his body suddenly got warm again as ChiChi wrapped her legs around his. He kissed her deeply, and smiled a little as she gasped then groaned with pleasure as he entered her. He rolled on top of her and thrust down forcefully over and over against her body.

ChiChi\'s back arched up; she grabbed his shoulders and pulled him down against her, then kissed him deeply. Gokou returned the passionate kiss, and wrapped his arms around her waist as she tightened the grip with her legs. She was breathing hard, and she could hear Gokou\'s heart pounding in his chest. She\'d never turned him on this much before, she realized, as Gokou went down on her once again. Then he rolled onto his side again and held ChiChi close. He was starting to doze off a little, but the excitement he was feeling wouldn\'t cease. He turned ChiChi around and pulled her against him again.

\"Gokou,\" ChiChi asked tiredly, \"aren\'t you tired?\"

\"Just a few more minutes, please ChiChi,\" Gokou pleaded. \"I need it so much.\"

ChiChi sighed softly. \"All right, Gokou.\"

As he lifted ChiChi\'s hips to pull her into position, Gokou had a sudden flashback to that afternoon, when he\'d been with Vegeta. It\'d felt just as good then, he realized. It was the same feeling, thrusting against him, pulling Vegeta\'s well muscled hips up against his own, the rush of adrenaline in his body, the racing of his heart...his palms were beginning to sweat with the heat in his body, and he re-gripped ChiChi to keep from dropping her. He heard her panting as he thrust in and out of her, groaning with some of the more powerful thrusts. Vegeta\'d reacted in much the same way, he remembered, dozing off with the thought.

ChiChi though she heard Gokou starting to fall asleep, and felt his thrusts getting a little slower each time. \"Gokou?\" she asked quietly.

Gokou mumbled incoherently and sighed. \"Hmmm...Vegeta...\"

ChiChi froze; then she jerked herself away from him and got out of bed. \"What did you say?\" she demanded.

Gokou looked up sleepily and blinked. \"Say...?\" he asked vaguely.

\"You heard me. You just called me Vegeta!\"

The impact of what he\'d done finally hit Gokou, and he stared at ChiChi for a minute. He reached out to her. \"ChiChi...\"

\"Don\'t even think about it Gokou. I was finally thinking I could relax with you, that you were finally over whatever crazy notion posed yed you earlier, but obviously I was wrong!\" ChiChi angrily snatched Gokou\'s clothes off of the floor and threw them at him. \"Get out of here, now! You can sleep on the couch, and be glad I\'m not making you sleep on the front step!\"

Gokou slowly put his clothes back on; the was thinking hard, and what he was thinking about wasn\'t making him happy. He had no other choice, however. As he pulled his boots on he stood in the doorway and faced ChiChi.

\"Well?\" ChiChi asked impatiently. She tapped her foot. \"Are you going?\"

Gokou lowered his eyes and swallowed hard. \"Yes, ChiChi,\" he said. \"I\'m leaving.\"

\"About time,\" ChiChi said. \"Make sure you don\'t disturb Goten when you go by his room. And if Gohan comes in, tell him he\'s in serious trouble for making me worry all night.\"

\"ChiChi,\" Gokou said slowly. \"You don\'t understand. I\'m not going to the couch. I\'m leaving altogether. I don\'t know w's g's going on with me, but I won\'t be back until I figure out what it is. I won\'t see you upset anymore.\" He turned and walked to the front door.

\"What?\" ChiChi gasped. \"Gokou, wait!\" She stepped out of the room just in time to hear the front door close. \"Gokou!\"

ChiChi went out to the kitchen and sat at the table, staring at fronfront door. \"Oh, Gokou, what have I done now?\" she moaned. She put her head down on the table; tears were streaming from her eyes. She eventually drifted off to sleep.
