chapter 4
---Duo POV---
"Know what Zechs? I'll give him up! If he wants Treize now, I'll let him go, I will as he got Treize in his palm now, but just warn him to be careful not to give something special to him. Like I did"
Can't believe I said it, somehow it came out just like that. I wasn't even thinking when I said it. But what hurts me the most is the tears he cried because of my words. At that time I want to hold him close and ask for his forgiveness and told him that seeing him cry make my heart clinched in unbearable pain even more than thousands needles pierced my body and the suffers I felt for making him cry is growing stronger than the anger that was flowing in my heart for he killed Hilde, my wife. Oh Heero, how I wish that she wasn't die and we decided to walk our path together without harming her and the fact that she give her blessing to us... Then you ruin everything by killing her! I want to be with you, hold you tight and never let go but now I can't since I remember everything now for the dream I kept dreaming every night reminds me of it.
"Duo, you're free now. And let me give you some advice"
I turn around and saw Zechs standing while gracefully drew out a sword and within seconds he moved to behind my back and pressing the sword to my neck, it seems that I've lost my touch as I can't break free from him, let alone prevent it.
"Forget Heero... He's out of your league now, especially since you gave up on him"
Hearing this makes me felt blood rushing as I really didn't meant what I said to Heero.
"Cause if you do and tries to save him better start thinking what do you wants to save him from? Me? Treize? Hilde? But let me tell you something, you better save him from you, Duo. I could see what's he's thinking when you're beside him. He's afraid of you" He smirks, "Think about it. And you could just walk straight from this direction till you found gate 13. Then you go to the forest, there's a Gundam inside it. You’ll know the way after that, don't you? Don't forget what I said..."
With that he turn back and went back to the underground building where we came out from. I turn around and start running till I found the forest he told me.
---Normal POV---
===Heero's room===
The room was just like the last time Treize came, the only thing different is Heero. Heero was lying on the floor with tears on his face.
"Heero?" Treize kneeled down to pick Heero up and lift him to the bed.
"Heero, are you alright?" Treize become worried as Heero didn't answer his question as he is wondering what happened to Heero and who did this. It doesn't help him as he found Heero untied and in such fetal position only with his clothes on, but it does make him hard. The question keeps him in thought and decided to ask the soldier,
"Men!"
Just by the first call, 4-5 men came in hurry as they didn't want make Treize unhappy.
"Yes, Sir!" they said in unity
Treize stand up and walks towards them then examine their expression as he asks, "Who came before me?"
The soldier kept silent and stands still like if they move even less than 1 inch, they'll die. This doesn't make Treize happy as the man he loved was torn and broken.
"I will not ask twice! Answer me!" Treize give them cold-glare as none of them dare not saying anything
The soldier is now torn between betraying Treize command or Zechs's as they two were their respected leader.
"So all of you didn't want to say anything? Then, Guards! Take them and punish them on the battlefield.
Battlefield is not the usual battlefield where soldier can die respectfully, instead it’s a place where they were have serve the military acting as the enemy, in other words, labeled as traitor and received death penalty.
"What's wrong Treize?" Zechs just came into the room when he decided to re-visit his beloved one. What he didn't expect is to see Treize in the room and already decided punishment to the loyal soldier.
"Master Zechs, please tell Master Treize that we didn't do anything to harm the hostage" One of the maid who is also counted in for the punishment.
"Treize, let them go as it's me who ask them to let me in" Zechs said as he see straight to Treize's eyes
"Then I really must punish them for letting you in." Treize said with hard-look as he reply and turn around to give the signal to the guards.
Before they could say anything further, the guards already took them out from the room.
"Tell me why you must punish them as it's only me who came or even I can't get in here to see Heero?" Zechs asked as he felt frustrated that Treize execute those excellent soldiers just to let him in or is it because he knew Zechs' plan?
"If you only came to see him it's all right but WITH my permission" Treize replied as he walks toward the bed where Heero laid down
"Then it's me who you should execute not them!" Zechs is now really tense as he now feel guilty to them as their the one who is executed instead him
"Don't worry, Zechs, next is you turn as the guilt is about Duo escapee. Don't you dare deny it as there is someone sees it and told me about it, and that you bring him into this room!" Treize said as he sits on the bed close to Heero and then pats Heero's hair.
With that, Zechs is speechless as Treize had found out almost everything. Sorry men, I've let you all down
"And their biggest mistake is that they didn't put their loyalty to me but to you" Treize now pay his attention to Zechs while he keeps patting Heero's hair lovingly. "What did you say to Heero? Why did you release Duo?"
"..." Zechs can't think anything to say for his defense. "I think you know why"
Treize smiles at his answer. "Yes, I do. Don't worry about it as I shall share him with you however as you did released Duo then you'll be punished"
Zechs can't really think anything else as he really delighted for he could have Heero though he has to share with Treize. But what bad is it as he likes Treize too just as strong like he is to Heero. As the facts is there's three person that he likes that is Heero for his beauty and character as the perfect soldier, which is perfect; then there's Noin for her loyalty and Treize for his intelligence and his charisma as a leader. Maybe it's not that bad as he could get all the three as he already engaged with Noin and now he will get the other two.
"I'll received any punishment you decides"
Treize smirks at Zechs action for he knew that what kind of things flowing in Zechs mind
"Join me with this beauty tonight, you may do all you like but no touching him for 7 days, you understand what does it means, right?" Treize said as he returns his attention back to Heero
"Yes, I may see, May not touch him but I may touch you" Zechs replied with a smile tugged in his face
"Indeed. You may leave now and don't forget that you may not touch him, Zechs" Treize warned once more as he glared Zechs, "I won't be so lenient next time"
"Yes, I know"
Just as Zechs reached the door he glanced to Heero and Treize, and when he opens the door Treize called.
Treize walks towards the door till he is so close to Zechs and out one hand on Zechs's shoulder, "Zechs, Let them go and tell the guards that those soldier were forgiven and put them back to their post. However make sure they only serves you and get me more soldier as I'll re-point new ones as mine. It's hard to find loyal soldier like them"
"YES SIR" Zechs replied whole-heartily as Treize didn't disappoint him though he never is.
===Duo===
Duo ran as fast as he could towards the Gundam, which Zechs prepared for him. When he reached the Gundam, he was surprised to see few people near the Gundam and silently cursed himself for trust Zechs. He sneaks around to count how many people there. It seems that's only 5 people, 4 men and 1 woman.
Duo took a knife he steals from Zechs after he was threatened. At least his stealing ability didn't disappoint him any further. He then moved towards the woman as she is the weakest one then the other four, though it's against his rule for not hurting a lady but this is the only chance he has.
Swiftly he moved to the woman's back and pull out the knife but before he took captive the lady, she turn around and he felt his heart stopped the same time he realized who is she.
===Treize===
"Treize..."
Zechs greeted Treize as he enters the dining room. He sat gracefully beside Noin and across Treize after he pecks Noin on her cheek. He looks around to see that someone is missing.
"Where's Hilde? It's unusual that she didn't join us for dinner" Zechs asks as he looks at the empty chair where she used to sit.
"There's a slight changes in plan..." Treize answers look directly into his eyes to make sure he didn't make the same mistake, "She will not join us again, of course if there are no other changes again"
