Kaana stared boredly out of the glass window within Vegeta\'s room, wrapped in the robe he\'d left on the floor, her eyes trying hard to focus on something in the pitch black of the night. She almost half wished something would happen, something entertaining. Her muscles still ached a little, and she couldn\'t leave the room, so she might as well go to bed. Kaana turned to move away from the window, when movement in the courtyard 50 feet and a floor away caught her eye. Two large guards were dragging a woman by the arms. She was flailing and calling out, what her words were though were lost in the night. A few feet behind them, third guard hauled an I-shaped piece metal mounted on a longer stem. Kaana perked a brow, and decided to watch. She probably shouldn\'t, but it was something a bit more interesting than sleeping was, at the moment. The one civilian within the courtyard seemed to be asleep.
The third guard slammed the rod at an angle into the stone ground within the courtyard, wedging it effectively. No mere Saijin would be able to pull it out without Ki. As he stepped back, Kaana could see the bars that would hold her in place. Just as she thought, the other two guards strapped her on to the metal post with little issue, despite the fact that she was fighting for her life. Her wrists and shoulders were latched on to the top bar of the I shaped post, stretched out on either side. Her bare breasts dangled free just below the post, and her legs were latched above and below the knee on the lower and further back rung, held apart enough for her sex to be easily accessed. The angle that the post had been staked in put her ass straight at cock level. The guards cackled at her, and began to walk away.
Shrugging, Kaana stepped back from the window. Maybe she should sleep; gods knew what she\'d be asked to do tomorrow. She reclined herself in Vegeta\'s bed. She might get a good yelling at for it, but she wasn\'t told where she could sleep, so, she decided to take the risk. As she let her mind sleep, she hadn\'t witnessed what happened to the woman in the courtyard. Her screams of mercy were far too muffled for Kaana to hear. The man behind her had been far too sneaky and clever, and waited until all the spectators had vanished from their windows before ramming his cock into the dry cunt of the posted woman. His brother had joined in, and had rammed his cock into her mouth, ignoring the gagging sounds.

She had fallen asleep in his bed, wearing his robe. The bitch could get herself killed in public for stealing the prince\'s things like that. And Vegeta, where was he? Why did he leave his whore in the room to wander as she pleased? She could get loose, and touch someone. She needed a lesson, and preferably before King Vegeta got here to look at her. Look at her and her sickeningly thick figure; she was at least INCHES bigger than the stick-thin poor bitches that she escaped from; how disgusting. Her hair was so long, all resting on the Prince\'s sheets like some cheap, shiny quilt that needed to be tossed in the garbage bin. Nappa held back a wretch; how sickening that Vegeta had to bed with....That.
With a heartless, cold glance, Nappa brought his hand across the sleeping face of Kaana, watching her unsuspecting figure careening out of the bed, and sliding across the floor. He charged towards her, glowing with his freshly-charged Ki. He kept his tail wrapped tightly around his waist as he slammed his fist into her side. Kaana had awoken the second his fist hit her cheek, the searing pain forcing her cheek bone to snap, as she hadn\'t braced for it. The force had broken her skin, and crimson fluids dripped from the newly formed gash. Before she could even think to react, he was on her again, this time snapping a rib within her side. It made her scream out in pain as she slid hard against the wood floor, a path of blood streaking along with her. Finally, she hit and stopped against the steel wall, a bruise threatening to form on her shoulder from the impact. The bald man wouldn\'t stop; she had to fight back. A faint flicker of her Ki began to charge, when--
"FINAL FLASH!" a blinding flash of yellow light blasted through the room, and faded just as quickly. Kaana whipped her head towards the door, her Ki dropping from the surge of pain the movement caused her wounded cheek. There stood Nappa, balancing on one leg - the other had been blown clean off, with half of his offending arm. Behind him stood Vegeta, heaving chest and all, palms together in a post-Ki stance. After a moment of teetering, Nappa fell down on his front. "Why have you betrayed me, Nappa?" Vegeta demanded, in a creepy, passive-aggressive tone that frightened Kaana to her core. Of course, the bleeding half-saijin said nothing. He\'d long since passed out. "Hmph. GET THIS BASTARD OUT OF HERE." he barked over his shoulder, stepping into the room. Two male guards, whom were passing by at that moment, ran to drag the heap of bleeding flesh away from Vegeta\'s quarters. "Get his useless ass to the Doctors. It was a misunderstanding."
"Yessir." One replied, picking up the top end of Nappa\'s dying body.
"And YOU!" Vegeta pointed at a woman in the hallway, "Clean up this mess."
Once the servants had obediently began their commanded duties, Vegeta slid across the room to the curled up ball that was Kaana. She flinched as his shadow loomed over her. She was sure he would lash out at her; she\'d obviously broken the rules.
"Kaana!" his sharp tone bit at her; making her curl up a little more. He frowned, and crossed his arms over his shoulder. "Are you alright?" he made a harder effort to sound softer, but it seemed like it came out a little sharp, however. Her fear-filled eyes flicked up to him, but she didn\'t move.
"He broke my rib, and my cheek, so far as I can tell...All I did was fall asleep in your house coat; I was cold and tired, I didn\'t know where I was allowed to sleep, and I thought you\'d just come back and snap at me if I did something wrong..." she squeaked, the pain effecting her usually brave heart. That was the difference between men and women; most women couldn\'t really handle a beating like men could. Vegeta growled faintly. Nappa beat her over something as harmless as that? She committed no crime there; she wasn\'t simply a woman brought to bed, she was sworn to him and him alone as a servant. That idiot was all muscle and no brain, and held little respect for females of any species.
"That block head thinks he knows everything." he told her, turning his head away. Kaana bit back a smile; that was Vegetish for \'I\'m sorry you\'re hurt, and he was wrong to hurt you\'.
"I\'ll be alright. But, do you have anything for the pain?" Kaana lifted her head with a wince. Vegeta leaned in to pick her up, and did so a little roughly, but Kaana held back the whimper. He might hide it, but he would not have reacted well if he knew he\'d caused her more pain.
"I\'ll get a medic to bring you some Hazu Tea; it will heal you completely." he told her, putting her down on his bed once again. "Wait here." She nodded as he vanished out the door, trying to move into a position that didn\'t hurt. She closed her eyes, and tried to stave off the slumber, but it didn\'t work for long. Within moments, Kaana fell fast asleep, inhaling the faint bits of his scent that covered his sheets.
* * * * *
"Curious; he viciously rapes her, yells at her, then tends to her like a cat to it\'s kittens. He blows up his best friend for her, and fetches her healing tea that costs well over one hundred thousand an ounce. Not the reaction I was hoping for..." King Vegeta mused, staring at the sleeping Kaana from the doorway of his son\'s room. She laid on his bed, entangled in his robe, curled up on his bed. No woman had ever made their way into his room, and now when he was forced to have one, he let her parade around his room as if she wasn\'t a possession. The venom of his mother ran far deeper than he would have thought; unfortunately. It didn\'t help nearly at all that the girl looked faintly like the boy\'s mother. He hadn\'t quite noticed that before; a minor glance-over in his error. "How am I going to drive my son in the correct direction? Will I have to kill her? I will wait and see - I want to see if there is more of this little minx\'s Ki, or if that was simply the reaction of her spirit in a moment of danger."
A shadow slid up behind the King, making him tip his attention there. "Vegeta. Back with your little pet\'s tea?" Vegeta\'s eyes thinned.
"The medics are busy with Nappa. He made a few...mistakes. Don\'t you have some peasants to kill off? Some women in the square to torture? Don\'t want to miss that, do you father?"
"Watch your cheek, Vegeta. You only have a few months left before you\'ll be forced to prove you\'re capable of being a King; are you certain that the council will agree with this little charade of yours? You can\'t baby a woman, just like you can\'t baby a man. They\'re toys, son. The gods were wrong, plain and simple. You won\'t be passed to Kinghood if you don\'t know how to be one."
"Tell me; where does it state that a woman must be beaten, tortured, and terrified in order to be in her so-called place? Where does it demand that I abuse her like a dog, instead of treat her like an equal? Don\'t you remember back to when you were mating, in love with Mother? What happened to THAT?"
King Vegeta snorted indignantly at his son, and turned his back on him.
"This is something I never told you, and the one thing she lied to you about; I met your mother a year before you were born; chosen by your Grandfather for me. He didn\'t approve of the woman I chose. He killed her, and so he should have. I never truly loved your bleeding-heart, for-the-gods mother. This heirarchy was not built on love and roses, Vegeta. It\'s built on sense, structure, and dominance. If that is what it takes to create a proper King, then so be it."
With that, King Vegeta made his way along the corridor, away from his silly son and his confused goals.
"You\'re wrong about Kinghood, and what builds a planet. You touch her unjustly, I will kill you." came Vegeta\'s response. His father gave no reply, and disappeared around the corner. He knew all to well his son would make a good attempt at protecting Kaana; but King Vegeta had his ways of doing what he said. The question was, would Vegeta sacrifice a Kingship for her, or would he sacrifice her for his Kingship?
