Part 7


Safe house:
~~~~~~~~~~

Kash fell down to his knees. Kaiza grabbed
his love's shoulders.

MiChelle said, "Steven, what about Trieze?"

Duo said, "Chelley, he kill mommy. Try to
kill me. I too fast."

WuFei looked on and saw his lover go from a
boy of sixteen to a boy of three.

Heero said, "Steven, where is Duo?" WuFei shot a
glance at him. Duo just rocked back and forth whimpering.

Kash said, "It is okay, Steven tell them what they
want to know."

Duo looked at MiChelle. She nodded her head. He
then faced the pilots and said, "I make pretend Duo so
bad man no find me. Duo die and me play him. I want go
home."

MiChelle said, "Did Trieze hurt you in any way?"

Duo nodded and started to cry. MiChelle reached
for him and rocked him. She was humming a tune and then
said, "Tell me what Trieze did to you." Duo shook his
head. MiChelle looked at the others in the room and made
a motion for them to leave them.

WuFei and the others left. WuFei was waiting at the
door and then slammed the door.


Hallway of the safe house:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

WuFei was pacing back and forth waiting for MiChelle
to bring him news on Duo.

Quatre and Zechs were watching him carefully to make
sure he stayed out of MiChelle's way.

Heero and Trowa was talking quietly amongst
themselves.

Kash was being supported by Kaiza.

Two hours later, WuFei completed lap 9,693. He was
starting on another lap when the door opened and MiChelle
walked out of the room.

MiChelle back-stepped before her and WuFei could kiss
each other. She sighed and said, "He is worn-out and aged.
He responds to Duo again." The hallway erupted in cheers.

MiChelle said, "He remembers everything about what
happened to him on L2 and here on earth. Now listen, he is
scared to say what has happened to him. He was raped and very
badly. He will keep up the identity of Duo but at times he
won't want any of you around. He will still fight with you
but don't expect much from him."

WuFei said softly, "Does he know about him and me?"

MiChelle nodded.

WuFei said, "May I please go see him?"

MiChelle chuckled, "I don't see why not that is your
room as well." The last words left her mouth and WuFei ran by
her so fast that it seemed he had a fire in his pants. The
other just laughed.

Kash said, "What will we do, Chelley?"

Quatre said, "Stay here with us. I will not take no
for an answer."

MiChelle started to nod but then she remembered her
father. She shook her head and said, "Let me explain, my
father will be very worried if we don't return to the mansion.
He will send the troops out to find us. Trieze is very
protective of both me and Kash." Kash nodded. MiChelle
continued, "When he finds us he will kill anyone around us."

Duo was walking out at that and said, "Chelley don't
leave me again. Take me with you I don't want to stay with
these people." MiChelle turned around and said, "I will stay
only when my mobile suit is finished. Will that be okay?"
Duo nodded.

MiChelle, Kash, and Kaiza left. Duo ran back to his
bedroom and slammed the door. The others looked drained
and went to bed. WuFei sat on the floor outside of his room
and sighed. His mind wandered back to the day Duo said the
words 'I love you.' He chuckled.

A little over one year ago:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

*Duo sat at his desk writing a little note to someone. WuFei
walked in and touched Duo's shoulder.
Duo jumped at the touch and covered up the letter not wanting
anyone to read it. Duo turned and said, "WuFei, don't ever do
that again. I would hate to kill you by accident."
WuFei smiled and said, "I have great doubts that will happen. I
am wondering why you are not in class. I am excused because of a
mission. Get going or Heero will hunt you down and drag you to
class."
Duo laughed and looked at the clock. His face changed to one of
a scared cat. He shouted, "Oh Shit am I ever late." He took off
out the door.
WuFei looked at the note and picked it up as he saw his name. He
decided to read it:

Dear Fei-chan,
I wish you loved me but you don't. maybe if I wrote it
out my own mind will think that I am just replying to
something you wrote to me. I don't know how many ways
I can say it so even if you don't know in this letter
it makes me feel better.

I love you WuFei always have always will.
I hope that one day you will say it to me but that is just a
dream that will never come true.

Love always, Duo Maxwell

WuFei walked out with the note and he left a little note for Duo
in its place.

I love you too Duo.
WuFei

The Next Day:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The others running around him was woke WuFei up. He found that
he fell asleep on the floor. He was standing up when he heard Duo
scream. He jumped and turned around only to fall down again when a
worried looking Trowa ran into him. WuFei said, "Trowa what in the
hell are you doing?"

Trowa said, "Heero is not in his room."

They heard Duo yelling, "Someone help me. He wants to kill me. He
has a gun. Chelley Help."

Quatre and Zechs walked up. MiChelle, Kash, and Kaiza walked up
behind them and heard that too.

They heard Heero said, "When did she brainwash you, Maxwell? You
answer me or WuFei finds someone else to keep him warm."

MiChelle opened the door and said, "What the hell is going on?"

Duo dove out of the room with Heero running after. Duo latched onto
WuFei.

WuFei held onto Duo and said, "What do you think you are doing, Yuy?
You think that someone who is hiding from Trieze is working for him is
that it 'cause if it is I hate to think that you are a friend. MiChelle,
can you help me?" MiChelle nodded.

WuFei walked in the kitchen with Duo and his siblings.

Duo looked at MiChelle and said, "Chelley are you going to
stay?"

MiChelle nodded and said, "I am going to stay. It was finished
last night. I brought Kash and Kaiza on it. It is a sight to see."

WuFei said, "Your mobile suit is finished. I would like to see
it."

MiChelle said, "Well let's all head outside and look at it."

They left the house. When they looked out on the lawn there it
sat. It was a grand design. It looked like the Tallgeese but it was
black and gold in color.

Heero looked at it and asked, "What do they call this thing?"

Kash ran up to the group and said, "Trieze called it Hellion[1].
He made it to keep up with all the gundams."

Heero said, "What type of weapons does it have?"

MiChelle answered, "It has a bio-engineered cockpit so no one
else will be able to pilot it, the second feature is a heating unit
that will melt anything by it, the third feature is its beam saber
is made of a special type of laser, the last feature is it has its
own ammo supply."

Heero looked and entered it. He decided to find out more about
this suit. He turned the power on he was hit with enough eletricity
to knock him into next week. Trowa and the others ran up to him to
see if he was alright.

Heero groaned, "What happend?"

MiChelle said, "Only I am allowed in the pilot's seat."

Trowa said, "Well we now know what happens if anyone but
MiChelle pilots this mobile suit."

Quatre looked at his watch and said, "We are going to be
late for school."

MiChelle shook her head and said, "I pulled you all out of
that school. You are going to be home-schooled right here."

Zechs said, "That will be better. I get to sleep in longer."

Trowa chuckled, "Maybe you won't loose Quatre that much now."

Quatre looked at Kash and said, "You and your friend can stay
here if you want."

Kash was about to protest but Kaiza said, "Yes we will."

Quatre said, "Well this is going to be a big household."
