Chapter 9: You\'re not suppose to do that!

When Merie opened her eyes, she noticed that her ‘classmates’ had joined her in the meditation. “Ok, meditation is over.’ And suddenly, they all opened their eyes at the same time. “Wait here for a moment.” Them she stood up and walked to the large where she was before, she hits it with her tail, making pieces of rock getting out if it. She grabs some of them and then sits back where the others were waiting for her. She put one rock in front of each one and then started to continue the training. “Now, I have to see how your minds are protected from psychic attacks.” Everyone looked at her clueless, except of Piccolo. “She means about your mental powers.” He traduces in a cough. “That’s a vulgar way to say it, but yes.” She responds, making the green guy looks at her in annoyance. “Now, how to do this? Well, you see the rock that you have in front of you. Focus in it and levitate it, without raising ki. Simple, so that means that you don’t leave to eat until at least one of you does it. Get started now.”

This time, everyone went silent trying to focus the best into their own rocks. The time has passed and she was getting pissed up. Suddenly, she noticed something. Vegeta’s eyes started to turn into red ones and looked lost into the rock. “Vegeta.” She whispered, enough to the others to stop focusing and looking at the prince in awe. Then, the rock suddenly started to move a little, then it started to lift a little, but when it started to get up completely, it exploded. At that moment, Vegeta gasped as if he couldn’t breathe and fell back.

“Vegeta, are you ok?” asked his father trying to get him back. “Dad.” Trunks looked at him, not knowing what to do, or say. The rest was looking at him impressed. “I expected more than that you know.” The great impression changed when they looked at Merie, who didn’t looked impressed for what happened. “It was obvious that you were going to make it. After all, you are Sheera’s son. But I have to admit that it was the basics, with serious training you can even travel to other dimensions and words by yourself.”

“Then why did you say that you expected more from me?” asked Vegeta, now turning back to normal. “You pushed yourself too much. I could see it in the change of color in your eyes. But don’t worry, I had the same problem when I started in my training, the difference is that you not passed out.” She answered. “Color change?” he asked back. “Dad, your eyes, was completely red. And you looked lost, like you weren’t here anymore. And then, you crushed the rock.” Mentioned Trunks, sitting beside him.

Vegeta and the rest looked at her. “Ok, now Vegeta, share with the rest your experience.” Asks Merie. He looks down for a moment and the he looks up. “I felt myself inside of the rock itself, but the element itself was telling me that I had no right to do this. It told me…that I didn’t deserve to develop it…ever.”

Then, she suddenly stood up and looks around. “Everyone, behind me now!” she yells while the whole desert starts to shake. .”What’s going on? Is this another test?!” asked Gohan, his patience was getting in the line.

she though, while waiting to something to appear. The rest of the Z warriors are in defense position and waiting. Then the shake stops and black sand starts to move through the floor until it if in front of them. “Damn it, not now.” She speaks lowly, hopping to no one to hear her. “What’s wrong Merie? What is that?” asked Gotten. Then, bodies started to get out of the black sand, until they formed a group of 10. Most of them looked like the guys, resembling them perfectly, and two looked different, more like giant Egyptian cats. Merie prepares herself making appear a stick that looked larger and heavier than the other ones.

“How did they found us? Damn it, they know about Vegeta! Now what.” Mumbled Merie, looking stressed by the Goku’s look. “Merie, tell us why they look like us, what are they!” screamed Goku. “Kakarott, it doesn’t matter now. They look like us and they see that they want to fight, is something else that you need to know?!” yelled Bardock, making Vegeta smirk at the remark. “Just answer me!” yelled again Goku. “There are gouls.” She responded, before making a step forward to begin the fight. Looking that it wasn’t the moment to talk, the warriors started to fight. Each one fighting against his/her own resemblance, except for Merie, who took the two Egyptian cats by herself. The guys looked like they were having a hard time dealing with them, in fact that they just can anticipated their moves, like their own mirrors, every time that they destroy any part of their bodies, it regenerates back with the sands. Suddenly Gohan looked at Merie, and he saw that she was getting them cutting them out with the stick, until they were gone. Her skills were brilliant, but maybe that was the solution, the stick.

Suddenly, the sand warriors retired, getting lost into the sands. “Hurry, fly up now!” and he flew up, except for Gotten who was the least one to get up and was caught by a hand and dogged into the sands. “No, Gotten!” screamed Goku and flied towards the place. “No, stay in the air. I’ll go for him.” Merie stopped him and she entered into the sands as if it was nothing. Few seconds passed and gotten went out turned into a super saiyan, followed by Merie. “Next time, do that at the moment.” She said while getting out of the sands, she looks up and see the face of shock coming for everyone in the air, and when she looks at the direction, she see the whole gouls army. There were warriors beyond the horizon, covering almost the whole desert.

“You still have time to leave. I’ll take care of them.” Piccolo looks at her annoyed and pissed. “And leaving you all the fun, I don’t think so.” She looks at him surprised. “This is not a game, this is not like Cell. Shin, I won’t be responsible if they die.” Then everyone looked back to see the supreme Kai in the rock, completely shocked. “But how…Anubis army. Don’t tell me…” ”You should make more research about us before you decided this crazy deal. We are the most searched beings in the seven dimensions, but you didn’t do it as is expected.”

But when the army charged to attack, the warriors got ready to fight, but suddenly, a small figure stand in front of them and stops the group by its only presence. “Sheera, what are you doing?” asked Shin. “What, Sheera is in there.” Asked softly king Vegeta. Then, the army that one covered the whole desert, decreased into five warriors. Sheera moves in front of everyone. “Merie, take them to another place to train. I’ll take care from here now. Agata fornumbis strata histery polkik Anubis.” She ends up saying a rare language. “strata histery unikkj volgert azsfgib josti Merie.” Growled back one of the black cats that looked like the leader.

Merie flies beside of the rest, getting ready to leave. Shin does the same and asks. ”Can you traduce us this?” she looks at everyone and sights. “Mortals, always interested in others lives. First Sheera said that Anubis must be quite nervous because we are around again. The guy answered that…he… was…” she turns back. “What he said, tell us. He mentioned you right?” she turns back at them. “He said that…he was…this is nothing for you to be concern now.” “thindy yhrrsad igffhod sandndr gdand anrtkd goku.” Answered Sheera, making the cats growl in madness and get ready to fight. “did she mentioned by name? what did she said now?” asked now more confusing Goku. “Is nothing about you. I won’t say the words exactly, but she said something like they must be too scare of her to turn to fight against mortals. Now, they challenged her. I’ll explain you the rest later, now we must leave.” She ordered.

“I’m not going anywhere. I’ll stay here and see the kind of fighter that my mother is.” Responded Vegeta, causing the rest of the Z warriors stop and look at him. “I’m with you son. Let’s see how much she changed from last time.” Continued his father, now crossing his arms beside his son, making them look like clones.

though Shin. Then they see that the huge cats, and all of then throws out their weapons surrounded the woman, with were two swords per warrior. She looked at them, then she closes her eyes and moves one hand over her head. Suddenly, a black wood stick appears in her hands and gets ready to fight.

“But…how…?” asked Bardock, completely amazed. “Don’t tell me that you never saw her do that. Never mind” she concluded while turning back to he fights. Then, the cats attacked her in a speed that even Goku can see their movements, but the saiyan woman was still there. Then they see one of the cats attacking her with his two swords in an animalistic speed, a she was only stopping them with the wood stick. And with something that looked like a simple movement from her stick, she stole the swords from the cat’s hands and hits him throwing his body some meters away.

She leaves the stick dug in the sands and then she puts out her whip. “I never see her with that weapon before.” Said Fasha, in awe. The fight continues with Sheera using her whip and with fast moves she took the other sword and thrown away. She finally destroys four of them turning into black sands, but not regenerating again. The last survivor, who was the leader, due that he looked weakened, was still ready to fight. She looks at him, turns her back to him, and walks to the rest, with her eyes closed.

“So the saiyan is going to be a good girl and leave one survive.” Asked the last black warrior, to the surprise of the others. “So he can speak our language after all.” Muttered Vegeta. “Go and tell your boss that to get our interest, he must be the one who challenges, not his soldiers. Be the messenger this time.” He looks at her with anger, but he transforms in a black-sand storm and get into the rest of the guy’s direction. “Cover yourselves now!” screamed Merie, while looking at the rest. But it was too late for Trunks, soon his eyes and mouth absorbed some of the sand, and when it disappeared, he feel into the ground. “Oh, fuck!” screamed Merie while running to the hybrid saiyan. The rest of the guys stood close to him, which was with his eyes turned white and blood coming out if his mouth and ears. Suddenly, he started to convulse and that scared more the rest of the saiyans. “What’s wrong with him?” asked Gotten, not receiving response. “Don’t you heard him, what’s happening to my son!” screamed Vegeta, being ignored too. The she stands up and looks at Sheera’s direction, which was still there, not moving.

“Sheera, come! The ghoul…” and the saiyan walked to the scene. She passed through the crowd and kneeled beside the boy. “He’s still here. There’s still time.” Then she puts out a can made of wood and baths the fighter with a liquid. Immediately, the warriors stand back by the strong odor. “Holy shit! That smells like…don’t tell me---“screamed Goku, in the moment he was cut by he woman’s actions. Then she put one of her hands in his mouth and the other in his eyes, then black sand starts to get out of Trunks’ body, making scream in pain. When the last trace of black sand was out she let him go and he opened his eyes, like he was awaken from a deep dream. “Are you ok?” asked his grandfather in true interest. “Yeah, I’m ok. What happened?”

Then they looked at her, she was walking away, then she stopped. She pick up one of the swords and then she thrust it in the sand, then a scream came out from the place, something comes out of the desert, it was Golen. “Tell me Golen, since when Gods make deals with ghouls and Anubis?” asked the warrior, not looking at the God. “Does she saying that Golen is working with Anubis? Is he insane?” asked Shin. Golen was shaking, but somehow he found courage and stood up to face her. “If you think that I’m afraid of you, you’re wrong. And I’ll prove It.” and before he can make a move, she hit him with two fingers the area between the neck and the shoulder. He instantly fell on his knees and looks like he is lacking of air. “What’d happen to him? Is she trying to kill him?” asked Goku to the Kai. “I doubt it Goku. We are talking here about killing a God. Things will get worse if Sheera does something like that.”

Merie looked at the scene, as it was something common to see. “You have 45 seconds to answer my questions; if not you’ll die like this. So first, why working with Anubis?” asked Sheera to Golen, the God looked at her and looked like he was going to cooperate. “Anubis doesn’t know that I took some guards from Scorpio, and they though that it was a special assignment to get you back.” “So you lied to them, I see why they were so weak.” “Did she said that those were weak? I couldn\'t fight them!” said Bardock, then interrupted by an annoyed Fasha. “Aren’t you getting into the conclusion that she is far stronger than you?” “Oh, shut up Fasha.” Responded Bardock mad. “Fine, that’s all.” Then she releases him touching him again. Golen fights to get his breath back again and stands up. “Thanks, I see that you have some heart somewhere in there.” He smiled evilly at her. “Golen, did you remember what I told you last night when you appeared again here, and you visited my fiancée?” “That I must not threat your clan, or I’ll die. But they are not part of them.” He responded joyfully. “exactly.” Then she kicks him in his face and it explodes, making his body fall into the sands, blood running through it. Then she steps on his chest breaking all the ribs of the chest of the now dead body. “WHAT?!” screamed the Z warriors. “Shin, you said that she wasn’t going to kill him but she did it! Why?” in that moment, shin storms in front of her, visibly angry. “WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING? SHEERA YOU JUST KILLED A GOD DAMN IT! HE WAS ON A SUPERIOR STAGE THAN ME! WHAT`WAS RUNNING IN YOUR---“ he was cut off when she ignored him and walked to Merie.

“I know, I know. I got into my impulses…but---“ “there’s no reason to be into your impulses and not sense Golen close of this area.” She cut her off with a severe tone but no expression in her presence. “The situation was in control. Those ghouls were low class ones, I could handle them easily if I hadn’t to protect them.” “That was simple, just forget about them and fight, there’s nothing to lose. In the battle field, nothing else matters, only your clan and they are not part of the clan.” “But they were my responsibility and is not my fault that they can’t defend themselves against those.” She responded, with a calm tone. “One of them was almost eaten if it wasn’t that I always have potion with me, something that you never do.”

“Sheera, I understand that you may be mad at Merie, but aren’t you giving her too much pressure to her? And besides, that does not give you the right to kill a God. Of all people, I though that you’ll behave yourself.” interrupted Shin. “Do you wish to join him?” and he hid behind Goku. “Then shut up. I’m leaving Merie, we’ll discuss about this after my audience with Wolf.” And she turned away. “Wait a second!” and Goku stepped in front of her. “How dare you to kill someone and then leave? First her and now you. I don’t care of you’re my godmother or the queen of my race, you don’t have the right to kill---“ “Kakarott, that’s enough!” screamed Vegeta, getting the look from Goku that said ‘shut up and fuck off this’.

“So you never killed in your life, Kakarott? Strange thing coming from someone who sent his own son to kill Cell. How old was he? Oh I remember, he was 11, so in some part you’re a killer too.” That leaves Goku in shock, also the rest of the warriors, including Merie. “And by the way shin, my father says that he wish to invite all of you for dinner someday.” The Kai’s face changed from shock to happiness. “R-really, your father?! That’s---“ “There’s only one problem he must solve,” she interrupted. “Is the fact that he doesn’t know which one of you will be the appetizer and who will be the night meal.” And she leaves, with a Supreme Kai passed out with a blue-paled face. And the rest of the Z warriors between shock and confusion.

A/N: I know, most of you will say \'what the fuckwas this?! Does the author was in weed when she write it? Well, no but somehow i have so much to happen and i tried to put it all in words in a chapter, sometimes is not easy. My mind is alwasy working into new turns inthe story, and most of the are turns that I doubt that is not seen in this site yet, it will shock you (maybe) and most fans will hate me for it.
