Chapter 9
Edward was sleeping quiet cozy and nice under the warm blankets that morning they were suppose to wake up at 6:30 am so they could get ready then Roy could be at the office by 7:30am. So the alarm finally sounded at 6:30 to Roy’s utter annoyance Roy could never ignore the annoying blasting alarm clock. He rolled over from his very cozy position next to Ed and smacked the clocks alarm button off.
When the sound was gone it was very relieving to Roy’s ears he flipped on the lamp light. He looked over at Edward’s still small frame that had not moved at all from the sound of the clock. How in the hell could he still sleep Roy wondered tiredly. He leaned on his elbow and rubbed Edward’s soft hair and head “Wake up Edward, My sexy honey” Roy said kissing him on the temple then on his soft head.
Edward moaned a bit, “No I don’t wanna go to work today I just want to stay here with you and its so early still!” Edward moaned in protest sounding like a kid indeed. “I mean the sun isn’t even up yet should we for once take advice from the sun?” Edward wondered still with his eyes shut.
“Believe me honey I’d love to stay here in bed with you but unforchantly I can’t I have a blonde woman who is probably on the hunt for me right now. So it probably be best if we got dressed and ready and remember Edward we have to keep this a secret in public.” Roy had gotten out of bed and looked at Edward who was back to sleeping again, Roy sighed then yanked the comforter off Ed’s naked body with a cracking sound.
Edward sat up quickly as Roy had done this with such skilled and practiced ease it seemed, the air was chilly. “Heya what did you do that for!?” Edward demanded to know folding his legs under himself and wrapped his arms around his chest.
“I told you to get up Edward now get up before I give your sweet honey buns a few morning swats.” Roy winked and Ed knew Roy wasn’t joking he probably would. Edward groaned none the less about standing up but he did it anyways and now stood there on his feet looking at Roy with his hair draped around his cute face he had a pouty morning face. It was cute Roy noted with amusement.
“There happy I am out of bed!” Edward yawned and then reached back scratched himself on the ass.
“Yes I am very happy, now lets get ready” Roy said and walked into his bathroom he was feeling so happy at the moment he could dance right now. After getting off so many times in three days how could Roy not be in a overly happy mood. Also he thought getting off with someone who loved him for more than just being the colonel or the Flame Alchemist. It was a very good feeling to have indeed he thought to himself as he turned the shower on after he used the bathroom.
Edward walked into the bathroom behind Roy and waited his turn to use the loo, once it was his turn he went as well sighing. As he did and Watched Roy behind the shower curtain running his hands over his hair, “Hey when do you want me to wash your hair?” Edward wondered to Roy then shut the toilet lid and flushed then he went to the sink and washed his hands. He wasn’t going to wash his hair today since he already did last night.
“Hmn well maybe on the weekend when we have more time” Roy said to Edward as he rinsed the white suds from his head and quickly washed his body.
“Yeah alright,” Edward said swiftly braiding his hair and put his red hair tie back on then he went into the bedroom and put his clothes back on. As Ed got dressed Roy exited the bathroom with a towel around his waist. Ed thought he looked so sexy with water droplets clinging to his god like chest in Ed’s eyes. Edward was fully dressed with his braid done and everything he walked over to Roy and wrapped his arms around his waist and laid his cheek on his chest.
Roy wrapped his arms around Edward and kissed him on the lips, “Your so cute my honey” Roy said smiling into his amber colored eyes.
“And your so sexy,” Edward said happily and kissed Roy back then broke away from him and went and sat on the bed.
“Now remember Ed” Roy began again with trying to tell Ed not to tell anyone about the two of them in public. He pulled on his clothes as he spoke and looked at Edward as he did this. “You’re going to have to remember you and I aren’t together in public it’s very important that you act like that what we are doing can be very dangers and deadly for me, do you understand?” Roy wondered to Edward with his eye brows raised. Roy was now fully dressed in his Colonel Uniform now looking very sexy of course.
“Yes I remember this!” Edward huffed and stood up “I am not stupid,” he added then went out of the bedroom door since Roy was ready. They went down stairs and went out the door to walk to work Roy noticed that the sky was grey. So he grabbed the umbrella next to the front door before he exited.
“So should I not even be seen with you know we are at the same house you know,” Edward pointed out to Roy as they were standing on the front porch of Roy’s house now. Ed noted the gray over cast as well and sighed this was annoying.
“Well you were on a top secret mission with me it could make since anyways lets walk I am tired of driving,” Roy said and walked down the steps and down the cement path.
Edward sighed “but its going to rain, rain isn’t good for my joints” Edward told Roy who then offered him the umbrella. “Here then you can have it,” Edward took the umbrella and smiled at Roy.
“Thanks but don’t you think it would be weird if the two of use walked under it together?” Edward wondered as they walked down the street the rain drops started to come down very hard. Ed opened the umbrella and put it over his head.
“No I don’t” Roy said logically he put his hands in his pockets, but he noted when Edward held the umbrella there was no way he was getting under that too. Roy smirked with amusement when it seemed that there was an umbrella with feet.
Edward noted this as well and got a little mad when Roy wasn’t saying anything though he could just feel him finding this SOOO funny. He thrust the umbrella up at Roy “Just take it! So you don’t get wet to geez!”
Roy blinked at Edward’s sudden outburst but then relaxed Edward was always doing some kind of outburst or another. “Alright fine I will,” Roy said and took the umbrella and held it up over the both of them glad to get out of the bloody rain anyways.
The two lovers walked and talked tell they got to the central building Edward was being nice and opening the door for Roy who was still holding the umbrella when a shot rang out and the umbrella went flying out into the rain and landed on the cement. Roy held his hands up Edward was plastered against the wall his heart beating madly in his chest. He had also let out a very loud scream………..
