Dragonball: Unforgotten
Chapter Ninety-four
“What are you doing?” Gohan asked as he stood in the doorway, eyes confused and arms at his side.
“I’m tired.”
You were, a little. Not enough that you could instantly fall asleep of course. But enough that you knew you should start getting ready for bed. If anything you mind was much more tired than your body. So just shutting your eyes and pretending to be dead to the world would be good. After a day of moving around Gohan and keeping your words to yourself, that’s really all you wanted to do. You would have even settled for a nice long soak in a tub but considering the circumstances you couldn’t do that. The last thing that you wanted however was to have another confrontation with Gohan. And that’s exactly what it felt like it was about to turn into.
“Then way are you taking the pillow off of the bed?”
You stared at the man before you. Your lips were pursed and you resisted the urge to cross your arms. Gohan’s gaze had a look of seriousness to them but they were searching; lost, hurt, wanting for you to explain a situation he already had the answer for.
“I’m still angry that you were thinking about taking my memories without even asking me,” you told him honestly. “That you don’t trust me because of him.”
He looked shocked. Hurt. And if you weren’t mistaken, a little guilty as well. It really didn’t help the rage that sat in the bottom of your stomach. Nor the hurt that had taken root in your heart. After everything that had happened...some part of Gohan still thought you’d run back to Goku. It was insulting when he thought you’d go fuck Broly when he first showed up because he thought you’d been in heat; it really hurt that he thought you’d go back on everything and leave him for his father. In all rights you had left Goku for Gohan in multiple ways. You had lost everything because of Gohan as well. So that had been quite the blow.
“I don’t want to see your face right now,” you continued honestly. “It’s pissing me off. First you said that promises don’t mean anything to me—-“
“I didn’t mean to say that!” Gohan said, his arms moving to open up wider, palms facing you in a near desperate expression.
You continued on with gritted teeth, moving your arm away when he went to reach out for you. “And then you wanted to take my memories without asking me. I need space because right now I’m pretty pissed off with you. Which means you’re sleeping alone. I’ll go sleep...wherever. I don’t even care right now.”
He stepped forward again as he tried to reach for you. You rolled your other shoulder backwards to try and keep it away from him. Gohan gained a hurt expression on his face which only served to make you angrier. What right did he have to be hurt? He’d been the one whom planned to practically rape your memories to make himself feel better. You clenched at the pillow, making sure that you didn’t lash out and say something you’d regret.
The angry bile simmered under the surface as you tried to move around Gohan. Only he was making it hard as he kept blocking you in the narrow area. You even tried climbing over the bed to get around him but he blocked you then too.
“Move.”
“We need to talk,” Gohan said in a plead.
“No. Not right now we don’t.”
“Yes! Right now!” Gohan insisted. “Please.”
You said nothing to him as you tried to push past him. But in his desperation and anxiety over the situation, Gohan did something incredibly stupid. He hadn’t actually thought about it as he grabbed you and pinned you to the bed. He didn’t even realize how hard he had thrown you, nor how tightly he was holding you to the mattress. If he’d thrown you any harder the metal from probably would have cracked and gone through the floor.which would have been very unfortunate.
But the most unfortunate thing was the fact that when he realized what he did, searing pain raced through his body. You’d kneed him between the legs. Gohan lost pretty much all motor functions. You pushed him off of the bed and sat up. Your heart pounded in your chest as you realized what you’d done as a reaction to being pinned to the bed. While you were angry...it didn’t seem to be an excuse to actually injure him. You looked over to Gohan as you clenched your fists into the covers, counting up and down in your head as you stayed perfectly still.
“I didn’t mean to hurt you,” you said through clenched teeth.
You weren’t in an apologetic mood. He could either be angry at you lack of apology or not. That choice was on him.
“But next time...either don’t touch me or do a hell of a lot better than that to hold me down if you don’t want to get hit,” you said in a seething voice, not even aware if Gohan could understand anything through the pain.
You stood up and took the long, thick pillow with you. You closed the door quietly so that Gohan could recover in peace, not having to worry about the other two if they walked by.

The next morning, you’d continued to avoid Gohan. The anger had faded a little bit after you slept. But it still lingered in the back of your mind. You didn’t want to chance inflaming it again. But avoiding him was hard. You were stuck on a spaceship headed to a new planet. There wasn’t very many choices of where you could be. Which meant that you mainly hung out in the supply area on the top, being grumpy and antisocial.
Which was exactly where you were when Trunks came to find you. He looked disgruntled as he finally laid eyes on you.
“What did you do to Gohan?” Trunks asked as he widened his stance.
The only area he could actually stand up in was around the middle of the room. And he didn’t feel like getting onto his hands and knees to fit into the area you had claimed.
“What?”
“He won’t come out of the room,” Trunks said factually. “I know he’s in there but he’s not talking. And last time I tried to open a door without permission, mom grounded me so I didn’t want to barge in.”
“I didn’t do anything to him.”
You were lying. You even felt like you were lying. That wasn’t a pleasant sensation.
“You’re lying,” Trunks called you out on your bullshit without preamble. “You guys are fighting. Why?”
“...he wanted to make me forget about Goku. He was going to use a wish against me without my permission.”
“Uh...okay. What’s so bad about that? I thought the whole problem was because you remembered Goten’s dad but he didn’t remember you. Wouldn’t you not remembering him fix the problem?”
“He remembers me now, remember?” You snapped.
He’d been there when you described that you were pregnant. He should have remembered that.
“So?”
“Imagine you had a younger brother that your mom needed to give all her attention to because your an adult now. Now imagine if that younger brother decided to wish that your mom couldn’t even remember you...just because they were jealous. Is that okay?”
“No,” Trunks said as he crossed his arms with a frown. “She’s my mom. That’s not—-oh I get it. You’re like mom in this right? Goten’s dad is me...and Gohan is the new kid.”
“Exactly. Not cool to wish away memories without consent. At all. Doesn’t matter why.”
“Huh. So he’s staying in the room because you’re out here and you’re mad at him?”
You nodded. That was most likely the case. As far as you could tell at least.
“That’s stupid. You should be in the bedroom and he should be up here. Mom always kicks dad out of the house when he makes her angry.”
Somehow imagining Vegeta being thrown out like a bad dog made you feel a little better. Not much but it at least put a shadow of a smile on your lips.
“How often is he thrown out?” You asked with a smidge of curiosity.
Trunks thought about it seriously for a moment. He shifted his position and you waited for the answer.
“Once a week I think? But she hasn’t gotten really mad at him in a long time. Just kinda sorta mad.”
“Ah,” you acknowledged. “Well I’m really mad at Gohan. So being near him was only making me angrier. Don’t worry though. Eventually his stomach will force him out when he gets too hungry.”
“Yeah but he should take a shower before he gets stinky.”
You smiled slightly at the wrinkled up nose on Trunks as he contemplated the idea of not showering. Although considering that it’s only been a day and a half he was probably still good to go. But the way that Trunks said that made you think that the lilac haired male was used to taking a shower daily. If that was the case and he was taking full showers on board on the spaceship that could be wasting a lot of water.
“You’ve been taking full showers every day huh?”
“Yeah, why?” He asked with an almost defensive tone, though still mostly curious.
“Might need to be careful. We need to conserve supplies for the rest of the trip there and back.”
Not that it had been that long really. But still you were worried about supplies. Water might be able to be replaced on New Namek (though the amount taken would forever be removed from their water cycle and you didn’t know if they had anything to filter what was left behind) but there were other things that probably couldn’t. Toilet paper and food to be precise. All of that was probably less of a concern when there was one occupant. As it stood the ship was larger than one built for single occupancy but there were already four saiyans on board and five were expected on a journey home. Because Broly was there that was one more person than Bulma factored in. So logically the amount of resources probably wouldn’t be enough.
“Can’t you just pop back to Earth if we run out of anything?” Trunks asked.
“Doesn’t work like that,” you answered with a shake of your head. “With Instant Transmission you either need to be locked onto someone’s energy, be able to see where you’re going, or go somewhere very familiar. Like for you that could be your bedroom or something. It’s just that you have to be careful with that last one...if someone is in the spot you’re transmitting to that could get very messy.”
“Sounds like a lot of rules.”
The sour and vaguely disappointed tone in Trunks’ observation made you smile. It was funny how you’d learned a technique that had too many rules for the young half saiyan considering that all you seemed to be able to do lately was make up rules.
“Did Gohan want to erase your memories because he doesn’t want you to let his dad inside of you?”
You started choking on air. After the conversation you just had about Gohan wanting to erase memories, it was a bit logical but it didn’t match with the fact that you’d just talked about instant transmission. He’d all but asked about you having sex without actually using the word.
“What?” Trunks asked in confusion. “Why are you coughing?”
The fact that you’d started to choke on air was one reason why your face was red. Embarrassment was another.
“Are you getting sick?” Trunks asked as he stared at you.
“No,” you got out between gasping for air.
“Then why are you coughing? Is it because I brought up you making Gohan and his dad feel good?”
Oh dear heavens above. Maybe you should have bunked with Broly instead. It would be less embarrassing and awkward than the conversion with Trunks at least.
“Oh, I get it. You’re embarrassed,” Trunks said confidently. “I guess I wasn’t supposed to see that huh? Well you shouldn’t have done that where everyone could see if you didn’t want us to look.”
Yep. You were going to die of embarrassment. Death by blood pressure to the face. Your head was going to pop.
Trunks put something together when you stayed quiet. You could tell by the look on his face. It went from curious to Eureka pretty quickly. He moved in closer to you, stooping down because the ceiling clearance was too low.
“That was sex! You and Gohan were having sex,” Trunks stated matter of factly. “I thought adults were only supposed to have sex when they want a baby. You’re already pregnant.”
Well he wasn’t wrong.
“Don’t have to be trying to get pregnant,” you mumbled honestly, though perhaps a little too vaguely.
“Mom said that’s what sex was for.”
He seemed firm on the idea. Your face was going to be permanently red after this. Which was going to make you look more like an alien. Thank god you didn’t have white hair or it would have been increasingly obvious.
“That’s what adults tell kids,” you explained as you looked up to the ceiling of the spaceship, trying to calm down.
“Oh,” and with that he finally sat down right in front of you. “So if sex feels as good as Goten said Gohan said...then why is it kept like one big secret?”
Gohan told Goten what?
“Cause it’s something kids aren’t supposed to do.”
Yep. You were officially the SexEd teacher for saiyans. That’s all there was to it. It had been embarrassing with Goku and Broly. It was mortifying with Trunks. Especially since he’d just admitted to seeing you and Gohan in the kitchen. You’d been a little too engrossed in the act to notice if there’d been a silent creeper watching from the doorway. And that was disconcerting.
“If it feels good and it’s not just to make another kid, why can’t kids do it too?”
“Physically can’t,” you mumbled. “At least boys can’t. But girls shouldn’t until they’re older because it’ll actually hurt unless their body is ready.”
“That’s weird,” Trunks commented as he crossed his arms over the expanse of his chest. “So I couldn’t have sex when I was in a kids body but I can now. Right?
“...you have to find someone you like that wants to have sex with you. Otherwise it’s not sex,” you told him, taking a deep breath.
Without you seeing it, Trunks thought about what you just said. And when he’d reached an agreement with himself he moved onto his hands and knees. He hadn’t wanted to earlier but now there was an actual reason. It would help him get closer to you and it was almost like one of the positions he saw Gohan in with you.
“Will you have sex with me?”
He was direct. Very direct. You froze up in your spot and your head practically snapped from how quickly you looked at him. What you saw was the fact that he was closing the small distance in his hands and knees. Considering everything that had happened up to that point you’d just let your body react on its own.
Which meant that Trunks got punched in the face.
The kid-made-adult instinctively moved back onto his butt as he held his throbbing face. You glared at him but didn’t move to strike again.
“Ow!” Trunks complained. “Why’d you hit me?!”
“Just because I’m mad at Gohan doesn’t mean I’m going to have sex with you,” you said heatedly. “I can’t believe...You’re still a kid!”
“Am not.”
“Having an adult body doesn’t make you an adult.”
“If I can do everything an adult could do it does,” he argued back while still holding his nose.
“So then get a job and pay your bills like all the other adults.”
“I don’t need to,” Trunks said sourly as he lowered his hand, glaring at you from beneath his lilac bangs. “My family is rich. I don’t need to get a job to pay the bills unless I want one.”
...he kind of had you there. Damn. That backfired.
“I’m not having this conversation with you Trunks,” you said with clenched teeth.
“Why? If sex is supposed to feel good why can’t we do it?”
“Gohan is my boyfriend.”
“So?”
Yeah. Still a child. A spoiled one at that considering the fact that he really didn’t take no for an answer. You’d already told him no as well as telling him that you didn’t want to have this conversation. But he wasn’t dropping it. Damn. You wished you had that serious, intimidating glare that the boys had. You hadn’t been able to get the hang of that yet. Sure you could glare but it just didn’t seem to have the same effect.
“If I had sex with you, that would be cheating on him.”
“But you married his dad and are cheating on him with Gohan.”
...that brat. The overgrown brat had that same logical reasoning that made Goku interesting to handle when it came to complex social things. The worst part was that to some people, he was right. You had married Goku. And at the time you had sex with Gohan, Goku still believed that you and he were married. Granted as far as you could tell he still believed that but at least you’d made it clear that you weren’t. Although in all honesty it was more complicated than that when you factored in the soul chain concept...not that you would bring it up to Goku because it would only make matters worse.
“Go away Trunks,” you said tersely.
“Why?” He demanded. “I’m right aren’t I? Adults always tell kids to go away when they’re right.”
“I thought you said you weren’t a kid anymore?” You snapped at him.
His mouth closed into a thin line as he tried to think about what to say in return. You’d got him there. And before he figured out a retort, you’d transmitted yourself to the nearest power Beacon that you were not currently miffed at - Broly.
