Toxic

Warnings and All That GOOD STUFF ^_^;;;
*Contains citrus goodness of the yaoi sort (a very odd 3/zechs pairing)
*I do not own Gundam Wing or the song \"Toxic\", although I\'d love
to own some of those GW bishonen ~_^

Zechs Marquise stared idly at the piece of paper clumsily strewn between his two fingers.
It had been two years since the end of the war, and there really hadn\'t been any drama
since then...well, until the letter he recieved from his girlfriend Lucrezia Noin. Good old
dependable Noin. It seemed she would never change. He grimaced slightly, acknowledging
the fact that he, indeed, had changed. Of course, he still had feelings for her, but, they had
always been more subtle that she had wanted them to be.

Her letter read that she was off somewhere (he really didn\'t pay attention to details) with
some militia men, sorting out some malfunctional error at one of the previous mobile doll
bases. Apparently, some mobile dolls were still being processed by an unknown group of men,
Not quite sure what to do, now that their duties as soldiers were no longer needed.

//Exactly the point. There\'s nothing to do in this war deprived sector..//

The rest of the letter was mostly a blur, and he crumpled it, and shot it flawlessly into a
garbage can near his empty desk.

//No work AND no play makes zechs a dull boy...//

He couldn\'t believe Noin had told him to \"go have fun\" on one of the colonies. Fun wasn\'t
exactly in his vocab, anyways. And what\'s worse, she included a ticket to the circus in
the envelope. No way in hell was the almighty Zechs Marquise going to a circus!

But after a while, and absolutely nothing to do but stare at his ceiling, he gave in to the
horrendous mind of Lucrezia, had a couple of beers to ease the pain, and drove himself to
the hell-hole he called the circus. He sat down with plenty of leg room (it was pretty empty).

//And good reason too...//

The whole scene was painfully exhausting, stereotypical stunts and all, until an acrobat
closed off something nearly impossible. Zechs had a hunch that he mustn\'t be afraid of death,
because he never thought a sane human being would be able to do aerial tricks of that
calibur with out regret.

//Or maybe, he isn\'t sane...//

He looked the acrobat up and down. He couldn\'t help but figure there was a definate
resemblance, of someone he scarcely knew long ago. His light brown hair shot out at one
side of his face, which blocked seemingly endless green pools of eyes. His shoulders were
impecably straight, sinuous muscles stretching through out his torso. His fair tanned skin
bathed in the glorious circus light, creeping out underneath from what must have been a
poorly made costume. Yet, Zechs wasn\'t concerned with the costume... Finally, his eyes
caught Zechs\'s own, and his lips curved up in a sadistic smile. Zechs remembered that face
from many years ago...

:::Baby, can’t you see
I’m calling:::

\"Trowa. Trowa Barton.\" His smooth voice ran over, \"New profession is it?\" Trowa quickly shot
a glance in that direction. \"Marquise. New hobby?\" He shot Zechs a quick smile (which was
still a rare sight from him). Zechs laughed. \"Lu\'s out of town. About time too. I need freedom.
The damn war was easier fought than our battles at home.\" The brunette smirked. \"Ever the
soldier, Marquise. Did it ever occur to you that the war\'s been over for a while?\" Zechs
nodded. \"And some days I regret it. I need some action in my life\" The acrobat smiled ruefully,
chuckling \"so you don\'t get any at home, do you? Come on Zechs! You\'ve been engaged for
years.\" Zechs sighed. \"You know very well that\'s not what I meant, Barton.\" Trowa shrugged
it off, \"If you want some action, I\'m going to get a drink. You can come if you want. Even
though you already reek of booze.\" he said, leaning faintly in. Zechs smiled deviantly. \"I
wouldn\'t mind, I need something to take the pain away from the memory of this wretched
place,\" he breathed. \"The circus and me -despite Lucrezia\'s effort- don\'t get along too well.\"
Trowa laughed. \"I can see that. Too afraid to get your hands dirty?\" Zechs smirked. \"You
don\'t know where these hands have been,\" the platinum bonde started, Trowa interjecting
\"Nor do I want to.\" Zechs looked cockily at Trowa. \"But, what baffles me, Barton, is why
you\'re being friendly. I\'m still your enemy, you know.\" The brunette wiped hair away from his
green orblets, and seductively, in little more than a whisper, \"you keep your friends close,
but your enemies closer.\" To Trowa\'s surprise, Milliardo leaned in, noses almost touching, and
drunkily stammered \"how close do you want me Barton?\" The brunette could feel Zech\'s warm
breath on his neck. \"No one\'s watching, all the circus folk have gone home...\" Trowa pulled
back slightly. \"What about Lucrezia? I...\" \"Lucrezia\'s a beautiful woman, but Barton, you\'re
a fine man,\" He drunkily grabbed Trowa\'s face, stared him straight in the eyes. \"Even years
ago, fighting against you, do you know how hard it was to have to go easy on you when the
fate of the earth and alliance rested in my hands?\" \"Why did you go easy on me?\" Trowa
asked baffled. Zechs smiled, and pulled Trowa so close that their hips grinded together. \"I
may be drunk, but isn\'t it obvious? Barton, even though you\'re the enemy, do you know how
much I\'ve always wanted to fuck you?\" Trowa looked surprised, but his lips curved up into
a malicious smile. \"Then don\'t you dare go easy on me this time....\"
