Once upon a time, long, long ago, there was a young man
named Kakarott, who lived with his mother, Chi-Chi, in a tiny house, at the
edge of the woods. Everyone loved him,
because he was such a friendly person, not only with the neighbors, but with
the wild creatures too. The squirrels,
the birds, the rabbits, all were his friends, except, maybe, the large fish
that swam in the lake not far from the house.
You see, Kakarott loved fish, and often would come home dragging two or
three fish, each bigger than he was, behind him.
Not many people called him Kakarott, because he always wore
a red cape, with a hood, made for him by his mother. He was called little red riding hood, until he reached his
teenage years, and now, he was just called Red Riding Hood.
~~oOo~~
One day, Red Riding Hood was out in the back yard,
laughing, as he watched the squirrels chasing each other around the yard. He lifted his head and sniffed the air. “Oh boy!
Mom’s baking,” he cried, getting up, and dashing into the house.
“Mom! Is that for
me?” Kakarott asked, hopping from one
foot to the other excitedly, and wiping the drool from his chin, as he watched
his mother taking cookies, pies, and some pastries from the oven.
“Well,” Chi-Chi cocked her head to one side, thoughtfully. “I suppose you can have one pie. But that’s it!” She shook her finger at him, making Kakarott cower slightly. “As you know, your grandfather has been ill
lately. I’m really worried about him,”
she said softly, as she packed the rest of the goodies into a large
basket. “I want you to take these
treats to him, and visit with him for a while.”
“Don’t worry, mother, I’ll make sure these treats get to
him, and I’ll stay with him for a while,” the young man said, striding down the
hall and donning his red cape. “How
long can I stay?” He asked, fastening
the ties and pulling his hood up.
“You can check and see if he needs anything done around the
house, you know how he lets things get into disrepair around there,
honestly!” Chi-Chi shook her head, lips
pursed. “If it weren’t for that
woodsman, Raditz, that place would have fallen down around Dad’s ears, ages
ago!” She paused, and thought for a
moment, not noticing the blush that spread over her son’s cheeks at the mention
of the tall, handsome woodsman. “You
might need a day or two, if there’s yard work, this is the time of year Raditz
would be cutting wood for winter, he might be a bit too busy to do chores for
dad. Why don’t you spend, say...a week
with him?”
“Okay, I will!”
Kakarott grinned, snatching up the basket, and all but running down the
steps, carrying his pie in his other hand.
“See you in a week, mom!”
“Oh! Wait,
Kakarott!” Chi-Chi cried, running out
after him. “Remember, son, take the
path across the fields, don’t cut through the woods! And don’t talk to strangers!
And do not, under any circumstances, talk to anyone that resembles what
I told you of...” She paused and looked
around, lowering her voice. “Big, bad
Brolli,” she all but whispered. “If you
see someone that looks like what you’ve been told, run, you hear me? Just run!”
Red Riding Hood sighed. *I know, I know,* he thought,
careful to turn away, before rolling his eyes in exasperation. *That silly old
wives tale about the giant with the golden hair, and pure white eyes that roams
the forest, who can tear a man apart with a thought, he’s so powerful. People have been saying that for years, but
no one I know has ever actually seen him,* Kakarott thought with a smirk. *It’s
just a story, told to kids so they won’t go traipsing through the forest, and
getting lost, or some silly thing.*
“Yes, mother,” Red
Riding Hood said. “If I see anyone like
that, I’ll run away, don’t worry.” He
shook his head slightly and quietly walked away.
“You’d better!”
Chi-Chi shrieked, going into a rant, and not noticing her son was
already leaving. “I’ve told you what a
wicked, wicked creature he is. Why,
he’ll lure you into the darker part of the woods, do all kinds of unspeakable things to you, then toss out your
remains, for the vultures. You stay out
of the woods, Kakarott, promise me,” she spun around, and gasped, as she
finally noticed he was already gone.
“Oh, please be careful, son!”
~~oOo~~
Red Riding Hood strode down the path, humming to himself.
*I sure am hungry,* he thought, as he looked longingly at the basket. *I could
eat that pie mom packed for me, but then, what will I have to give to Raditz?*
The young man thought, a deep flush coloring his cheeks as he remembered his
visit to his grandfather, the previous summer. *This year will be different,
I’m ready for you, Raditz.* He thought with a smirk.
~~oOo~~
One year ago...
//Fifteen-year old
Kakarott sat on the back steps of his grandfather’s cottage, watching Raditz as
the burly woodsman swung the ax time and again, pausing every so often to pile
the wood in the shed. He blushed every time
the older man’s onyx eyes raised to meet his own. *He sure is handsome...* The
young man thought, watching as Raditz wiped an arm across his brow and
sighed.
“It certainly is hot out here, isn’t it Red?” Raditz smirked at him, chuckling under his
breath as Kakarott blushed wildly at the nickname.
Red Riding Hood nodded and ducked his head coyly. He liked the nickname, when Raditz called
him that, but he grew annoyed when anyone else did so. “Y-Yes, it...it’s very hot.” Kakarott stammered.
The teen jumped when the door banged open behind him, and
his grandfather slowly lowered himself to a kneeling position beside him. “I thought you might like some
lemonade.” Old man Ox said softly,
setting down two tall glasses. “Why
don’t you take that one to Raditz?” Ox
winked and gave Kakarott a knowing smile.
“G...Grandpa!”
Kakarott gasped, pressing himself back against the wall, his entire face
a deep crimson. “Was I that
obvious?” He whispered.
“Yes, you were.” Ox
chuckled. “You’ve been moping over him
the entire day.” The old man grunted
softly as he stood once more, his knees creaking. “I don’t mind this, really...”
He gestured to Raditz and back to his grandson. “But, keep in mind, you’re mother is
eventually going to expect you to settle down and give her a grandchild or two,
but,” he grinned and ruffled Kakarott’s hair.
“You’re young yet, you have time to have...fun.” He cleared his throat, and then laughed at
the young man’s stupefied expression.
Raditz watched the exchange surreptitiously, smirking as he
watched the emotions playing across the teen’s face. *Now I wonder what Ox
could be saying that could be affecting him so,*he thought, trying to suppress
a laugh as Ox grinned and gave him a thumbs up from behind Kakarott’s back. *I
know when I first started working for the old man, I never would have pegged
him as being such a hentai.*
Raditz stripped off his shirt, noting how the
teen’s eyes raked over his bared chest, the boy’s expression one of hunger. *It’s too bad he has to leave for home
tomorrow,* he sighed. *Ah, well, he’s a bit too young yet, give him another
year to grow, maybe then...* Raditz
turned and began piling up the last of the wood.
Kakarott picked up both glasses of lemonade and slowly made
his way over to the older man.
“H...her,.” he said, holding out a glass. “You look like you could use a drink.”
Raditz reached out and took the glass from the teen,
letting his fingers graze over Kakarott’s, enjoying the startled gasp the contact
wrenched from the young man. “Thank
you,”he said softly, taking a drink.
Red Riding Hood swallowed hard, mouth and throat going dry
at the smoldering look Radtiz was giving him over the rim of his glass.
“So, you are going home in the morning?” Raditz asked. Kakarott nodded. “I’m
going after I finish this, so I guess I won’t see you until next summer,” he
said, reaching out and running his knuckles down the teen’s cheek.
“W..wait, aren’t you staying, for dinner?” Red Riding Hood asked, grabbing the man’s
hand and holding it to his cheek.
Raditz chuckled. “I
had breakfast here, and lunch as well Red, remember? I think your grandfather would like to enjoy a quiet meal with
his grandson, before you have to go back.
I’ll be around, you’ll see me next year,” he finished his lemonade and
handed the glass to Kakarott. “Take
care.” Raditz said simply, turning and
donning his shirt, before picking up his ax and heading into the woods. “Be seeing you, Red.” He waved over his shoulder, not looking
back.
Kakarott stood, clutching the glass to his chest as he
watched Raditz leave. The teen sighed
as the woodsman disappeared into the trees.
“Yes, next year, Raditz. Next
year.” //
~~oOo~~
Red Riding Hood
was jerked out of his memories, just as he was about to walk into the great oak
that separated the two forks in the path.
“Hmm,” Kakarott stroked his chin
with his hand. “I know mother wants me
to go through the fields, but that will take all day. Besides,” he looked up.
“The sun is warm today, these treats will not last in the heat. I’d better take the woods, that way I can be
at grandfather’s before nightfall.”
With that, he set off down the path that lead straight into the heart of
the woods.
“Hello Red Riding Hood,” called Puar, a magical cat that
roamed the forest. “Off to your
grandfather’s today?” She asked,
floating up and landing on his shoulder.
“Yes,” Kakarott
answered, scratching her behind the ear.
“I am supposed to take the path through the fields, but these treats
mother made won’t stand up to being lugged around all day, in the heat,” he
sighed. “And frankly, neither will I,
so I’m going to take the path through the forest.”
The teen held out his hands, and rolled his eyes as he saw
his friend was about to protest. “I
know Puar, I know, Big Bad Brolli lurks in the woods. That’s just a silly old wives tale as far as I’m concerned,” Kakarott frowned. “I mean, how can a man be so large, and so strong that he could
tear a man apart with a thought? And
the descriptions of him, I mean, a giant, with golden hair that sticks out in
all directions, eyes that are pure white, not to mention the way people describe
his muscles, arms as big as tree trunks indeed,” he scoffed.
“Oh, it’s true enough, Red Riding Hood,” Puar shuddered. “I’ve caught a glimpse of him, only once mind you, and I hope to
never see him again! He is as big, and
fierce looking as everyone says!” She
hopped down and grabbed up a stick, waving it in the air. After a few seconds, a wisp of smoke roiled
off the end of the stick.
“What?” Kakarott
stared as a large, nearly transparent mirror hung in the air before him.
“Look closely, Red Riding Hood, this is what I saw of Big
Bad Brolli.” Puar whispered, as a form
began to appear in the mirror.
Kakarott gasped as he saw the giant in the mirror, huge
muscles bulging as he single-handedly knocked down a huge tree, and then
dragged it off. “He...Oh my,” he
whispered, as he remembered the eerie white eyes. “He is a frightful sight, isn’t he?”
“Yes, now you listen to me Red Riding Hood, if you should
hear something large, and heavy moving toward you through the forest, don’t wait
to see what it is, just hide, and if you get a glimpse of anything remotely
resembling that, you run as fast as you can!”
Puar waggled a blue paw in his face.
“Understand?”
“I will, Puar, I promise,” the teen swore, biting his lower
lip. “I always thought Big Bad Brolli
was just some silly story, made up to keep children out of the woods.”
“No, he is very real, and very dangerous.” Puar frowned.
“But, I don’t understand.
He...looks so strange. What
exactly is he?” Red Riding Hood asked.
“Well, there are many stories, but the one I believe
myself, is that he was born of a woodsman, and a sorceress. Brolli was born
with his mother’s powers, but because he was just a baby, he had no control
over them, so his father found out almost immediately what they both were. He killed his wife, and tried to kill Brolli
too, then hurled their bodies into the fields, for the scavengers.”
“That’s horrible!”
Kakarott cried, a hand over his heart.
“Yes, it is,” Puar
sighed. “Anyway, obviously Brolli’s
father didn’t kill him. He survived,
somehow, alone in the woods, and like his mother, his power is increased by his
proximity to the forest, which is home to a lot of us magical creatures, which
is why he stays here,” she shook her head.
“They say that’s why he’s so evil, the time he spent as a babe, lying
there in the field, all alone, with only his mother’s rotting corpse, and the
vultures for company. Some say he seeks
revenge, looking for his father, hoping one day to lure him into the woods, and
do something vile to him. That’s why he
attacks certain woodsmen, ones that resemble his father. He hasn’t killed any of them, yet. But one day, he may very well find his
father. I almost feel sorry for the
man, imagining what Brolli will do to him.”
“Wow, that’s quite a tale,” Kakarott breathed, eyes wide.
“It is. But there’s
a bit more to it.” Puar regarded him
somberly. “You must not talk to
strangers in the woods, even if they don’t look like him, because the golden
giant is not Brolli’s true form. He can
change his appearance; the golden form is merely a manifestation of his
power. So be careful.” She warned.
“Alright...” Red Riding Hood said distractedly, thoughts
whirling as he set out on the path through the woods.
Puar watched her friend worriedly. “I hope you remember what I’ve said, Red
Riding Hood.”
Neither one of
them noticed the snow white eyes that had watched the entire exchange from high
above, hidden in the branches of the great oak tree.
~~oOo~~
Two hours later....
Kakarott slumped down against the trunk of a maple tree,
setting the basket down and wiping his forehead. “It’s warm in the woods as well, I’m especially glad now that I didn’t
take the fields,” he looked around, trying to gauge how much further he had to
go. “I think perhaps another hour, then
I’ll be there. Finally!” He looked over at the basket. “I’m so hungry,” he whined softly. “But, I can’t. Those are for grandfather.”
The teen sighed and leaned his head back, staring up into the tree
branches overhead as his thoughts wandered back to the story he’d heard
earlier.
“How could anyone be so vile? So evil?” Red Riding Hood
asked, his voice cracking, his expression pained. He jumped, and gave a startled cry as a soft, low voice spoke up
beside him.
“Who, or what, has made you so sad?” A tall, dark haired man slowly lowered
himself to the ground, sitting beside Kakarott. “Hmm? Come on, tell
me.”
Red Riding Hood studied the man carefully, eyes sweeping
over the man’s long, shaggy mane, tied back in a rough ponytail. He felt himself blushing slightly, as he
studied the man’s features carefully, his gaze finally coming to rest on the
other’s dark eyes. “W..who are
you?” He asked nervously.
“Just someone passing through,” the man answered
evasively. “Now, you haven’t answered
my question. What’s gotten you so
upset?”
Kakarott titled his head to the side, disarmed by the other
man’s benign expression. “Well,
I...it’s just...a friend told me a story earlier,” he waved a hand in the air,
then quickly blurted out the story Puar had told him about Big Bad Brolli. He was so busy talking, he didn’t notice the
changes that came over the man’s face as he talked, his confidant’s eyes going
hard, and cold, then narrowing to slits as he turned away from Kakarott.
When the teen finished talking, Brolli turned back to
him. “So what do you think of all
you’ve heard?” He asked, voice
deceptively soft.
“Well, I think his father was a horrible person, the most
vile scum!” Kakarott stated
angrily. “Why, we have healers, and
other women some might be inclined to call witches, because of the things they
can do, in my village. But we
appreciate what they can do for us, they’re always treated with respect! They have husbands, and children...I don’t
see why Brolli’s father did what he did.
He had no right!” He slammed his
fists on the ground.
*What? He doesn’t
seem afraid of me, rather,* Brolli shook his head and tried to keep from
staring at the teen. *He almost seems to...feel sorry for me. How is such a thing possible?*
“Your
friend was not entirely accurate with her story.” Brolli said quietly.
Kakarott turned to Brolli, eyes wide. “What do you mean?” He asked, the fact that the other man
shouldn’t have known about Puar being a girl not dawning on him.
“Well, Brolli’s mother married a woodsman, true enough, but
Brolli’s powers were kept secret for almost five years,” the larger man sighed. “Then F...Brolli’s father decided he wanted
to go into the city. He was bound and
determined to get there quickly, so he decided to cut through the woods, rather
than take the fields, despite his wife’s protest of dangerous animals, and
magical creatures lurking in the forest.”
“Her magic, and Brolli’s, was strengthened the closer they
were to the forest, right?” Red Riding
Hood asked.
“Right. Up until
then, Brolli’s mother had managed to keep his power under control. But as they got closer to the forest, she
could feel him getting stronger and stronger,”
te stranger dragged a hand down his face. “As they approached the very heart of the forest, Brolli lost control,
and changed into what people call the golden giant, albeit a smaller version.”
“Oh no...” Kakarott
breathed. “His father must have been
terrified.”
The other man gave a mirthless laugh. “Oh no, he was not afraid, he knew it was
magic, and he knew there was only one place the child could have inherited
forest magic. His mother.”
“So what happened after that?” Kakarott leaned closer, his expression anxious.
“Brolli’s father became enraged, and threatened to kill
them both. His mother snatched the boy
up and jumped from the wagon, racing to the center of the forest. There, she cast an invisibility spell on the
child, and told him to run and hide, and don’t come out no matter what he heard
or saw, until his father was gone. Then
she ran in the opposite direction, hoping to lead him out to the fields. She figured someone would come along one of
the roads through the fields, and she could get help for herself and her
son.” Brolli’s voice had dropped to a
harsh whisper, his fists tightly clenched in his lap. “But the woodsman caught up to her just as she made it out of the
woods. She wasn’t strong enough to fend
him off, after all the years of being separated from the forest, and not
practicing her magic, she had gotten weak,” he hung his head. “He killed her, brutally, violently, beat
her until she was dead, and just left her body there for the scavengers.”
“Oh...how horrible.”
Red Riding Hood sat back, one hand over his mouth, his face pale.
“Brolli’s father searched for him for the remainder of the
day, until the sun started to set. But
his mother’s spell had given him enough time to find a good hiding place, and
he evaded his would-be killer.”
Kakarott stared at the man, so swept up in the story, it
never even occurred to him to ask how this stranger knew so much about
Brolli. “So he just lived here, alone,
all this time?”
“Yes.” The other
man nodded, giving Red Riding Hood a tight smile. “As you may know, there are magical creatures in these woods,
some took pity on the child wandering in their midst, and taught him some
magic, the rest he learned himself. He
roams these woods, not bothering anyone, unless they bother him first. He always keeps an eye out for his father,
though,” the stranger growled softly.
“He will never forget him, or what he did. He intends to repay that monster in kind.”
Kakarott stared off into space, lost in his thoughts. Suddenly, he noticed how long the shadows
had become. “Oh, gosh! I’m going to be late! I’m sorry, but I have to go now!” He jumped to his feet and turned, only to be
stopped by a gentle hand on his arm.
“Wait, where are you going?” The stranger asked.
“I have to get to my grandfather’s house.” He held up his basket of treats. “These are for him, and I am to help with
chores for the next week.”
“I see, and how far away would his house be?” Brolli asked.
“It’s not far, just the other side of the forest, a short
distance north of the river,” Kakarott
said, anxious to be on his way.
Brolli pondered for a moment, thinking of which one it
might be, a small smirk on his face as he thought of one particular log cabin
he’d spent a great deal of time watching the past couple of years. “The one where that tall woodsman with the
black hair down to his knees works every summer?”
“Raditz,” Red Riding Hood said, cheeks turning pink. “Yes, that’s the one.”
“I see,” Brolli smirked, placing his finger under the
teen’s chin. “This Raditz has caught
your eye then, has he?” The young man
nodded.
“Understandable, he is handsome,” the taller man conceded
with a chuckle. He tilted his head to
the side, leaning forward and nuzzling the teen’s wild black hair, holding back
a snicker as the young man stiffened slightly.
*Both Raditz and this one are easy on the eyes,* Brolli thought. *It is
rather convenient, to have them both in the same place for the next few
days. I don’t think I’ll be letting the
opportunity pass me by this time.* He stepped back and smiled. “Well then, I shan’t keep you any
longer. Have an enjoyable stay at your
grandfather’s, what did you say your name was?”
“Most call me Red Riding Hood, but my name’s Kakarott,” the
teen said shyly, still blushing from the stranger’s bold move.
“Well then, Kakarott, I bid you good-day,” the stranger
smiled, and sauntered off.
“Hey!” Kakarott
called. “You didn’t tell me your name!”
Brolli paused, a grin lighting up his features, for a
moment. “I’ll tell you what, you invite
me over for some of those lovely treats, and I’ll tell you my name, when next
we meet.”
Kakarott chuckled at the odd deal. “Alright then, you are invited over for tea
and treats. I’ll expect you to keep
your promise and tell me your name then.”
“I’ll be seeing you soon, Kakarott.” The stranger turned, and walked off the
path, then seemed to melt into the trees, right before the startled teen’s
eyes.
“What the…? How did
he do that?” Red Riding Hood asked,
staring after the man, all of Puar’s warnings forgotten. “Oh, no!
Now it’s really getting late,” he cried, sprinting down the path.
Just a short distance away, ‘Big Bad’ Brolli used forest
magic to transform into a sleek, black wolf, loping ahead of the panicked teen,
as he raced to reach his grandfather’s before it got dark.
~~oOo~~
Red Riding Hood ran as fast as he could, uttering a small
cry of surprise as he almost crashed into Raditz, who was cutting through the
forest, on the way to his own small cabin.
“Red! What are you
doing out here, all alone?” Raditz
demanded, grabbing the teen by the shoulders. “You know how dangerous it can be
out here, why didn’t you take the path through the fields?”
“Well, I, ah,” the teen stammered. “I have treats for Grandpa, and I wanted to
get there before nightfall, so they wouldn’t spoil. I’m alright,” he insisted.
“Really.”
“Hn,” Raditz
scowled. “Well, I’m going to walk you
the rest of the way, to your grandfather’s,” he blushed as his stomach let out
a cacophony of growls, and rumbles.
“Uh, right after I find something to eat.”
“Oh! I’ve got
something right here for you!” Kakarott
beamed, reaching into the basket and pulling out the apple pie his mother had
given him. “I saved it, for you,” he
ducked his head, and smiled shyly.
Raditz looked back and forth between the offered pie, and
Red Riding Hood. “Thanks, Red,” he said
softly, touched by the teen’s thoughtfulness.
Red Riding Hood blushed and mumbled something too quiet for
the other man to hear, before pointing over at a large, overturned tree
trunk. “Let’s sit down and have our
snack, then you can walk me to Grandpa’s.”
Neither man noticed the streak of black that raced past
through the trees, as Brolli slipped past them, pushing on to the house.
~~oOo~~
Ox hummed to himself,
and smiled as he bustled about the kitchen. “I wonder if Red Riding Hood will be coming to stay with me
again, soon,” he said, as he punched down the huge ball of bread dough. “I sure hope so, then I’ll get more of
Chi-Chi’s great pastries,” the old man grinned. *Not to mention finally get
Raditz and Kakarott to admit how they feel.
This silliness has gone on long enough,* he sighed. *Every summer it’s
the same thing. Kakarott comes to stay,
he spends most of his time mooning over Raditz. Then Raditz ends up getting distracted, and I’m left wandering
around with no one to talk to because those two are too busy brooding, and
trying to hide their feelings.*
“Huh?” Ox jerked
and stared out the window as something large and black darted across the
yard. “What was that? It wasn’t Red Riding Hood, maybe Raditz is
back already.”
He moved toward
the back door, and jumped back, letting out a cry of surprise, and fear, as the
door was suddenly thrown open.
“What...who?” Ox stared at the
creature that stood before him, unable to believe his eyes. There, in the doorway, stood an enormous
black wolf. Ox jumped to his feet,
intending to grab a weapon of some kind, but instead sagged against the
wall.
*It...that thing stands almost as high as I...how...what
kind of sorcery is this?* The old man wondered, as he realized the wolf’s
shoulders were almost level with his chest. *I guess this is the end, then,* he
thought sadly, thinking of his grandson, wishing he could have seen him, one
last time. He squeezed his eyes shut as
the wolf slowly padded toward him.
“What’s the matter, old man?” A soft, deep voice broke the tense silence. “Afraid I’m going to eat you up? Sorry to disappoint you, but I’m not struck
on the taste of other humans.” The wolf
made a disgusted face, well, as much as he could, considering he had a
muzzle.
Ox’s eyes popped open, and he stared at the wolf in
shock. “Did...did you just speak?” He whispered.
“Well,” the wolf craned his head around. “I don’t see anyone else around here, do
you? So I guess I did speak, now didn’t
I?”
Ox found himself fighting not to laugh out loud, as the
wolf rolled his dark eyes, and shook his head, his lion-like mane of jet-black
fur whipping through the air. “What do you want from me?” He asked quietly, moving over until he had
the table between them. “And what did you mean when you said _other_ humans?”
“I want to get you out of my way, for a couple of hours.” The wolf said, baring sharp teeth. He growled deep in his chest, as wet popping
sounds filled the kitchen. “And as for
what I meant by that...”
Ox gasped, sickened at the awful sounds coming from the
wolf, as he began to change shape, his muzzle receding, the fur on his body
disappearing. He stared as the wolf
finished his transformation, changing into a tall, dark-haired man.
“Who...who
are you?” He stuttered, taking in the
man’s clothing, which consisted of a pair of white gi pants, a dark red sarong,
a thick gold necklace, golden arm bands on his biceps, golden bands that
covered most of his forearms, set with blue stones, like his necklace, a gold
belt, and golden boots, also set with large, blue stones.
“Hmm.” The man gave
an evil laugh. “Let me give you a
hint,” he snarled softly, veins standing out on his arms and chest, as bright
light seemed to radiate from the man’s very skin.
Ox cried out in terror as the man grew in size, seeming to
fill the entire kitchen, his hair flickering gold and sticking out in all
directions, and the man’s dark eyes fading until they were pure white. “What!
Oh, no, no! Not you! You...you’re...but it can’t be,” Ox whispered, pressing himself against the
wall. “You’re Brolli!”
“That’s riiiight.” Brolli sneered. “In the
flesh,” he stalked over and grabbed Ox by his shirt collar. “Now, to get rid of you for a little while,
so I can have some fun with that cute little grandson of yours,” he
snickered. “Not to mention that
woodsman, Raditz was his name, no?”
Brolli carried Ox through the kitchen, and almost threw him
into the back pantry. “Let’s make sure
you stay put, and stay quiet,” he smirked, holding out his hands, which began
to glow white.
Ox opened his mouth to scream, but the sound died in his
throat as he was slowly turned to stone.
Brolli studied him for a moment, and then slammed the door.
“There we are, that should keep you out from underfoot, for
a while,” Brolli grinned. “Now, to get ready to receive my
guests.” The man chuckled as he crossed
his arms over his head, his body glowing.
Moments later, an almost perfect replica of Red Riding
Hood’s grandfather stood in the center of the kitchen. “This is going to be fun,” Brolli snickered.
~~oOo~~
Raditz sat back, holding a hand over his mouth to stifle a
belch. “Mm, your mother is an excellent
cook, Kakarott,” he said, wiping a last crumb from the corner of his
mouth.
“Yeah, she is,”
Kakarott smiled back, toying with a corner of his red cape. “She’s taught me most of her baking secrets,
but I just don’t seem to have the patience to do it right,” he sighed.
“Don’t worry, Red,” Raditz chuckled, reaching out and
brushing a stray lock of sable hair back from the teen’s forehead. “You’ll learn.”
Red Riding Hood looked up at the older man shyly for a
moment, debating. Then, slowly, he
moved over until he was close enough to lean against him, gently at first, then
pressing more firmly against him.
Raditz looked down at Red Riding Hood, one eyebrow
raised. “Red, what are you...?” He paused as the teen scrambled into his
lap, and nuzzled his neck.
“Ka...karott,” he rasped, feeling the younger man’s hands slipping
inside his shirt, nimble fingers ghosting across his stomach, making his
muscles twitch. “You...what are you
doing?” Raditz asked softly, eyes
sliding shut as Kakarott’s fingers brushed over his nipples.
Red Riding Hood buried his face in the crook of Raditz’s
neck, blushing furiously. “I want you,”
he whispered, reaching up tentatively to stroke the older man’s cheek.
“Red, are you sure?”
Raditz asked, gripping him by the shoulders and staring at him
intently. “I don’t want to push you
into anything.”
“You’re not.” Kakarott
said firmly. “I...I’ve liked you for a
long time, Raditz,” he blushed, head dipping down slightly as he
continued. “I watched you every summer,
but now it’s different,” the teen said, fingers sliding into the woodsman’s
thick black hair. “I want to do more
than just look.”
He leaned up and pressed his lips to Raditz’s
in an awkward, slightly clumsy first kiss.
Raditz let his eyes slip closed, one large hand cupping the
back of Kakarott’s head, as the other slid up his back. He let the teen have control for a few
moments, then slowly took over the kiss.
He coaxed the younger man’s mouth open, and was surprised as Kakarott
responded instantly, the teen’s tongue darting out and into his own mouth eagerly,
still tasting slightly of baked apples, and cinnamon. Raditz groaned, as Kakarott began to squirm restlessly in his
lap, inadvertently rocking against his nearly painful arousal.
“Take it easy, Red,”
He whispered, breaking the kiss and nuzzling his soon-to-be lover’s
cheek.
“Raditz,” Kakarott
breathed, licking and kissing his throat, as his movements grew more
agitated. “Please?”
The woodsman shivered as the teen began to rock in his lap,
the younger man’s hardened length pressing against Raditz’s stomach. He closed his eyes and leaned his head down,
nipping lightly at Kakarott’s jaw.
“Shh,” he whispered. “Take your
time.”
“Hnn...I can’t!”
Kakarott cried, jumping off Raditz’s lap and grabbing his hands. “Raditz,” he growled, nearly tearing off his
red cape and throwing it to the ground, then wrapping his arms around Raditz’s
waist dragging him to the ground with him.
“Kakarott!” Raditz
cried, shocked at the teen’s sudden aggressiveness. “Red, wait, why don’t we...”
He gasped as Red Riding Hood pounced on his chest, capturing his lips in
a bruising kiss. He shuddered as
Kakarott’s fingers fumbled to undo his shirt, a frustrated whimper coming from
the teen as the buttons resisted the efforts of his trembling fingers.
“Here,” Raditz purred, as he flipped them over, settling
between the teen’s legs and rocking against him. “Allow me,” he said, stripping off his shirt, and undoing
Kakarott’s as well.
“Perfect,” the woodsman whispered, parting Red Riding
Hood’s white shirt, then darting his head down, raking his teeth over the
younger man’s collarbone.
Kakarott let out a soft sound, hands twining in the
woodsman’s long, coarse hair. “Raditz,”
he moaned as the other man’s lips moved down his chest, pausing to capture a
hardened nipple. He arched his back, throwing a leg up over Raditz’s hip as a
large, calloused hand slid down the front of his pants, rubbing his
arousal. “Ah...hnn...yeah,” he panted,
rocking his hips up against the hand that was delivering those slow, short,
torturous strokes. “Please...” Kakarott whispered, his own hands moving up
to grip Raditz’s shoulders tightly.
“Raditz, I need...want,” he whimpered, staring up at his lover with
pleading eyes.
“Hush,” Raditz said
softly, nuzzling the teen’s neck.
“You’ll get what you want soon enough,” he chuckled.
“Raditz...touch me, please?” Kakarott ground out, writhing as the older man moved away from
him slightly.
“Yes, Red,” Raditz
smirked, undoing the laces on the front of Kakarott’s pants, and pushing them
down off his hips. “How’s this?” He whispered, wrapping a hand around the
teen’s cock and stroking him.
Kakarott growled softly, hands shooting up and into
Raditz’s hair. “Better,” he purred, tugging hard on the woodsman’s
hair. “But there’s still something
missing...”
Raditz winced, then relented, allowing himself to be
dragged down into a smoldering kiss. He
moaned against the younger man’s lips as long, muscular legs wound around his
waist, squeezing tightly. Raditz broke the
kiss, trailing lingering kisses along Kakarott’s jawline. “I was going to suggest we wait until you
got to your grandfather’s, and were settled in before pursuing this,” he
chuckled softly. “But I don’t think
either of us can wait that long.”
Kakarott shook his head wildly, struggling briefly before
managing to roll them over. “No
way. I want you Raditz, right here,
right now,” he whispered, straddling the woodsman’s hips and rocking against
him.
Raditz hissed softly, fingers digging into the teen’s hips
as he stared up at him through slitted eyes.
“Are you sure you know what you’re asking for?”
Red Riding Hood nodded quickly, pulling his shirt off and
tugging his pants a little further down his hips. “I’m not as innocent as all of you like to think, you know,” he
smirked down at the woodsman, scrambling off him just long enough to kick off
his pants, before divesting Raditz of his clothes as well. “I’ve watched the other guys that live
nearby, watched them taking girls into the barn, or out into the forest behind
their houses,” Kakarott purred, straddling Raditz once again. “I’ve watched some of them take other guys
into the hayloft, too,” he leaned down and nuzzled the older man’s cheek, hands
roaming across the burly woodsman’s chest.
“I think I’ve got a pretty good idea of what it is that I want from
you,” the teen grinned.
“Really...” Raditz
smiled up at him slyly, hands sliding down to cup his bottom.
“Yeah, really,”
Kakarott said softly, stretching out on top of him.
Both of them moaned as Kakarott rocked his hips, his
arousal rubbing against Raditz’s own silken length, eliciting a shiver, and a
low growl from the older man.
“Say
my name...” Kakarott whispered, tongue
skimming over the woodsman’s corded neck.
Raditz trembled as the teen’s hot breath tickled his ear,
then a moist tongue teased his throat. “K...Kakarott,” he groaned, arching his
neck to give his lover better access to the sensitive skin.
“Hnn...say it
again,” The younger man growled, his movements becoming more urgent.
“Ahnn...Kakarott,” Raditz breathed, gripping his lover’s
hips and grinding against him. “I want
you...” He moaned, nipping at his
shoulder.
~~oOo~~
Brolli, still in his Ox guise, paced back and forth across
the bedroom angrily. “What is taking
them so long? If I have to go out there
and get them...” He trailed off,
looking over at the mirror on the wall.
“Hmm, maybe I should just take a peek at what’s keeping them, before I
go out hunting for them,” Brolli
snickered. “I wouldn’t want to
interrupt anything...important.”
He walked over to the mirror, quietly murmuring an old
spell, the tip of one finger glowing.
“Let’s see what you’re up to,” he touched his finger to the mirror, and
the reflection of the bedroom, and himself, disappeared.
“So, I see my guests have decided to start without
me,” Brolli mock pouted, reverting to
his own form as he sat on the bed, watching intently. “Looks like I caught you just in time for the main event.” he
purred, hands sliding down to stroke his stirring erection through his pants.
~~oOo~~
“Raditz,” Kakarott moaned, dropping light kisses across his
lover’s jaw. “Can’t wait...anymore,” he
whispered.
Raditz growled, then nodded. He stuck two fingers into his mouth and liberally coated them
with saliva. “Come here, Red,” he
murmured, cupping the back of the teen’s head, and pulling him down for a kiss,
before reaching down with his other hand, and pressing a finger against Kakarott’s
entrance.
Kakarott gasped against the older man’s lips, as he felt
something pushing into him.
“Raditz...what,” he began, pausing as Raditz kissed him more
forcefully.
“Shh...relax, Kakarott.
I don’t want to hurt you,” the older man explained. “I just need to stretch you a bit, so I
don’t hurt you. I don’t like to brag,”
he smirked up at the teen. “But I am
rather well endowed.”
“Mm hm, so I see,”
Kakarott smirked back, hands sliding over Raditz’s chest as he allowed
the other man to guide his hips back, until he was positioned over his lover’s
arousal.
“You ready?” Raditz
whispered, body tense as he waited.
Kakarott nodded, biting his lip. He whimpered as Raditz slowly drew his hips down, the head of his
lover’s thick cock pushing past the tight ring of muscle. “Ahn...Raditz, I,” he groaned, hands
gripping the older man’s forearms tightly as he was lowered. “It...burns,” Kakarott whimpered, eyes clenched shut, as at last Raditz’s
length was sheathed inside him.
Raditz bared his
teeth, fighting to keep himself from thrusting, allowing the younger man to
adjust to the invasion.
“Hnn, ah...”
Kakarott sat back, hands splayed across the older man’s broad chest,
eyes closed, teeth bared.
“You okay Red?”
Raditz ground out, breath coming in short pants.
“Uh huh,” Kakarott
answered weakly, nodding his head.
“Feels better,” he wriggled his hips slightly, drawing a sharp hiss from
his lover. His eyes popped open and he
stared down at the other man. “You
okay?”
Raditz nodded, swallowing hard. “Yeah...feels good,” he rasped, voice tight with barely
suppressed need.
Kakarott looked down at him, a sly smile spreading across
his face. “Really,” he murmured,
wiggling his hips again. A loud groan
from Raditz was his reward, the sound spurring him on to be even more
bold. “Then how does this feel?” He braced his weight on his arms and slowly
rocked his hips, biting his bottom lip as he moved up and down Raditz’s
length.
“Hnn!
K...Ka...karott,” Raditz stammered,
eyes clenched shut, teeth bared as his fingers dug into the teen’s waist. He growled low in his throat, arching as
Kakarott began to rock his hips faster.
“Hnaahhh...Raditz,”
Kakarott moaned, head dropping forward, breath coming in gasps as he
moved atop his lover. His head lifted,
eyes glazing over slightly as one hand slid down to wrap around his own weeping
erection, stroking himself in time with his movements. “Ahn, can’t...hold on, I...Raditz, I’m
gonna,” he whimpered, head whipping from
side to side as his eyes clenched shut.
A split second later, the teen let out a keening cry, his seed shooting
out and falling onto Raditz’s chest.
The burly woodsman followed moments later, arching his neck
and letting out a roar as he bucked his hips, spilling his essence inside his
lover.
Kakarott moaned, slumping over and collapsing on the older
man’s chest, panting harshly.
Raditz sighed, a contented smile playing on his lips as he
reached up and stroked Kakarott’s hair.
“Damn, Red,” he chuckled softly.
“I’ve been fantasizing about doing that for the past year.”
Red Riding Hood yawned softly, curling up on top of
him. “Well, was it as good as you
imagined?”
“Oh yeah,” Raditz
smirked. “Although, I always imagined
I’d be the aggressor.”
The teen looked up, blinking wide, dark eyes at him. “I wasn’t too aggressive, was I?” He asked uncertainly.
Raditz laughed, draping his arms around his lover. “Don’t be silly,” he mock growled at
him. “Now, what say we get dressed and
head over to your grandfather’s house?”
He shivered as a cool wind began to blow. “It’s getting pretty late, it’ll be dark by the time we get there
as it is.”
Kakarott nodded, slowly getting to his feet and searching
for his clothes.
~~oOo~~
Brolli sighed, the fingers of one hand tracing swirls in
the sticky seed cooling on his chest.
“Well,” he smirked. “If that’s
the kind of show you put on, especially during your first time, I can’t wait to
see what you’re going to be like once I get my hands on you, and Raditz
too.”
With that, he sat up and snapped his fingers, causing the
image of Raditz and Kakarott in the mirror to disappear. Then he held his arms over his head, and
once more assumed the guise of Ox. “I’m
waiting for you,” he said ominously.
~~oOo~~
Kakarott grinned as he leaned against Raditz, enjoying the
feel of
the burly woodman’s arm draped over his shoulder.
“What are you grinning about, Red?” The older man chuckled.
“Just...everything,”
Red Riding Hood bit his lower lip to stifle a giggle, cheeks flushed.
Raditz smirked.
“You do realize, don’t you, that your grandfather’s going to realize
what’s happened as soon as we walk in, right?”
Kakarott paused, eyes widening. “He will?”
“Mm hmm,” Raditz
snickered. “But it won’t be that big a
deal, he’s been trying to hook us up since last year.”
The teen suppressed a laugh, falling into step with Raditz
once more as they cleared the woods.
“Hey, he’s been doing some bread baking of his own,” Kakarott said,
inhaling deeply. “Mm, smells good,” his
step quickened, as they approached the cottage. “Grandfather, we’re here!”
The teen shouted, banging open the door.
“Hello, Red! What a
surprise!” ‘Ox’ came into the kitchen,
sweeping his ‘grandson’ into a bear hug.
“And Raditz, you came back, will you be joining us for a late meal?”
“No, I found Red wandering the forest, all alone, so I just
decided to see that he got here safely,”
Raditz said quietly, eyes on the floor. *I hate lying to him, but now
isn’t the best time to come right out and tell him about us,* he thought.
Brolli smirked. “Well, I insist you stay for something to
eat!” He turned and put the kettle on
to boil. “Oh dear,” he shook his
head. “Silly me, I haven’t anything
ready but some bread, I must admit I wasn’t expecting anyone tonight.”
“Oh that’s alright!”
Kakarott chirped. “I have a
whole basket of treats that my mom packed for you, let’s eat those!”
“That is an excellent idea Kakarott,” Brolli smiled, gesturing toward the
table. “Come on then, sit down! Don’t be shy.”
Kakarott began setting the treats on the table, chattering
away to his ‘grandfather’, as Brolli and Raditz sat down.
Finally, all the pastries and cookies were laid out before
them, as Kakarott took a seat on the other side of Brolli.
“Mm,” Brolli
purred, eyes shifting back and forth between the two men. “Looks good enough to eat.”
Raditz looked up at ‘Ox’, eyes narrowed. “What a deep voice you have tonight, Ox,” he
said slowly.
Brolli gave a sinister chuckle. “All the better to converse with you.”
Kakarott blinked as the other man reached for a pie. “Wow, what big hands you have.”
“All the better to touch you with,” Brolli snickered, waggling his eyebrows at
Raditz.
“W..what big eyes you have,” the woodsman stuttered, at
last realizing that something was horribly wrong with this picture.
“All the better to see you with,” he purred, leaning
forward and nuzzling Raditz’s hair.
“What the...hey!”
Raditz yelled, jumping to his feet.
“What are you about, Ox?”
Kakarott gasped, face paling. “Oh...my...what a...a big…” he choked on the words, as he stared
at the bulge in the front of the other man’s pants.
Brolli laughed, holding his arms above his head, body
glowing as he took his own form again.
Raditz growled, running to stand in front of Red Riding
Hood, fists clenched. “What sorcery is
this?” He snarled, staring up at
Brolli.
“Hey! I know you,
you’re the man that was in the forest, earlier!” Kakarott stared at the other man’s bare chest, then blushed as
his eyes were drawn to the bulge still visible through the man’s loose, white
pants.
Brolli smirked, stepping closer to them. “I believe your next words were going to be
what a big bulge I have, yes?” He
snickered when Kakarott nodded. “Well,
do I really need to tell you what I’m going to do with that?”
Kakarott shook his head quickly. “What are you doing here, and where is grandfather?”
“Your grandfather is safe and sound, just out of the way
for a little while, so we can get to know each other a little better, without
interruption.”
Raditz growled, tugging on Kakarott’s arm and making a break
for the door. “What?!” Raditz gasped, as Brolli seemed to just
appear before them. “Come on!” He turned and almost dragged Kakarott down
the hall, heading for the back door.
“Ah ah ah...Can’t have you leaving just yet, the fun is
just beginning.” Brolli murmured,
reaching out and grabbing each man by the back of his shirt and pulling them
into the bedroom.
“N..no, please, wait, what are you doing?” Kakarott cried, as Brolli closed his eyes
and chanted softly.
“What...are those?!”
Raditz struggled furiously in the larger man’s grip, looking on in fear
as what looked like tentacles, made purely of bright golden light, began to
emerge, first from the wall beside the bed, then from the bed itself.
“I think I like you...there,” Brolli smirked, tossing Kakarott onto the bed.
“What...no, what are
these things?!” The teen shrieked as
the glowing ropes snapped around his arms, legs, and waist, firmly tying him
down.
“Red!” Raditz
lunged toward him, snarling as Brolli held him back. “Let go!” He grunted as
he was flung against the wall.
“No...don’t touch me,” he hissed, as the tentacles slowly curled around
him. “Stop it! Who are you, why are you doing this?” Raditz demanded, struggling against his
glowing, undulating bonds.
Brolli regarded them both for a moment. “Oh, that’s right,” he slowly approached the
whimpering Kakarott. “I made a promise,
that when next we met, I would tell you my name, didn’t I, Kakarott?” He climbed onto the bed, straddling the
teen’s waist, moaning softly as the glowing tentacles brushed his already
aching arousal. “My name,” he breathed,
leaning down and brushing his lips across the younger man’s. “Is Brolli.”
Raditz gasped.
“Oh..no...Brolli...it can’t be!”
He struggled even harder, trying to break the bonds. “Leave him alone!” He shouted.
Kakarott trembled, staring up at Brolli with pleading
eyes. “Why are you doing this?”
“I’m not going to hurt you, or Raditz.” Brolli murmured, trailing his tongue up the
side of Kakarott’s neck. “I just want to have a little fun with you,” he
smirked over at Raditz, eyes traveling up and down the woodsman’s muscular
frame. “This one caught my eye a couple
of years ago, I’ve been watching him all summer, every summer since.”
Raditz blushed at Brolli’s words, shifting nervously.
“And you, Kakarott,” he whispered, I first noticed you last
year. You’d grown up a lot, into a very
handsome young man.” He nipped lightly
at the teen’s jaw, chuckling as Kakarott shivered.
“Hmm? A little
nervous, are we?” Brolli smirked,
climbing off the bed and sauntering over to the woodsman. “Perhaps Raditz and I putting on a little
show will help you warm up to the idea.”
He waved a hand idly, and more glowing tendrils snaked out of the wall,
ensnaring Raditz’s legs and spreading them.
“No, stop it...I... Hey!”
Raditz yelped, as Brolli quickly and efficiently tore away his shirt and
pants. “What do you think you....you’re
doing...” He trailed off softly,
looking down as Brolli darted his head down to capture a nipple between his
lips, sucking and nibbling gently.
“Nn...” the burly woodsman groaned, as a large hand wrapped around his
stirring arousal and squeezed him gently.
“Ahn...B...Brolli,” he panted, arching his neck as the other man’s hand
slid up and down his shaft.
Kakarott turned his head, watching intently as Brolli sank
to his knees before Raditz, waving his hand, which caused the tentacles to push
the woodsman’s hips forward.
Brolli smirked as he felt the teen’s eyes on him. “You like to watch, Kakarott?” He gestured once more, and the ropes swung
Raditz around sideways, enabling Kakarott to see what Brolli was about to do.
Raditz gasped, arching his back as a warm mouth engulfed his
rock hard length, Brolli’s lips sliding down to the base of his cock. “Oh...yeah,” Raditz rasped, writhing and twisting in his bonds as Brolli’s
mouth moved up and down his arousal.
Kakarott whimpered softly, arching off the bed, his arousal
nearly painful as he rocked his hips, slitted eyes trained on the two men
before him. “N..no fair,” he whispered, muscles tense as bowstrings as
he watched Brolli’s lips sliding up and down Raditz’s length.
Brolli pulled back and gave Kakarott an evil grin. “No, I suppose it isn’t fair, is it,
Kakarott? I’m over here pleasing your
woodsman, and nobody’s taking care of you.”
He titled his head to the side, and chuckled. “Come on, Raditz, we’d
best not neglect our young lover,”
Brolli waved his hand toward the bed, causing the glowing ropes the held
the woodsman to carry him over to the bed.
Kakarott gasped as Brolli waved his hand again, and the
teen’s own bonds tightened around him momentarily, lifting him up off the bed
and repositioning him on his knees at the head of it, legs still tied to the
bed, arms secured behind his back.
“Now, I think you’ve had enough of a demonstration from me.
Raditz,” Brolli purred, smirking as the
glowing tendrils deposited the woodsman on the bed, on his hands and knees in
front of Red Riding Hood. “You will
please Kakarott, as I take you,” he
said, one hand gently gripping Raditz’s hair and forcing his head up.
Raditz growled softly, eying the teen’s arousal
hungrily. Without warning, he darted
forward, opening his mouth and taking half of the thick shaft into his mouth,
sucking hard.
Kakarott gasped, head falling back as a low, throaty moan
escaped him.
“Mm hmm,” Brolli
smirked, pushing a saliva coated finger into Raditz’s body, thrusting gently. “That’s it, make him moan, Raditz. But don’t let him come,” he whispered.
Raditz cried out as Brolli entered him in one slow, steady
thrust, the sound muffled by Kakarott’s length as he continued to please him.
Brolli shuddered as he pushed himself into Raditz’s tight
heat, the other man’s muscles tightening around him. “Hn....Raditz,” he rasped, fingers digging into his lover’s
hips. He remained still for several
seconds, waiting for both of them to adjust.
Raditz moaned as his lips moved up and down Kakarott’s
length. He arched his back and rocked
back, silently asking the man behind him for more.
Brolli began to pant softly, moving inside Raditz with
short, gentle strokes.
Kakarott raised his head, glittering eyes narrowed as he
looked down, watching his own length being engulfed by Raditz’s mouth. “Nn...Raditz,” he groaned, hips rocking
slightly. He looked up and bit his lip,
a keening sound escaping him as he watched Brolli moving in and out of
Raditz.
Brolli smirked at the teen. “I thought you might get off on watching,” he pulled his hips
back and thrust hard into Raditz, his eyes never leaving Kakarott’s as he
slammed into his lover, drawing muted cries and growls from the woodsman.
Kakarott trembled violently, the combination of Raditz’s
mouth on his length, and the visual stimulation before him bringing him close
to the edge.
“Enough, Raditz,”
Brolli said softly, stroking his hair.
Raditz released Kakarott’s erection, bucking back against Brolli,
eyes rolling back as the other man leaned over him, one hand reaching around
and gripping the woodsman’s erection, stroking him roughly, while angling his
strokes to brush Raditz’s prostate.
“Ahnn....huhnnn, yes,
Brolli...” Raditz moaned, slumping
forward until his cheek rested on the bed.
He bit his lip, a muffled cry escaping him as his seed shot out, coating
Brolli’s hand.
“Mm...that’s it,”
Brolli gave Kakarott a smug smile as he pulled out of Raditz. He snapped his fingers, causing the bonds
that had held the woodsman in place to vanish, allowing the burly man to slump
over onto his side. “And now, for you,”
he purred, waving his hand.
Kakarott gave a startled cry as his glowing restrains
lifted him up, pulling him down onto his back, legs spread, arms pinned over
his head. The dark-haired boy started
to shift restlessly beneath Brolli’s watchful gaze, as the man took a wet cloth
from the bedside table and cleaned himself off.
“Perfect.” Brolli
smirked, setting the cloth aside, then lowering himself down onto the writhing
teen. He kissed Red Riding Hood
hungrily, growling as the younger man’s tongue darted out eagerly to meet
his.
Kakarott whimpered in frustration as he pulled against his
bonds. “Let me go...” He rasped, trying to wrap his legs around
the larger man’s waist.
Brolli chuckled.
“Next time. I promise you.”
Kakarott growled up
at him, eyes dark and glittering. The
teen’s eyes widened as Brolli quickly thrust two fingers into him, the larger
man smirking as he found the teen still stretched and ready from his earlier
encounter with Raditz. He curled his
fingers slightly, searching Kakarott’s pleasure spot. A high pitched cry let
Brolli know he’d found what he was seeking, and he ruthlessly exploited the
spot, reducing the teen to a quivering mass of desperate need.
“Nn...Brolli!”
Kakarott cried, writhing beneath him.
“Do it, now...please?” He
jerked, back arching almost painfully as Brolli positioned himself at the
teen’s entrance, and buried himself inside him with one smooth, quick
thrust.
“Brolli....Nnn...uhhn,” he
panted harshly, sweat beading on his brow as his head moved from side to side,
eyes clenched shut, lips pulled back in a silent snarl as he arched and
thrashed beneath the larger man.
Brolli growled low in his throat, sweat running down the
sides of his face as he thrust into the teen, Kakarott’s moans and pleas making
him tremble as he neared release. He
looked over at Raditz, and smirked briefly as he noticed the woodsman staring
at them. “Come give him a hand,
Raditz,” he rasped, looking down at the teen’s weeping erection.
The other man needed no second invitation. He quickly moved over, wrapping a hand
around Kakarott’s erection and stroking him, as he leaned over and seized his
lips in a demanding kiss.
Kakarott stiffened, his scream muffled by the kiss as his
seed shot into the air, landing on his own chest and stomach. He slumped back to the bed, breathing hard,
as Raditz lay down beside him, both of them looking up at Brolli through
glazed, hooded eyes.
Seconds later, Brolli threw his head back, climaxing with a
roar of pleasure, his seed shooting into his lover’s body. He slumped over on top of Kakarott, snapping
his fingers and releasing the teen from his restrains, laying down beside him
as well.
Kakarott sighed and smiled, looking back and forth between
both men. “This is going to be an
interesting week,” he chuckled.
Raditz blinked a few times, his head clearing. “Wait a minute, Brolli, what did you do with
Ox?”
“Oh, right, yeah!”
Kakarott struggled to sit up.
“Were is my grandfather?”
“In the pantry.”
Brolli yawned. “He’s safe,
frozen until we get some sleep, get up, get dressed, and make this bed,” he
smiled slightly.
“Well, maybe we should let him out.” Kakarott said, shaking Brolli’s
shoulder. “You can have my room, while
I, ah...tell Grandfather some of the new developments, all right?”
“Oh, very well,”
Brolli grumbled, getting up and moving into Kakarott’s room. He reached his hand out into the hall and
snapped his fingers.
“Come on, Raditz, let’s go get cleaned up, then we’ll talk
to grandfather.” Kakarott said, moving
to the back door.
~~oOo~~
Ox fell to the floor in a heap, grunting as his head made
contact with the pantry door.
“What...where!?” He shook his
head and sat up, his memories from earlier fading rapidly. “Hmph,” he got to his feet, rubbing his
head. “Strange, I must have slipped and
fallen,” the old man shook his head and opened the pantry door. “Either that, or I’m getting like Kakarott,
falling asleep at the drop of a hat, even while standing up.”
“What the heck?” He
stared at the table, which was laden down with pastries, pies, and cookies. “Kakarott!”
Ox grinned, stomping through the house.
“Where are you, Kakarott?” He
wandered down the hallway, pausing as he saw a tall, handsome young man
stretched out on his grandson’s bed.
“Um, excuse me, ah...”
Brolli sat up, smirking.
“Hello there. I believe Kakarott
and Raditz are out back, getting cleaned up.”
“Oh, did you come with Kakarott?” Ox asked, blinking at the strangely dressed man.
“You...could say that,”
Brolli gave him a wicked grin.
“Oh....oh!” Ox
turned away, blushing. *I know I told the boy to sew his wild oats...but,* he
thought, then shrugged. *Guess my grandson’s got a bit more to sew than the
average man.* Ox chuckled.
Brolli rose from the bed, brushing past Ox and making his
way back to the kitchen. “You should
probably wait for them in the kitchen, I’m sure they won’t waste any time
getting back in here to share in those treats Kakarott brought for you,” Brolli snickered.
Ox smiled ruefully.
“I’m afraid you’re right, the way those two eat, if we don’t get ours
first, there might not be any to get,” he paused, as Brolli walked toward the
door. “Wait, where are you going?”
“I should go,”
Brolli said quietly.
“Nonsense, you can at least stay for dinner,” ,he said,
then snapped his fingers. “I almost
forgot, I have some meat and cheese to set out, give me a hand, young
man.”
Brolli trailed after the old man, helping to set out meat,
cheese, a pitcher of water, plates, and cups.
He leaned back against the counter, watching as Ox bustled about,
putting the kettle on once more, humming as he sliced and buttered bread. *This
is nice,* he thought, his expression wistful. *I remember when I had a home
like this one, mother bustling about in the kitchen, baking, cleaning, taking
me out to play, or just going for a walk...* Brolli sighed, taking a place at
the table as Ox poured hot water into a teapot.
Ox studied the other man surreptitiously, noting the sad
look in his eyes. *I wonder what’s wrong?* He thought, setting the teapot on the
table and taking a seat beside him.
“So, what’s your name?” He asked quietly.
“Grandfather!”
Kakarott burst into the kitchen, nearly jumping into Ox’s lap as he
hugged him tightly.
“Hello there!” Ox
laughed, wrapping the teen in a crushing bear hug. “Hello, Raditz, joining us for supper after all, then?”
Raditz leaned against the doorframe, blushing as he looked
over at Brolli. “Yes,” he said
quietly.
Ox looked back and forth between the three of them. “Well, this isn’t fair,” he chuckled. “You three know each other...intimately,” he
said, grinning as all three men had the grace to blush. “But I still don’t know who this young man
is,” he clapped a hand on Brolli’s shoulder.
“Grandpa...”
Kakarott sat down beside the old man.
“This is Brolli.”
Ox looked over at Brolli intently for a few seconds. “You’re not like I thought you’d be,” he
said, continuing to study him. “Somehow
I thought you’d be bigger, and meaner looking.
And I wouldn’t expect you to wind up in a...compromising position with
these two.”
Brolli shrugged, becoming pensive and withdrawn.
“He’s not what everybody thinks he is,” Kakarott began, taking a deep breath and
launching into Brolli’s story. When
he’d finished, Raditz and Ox sat still and silent, their expressions grim. Kakarott and Brolli jumped when Ox’s fist
banged down on the table.
“That son-of-a-bitch!!”
Ox growled, huge hands curled into claws. “If he ever shows his face around here, I’ll tear him
apart!”
“Hmm, if my ax and I don’t find Paragus first, Ox,” Raditz said, his voice dripping with
venom.
“I don’t think either of you will find him,” Brolli said
quietly. “I’ve lived alone in those
woods for 15 years, and have never seen him.
Not once.”
“You mean you’ve lived out there, all alone, since you were
five?” Raditz asked, staring at him in
disbelief. Brolli nodded slowly.
Ox looked over at Brolli for a few seconds, debating, then
spoke up. “Brolli, I think fifteen
years alone in those woods far too long.
Why don’t you come stay with me?”
The other three men gaped at him. “What?!”
“Well, yes. I think
it would be a good idea,” Ox said,
crossing his arms. “Raditz has work
here, so he is around in the summer, true enough, but he does have to find work
in other places during the winter, after all the work I have for him is hardly
enough to keep him going for an entire year.”
He looked over at Red Riding Hood.
“You live with your mother, and are usually only here once a month. I would like some company around here,
besides, I’m not getting any younger you know, this place is getting a bit much
for me to keep up by myself.”
Kakarott
smiled. “So, what do you think,
Brolli?”
“You...you’re not afraid of me?” Brolli asked, staring at Ox.
“No, should I be?
My grandson and Raditz don’t feel threatened by you, so I’m not
either.”
“I...don’t want to impose,” the tall man said quietly.
“Nonsense!” Ox
said, reaching out and ruffling Brolli’s hair, the younger man stiffening,
looking shocked at the contact, then seeming to warm to it quickly enough. “You’ll be earning your keep, with the
chores around here,” the old man chuckled.
“Besides, we’re close to the forest, that’s what you need, right? You have to be able to stay close to it to
keep your powers strong?” He paused,
and Brolli nodded. “Well then, I’d say
this is the perfect place for you. Why,
this cabin sits right on the edge of the forest. You can go and wander the woods anytime you like.”
“Well...I...”
Brolli stammered.
“Then it’s settled,” said Ox firmly.
Brolli nodded mutely, and then went back to his meal, his
thoughts racing, feelings jumbled over the lightning fast turn of events.
~~oOo~~
After the dishes were cleared and washed, Ox, Raditz,
Brolli and Kakarott sat in the living room, in front of the fireplace, trading
stories. Raditz told some ribald tales
from when he was a bit younger than Kakarott, and Ox shared stories from the
farm he grew up on. The three men
listened as Brolli shyly told them stories from his time spent in the forest,
of the magical creatures that lived there.
“Wow, who would have thought there were so many amazing
things hiding in the forest,” Raditz said, leaning back and staring at the
ceiling, trying to imagine the creatures Brolli had described.
“They’re very timid,” Brolli said. “They don’t like to be seen, they’re afraid
humans would either try to catch them, or destroy them”
“Yes, unfortunately,” Ox sighed. “People have a tendency to
fear what they don’t understand, and what they fear, they seek to
destroy.” The other three men
nodded.
Their musing was interrupted, by a loud knock at the
kitchen door.
“Coming!” Ox stood
and made his way to the door. “Oh,
hello, can I help you?” He asked the
tall, intimidating looking woodsman that stood in the doorway.
The hulking man scowled at Ox. “Good evening, sir,” he said in a deep, rough voice. “I was
wondering if you might need someone to cut wood and help to maintain your
cottage for a while, in exchange for room and board.”
“Oh, I’m afraid I have someone to take care of both the
house, and grounds, and do wood cutting.
One of them is working for room and board, and the other has his own
house. But, thank you.”
~~oOo~~
Raditz and Kakarott had taken advantage of Ox’s absence,
sliding over onto the couch beside Brolli, hands sliding over the man’s smooth
skin.
“Stop it!” Brolli
hissed, arching slightly as one of Raditz’s questing hands found it’s way
inside his loose, white pants. “Ox is
right there in the kitchen, talking to someone!” All three men paused, listening as Ox refused the man’s offer,
but invited him in for some supper.
~~oOo~~
“So, what brings you out this way?” Ox asked, sitting across from the
stranger.
“I came to see if there is any truth to the rumors of Big,
Bad, Brolli, the golden giant who roams the forest, and can tear a man apart
with a thought,” the man growled around a mouthful of food. “They say he’s been terrorizing this area
for years. I intend to put a stop to
it, once and for all.”
“Really,” Ox said, eyes narrowing. “What if those rumors turn out to be
false?”
The woodsman looked up at Ox. “Why would so many people pass around the rumors, if they weren’t
true?”
Ox shrugged. “All I
know is I’ve lived here in this very cabin for over 50 years, and the woodsman
that’s been working for me for the last five years, has a small cabin even
further into the woods than this one, and neither of us have ever had any
trouble.”
“Hn,” the woodsman sneered. “Well, there are some that say they have had much trouble.”
*Usually the ones that bear a slight resemblance to me,* the man thought with a
snarl.
~~oOo~~
Brolli’s eyes narrowed as he finally placed the woodsman’s
voice. “I know that man,” he snarled
softly.
“What? Who is it,
Brolli?” Kakarott whispered.
“It’s... My father...”
~~oOo~~
“I see. Um, what
did you say your name was, sir?” Ox
asked, stomach fluttering as he realized he might already know the answer.
“Paragus.” The man
stated, eyes hard and cold.
Ox’s eyes slid to the left as he heard a scuffle starting
in the living room. “Excuse me,” he
said, standing. “I have to check on
something, I’ll be right back.” He
darted into the living room, and gasped as he saw Raditz and Kakarott
struggling to hold down a glowing, growling Brolli. “Let him go.”
“What?!” Kakarott
and Raditz cried in unison.
“You heard me,” Ox
said, his expression blank. “Hold it,”
he set a hand on Brolli’s chest. “You
go out there, on one condition. You
don’t kill him.”
“But....he,” Brolli
snarled, hair flickering gold.
“I know what he did, son.
But killing him won’t bring your mother back. The only thing it will do, is make you just like him. Spiteful, vindictive, and a murderer.”
Brolli paused, hair returning to black as he regarded
Ox.
“You don’t need to kill him, with your powers he’s no
threat to you. It’s one thing to see
him punished for his crime, but quite another to murder him in cold
blood.” Ox cupped Brolli’s cheek. “He’s the monster, not you. Don’t let him win, Brolli. Don’t let him make you into a monster
too.”
Brolli looked way, eyes glistening. “It hurts,” he whispered. “What he did, it still hurts. He...he killed her. She was trying to protect me, and he killed
her...beat her to death...” Brolli
said, voice breaking as his shoulders started to shake.
“So. Looks like the
rumors are true, you survived, alone, in the woods all this time after
all,” Paragus stood in the doorway,
sneering. “Well, I suppose I’ll just have to remedy the situation.”
“You think with your trusty little ax, or your fists, you
can kill me? Maybe you could have when
I was a child, but not now,” Brolli
glared at his father.
“Oh, I have no intention of trying to wipe you out that
way,” Paragus cackled, the sound
sending shivers up the spines of the other four men. “I’ve picked up a little magic of my own!” Paragus held up a piece of old parchment,
and began chanting.
“What’s he doing?”
Kakarott cried, as Paragus was surrounded by a blinding glow.
“Foolish boy!”
Paragus laughed as he finished chanting, and the glow faded to reveal a
large ball of light hovering above the man’s outstretched hands. “This ball of light magic will pass through
anyone without evil intent, but anyone with a black, evil, unforgiving heart
will be incinerated!” He laughed
maniacally. “And now, my son, it is
time for you to join your beloved mother!”
Paragus shouted, throwing the ball at his son.
“ Brolli! You are
not evil; you’re not like him! Forgive,
and don’t dwell on the past, you’ve moved past what he almost made you!” Ox shouted, setting a hand on Brolli’s
shoulder and standing fast against the howling wind that began to rip through
the cottage.
Brolli looked over at Ox, surprised. He gasped as Kakarott molded his smaller
frame to Brolli’s back, hands sliding around his waist. He looked over to his other side, as Raditz
leaned into him, one arm flung over Brolli’s broad shoulders.
“Ox is right, Brolli!”
Raditz shouted over the wind.
“He can’t hurt you anymore, the past is behind you, let it go!”
Paragus snarled as he watched the three of them embracing
Brolli. “Oh, so you’ve forgiven me,
have you? For dragging your mother
through the forest by her hair, begging for mercy, then throwing her to the
ground and beating her until she was dead?”
The old woodsman laughed insanely.
“It was really quite delicious, you know, her screams, the struggling,
then the popping noises, as I broke her ribs with the ax handle. Oh, the wet, gurgling cries she let out, as
she began to drown in her own blood, were wonderful!”
Brolli’s face went pale, his eyes narrowing.
Ox gasped as the ball that floated toward them began to
turn gray. “Don’t listen to him
Brolli!” He cried, holding onto the
young man. “He’s trying to draw out
your hate! Don’t let him do it, he’s
just trying to drag you down with him!”
“That’s right.”
Raditz growled, moving closer to him.
“Don’t let him get to you.”
“Come on, Brolli!”
Kakarott cried, clinging to him tightly. “You know your mother wouldn’t want it to end like this, she
would have wanted you to move on, and be happy! Don’t let him take away her last wish! Don’t let him destroy you!”
Brolli stared his father down for several seconds, before
letting his eyes slip shut, a serene, peaceful expression on his face.
“Yes! That’s it,
this is the end!” Paragus crowed, arms
held high in the air. “Now I’ve finally
got y...WHAT?!!” He gaped, as the
glowing ball pushed against Brolli’s chest, then passed through all four men. “No...no, it can’t be, it simply cannot
be! That ball was supposed to destroy
you, you monster!”
Kakarott stepped out from behind Brolli, the glowing ball
hovering above his hands. “He’s not the
monster here, Paragus,” he said quietly, moving to stand in front of
Brolli.
Brolli looked down at the teen, smirking. “I didn’t know you possessed magic,
Kakarott.”
“Neither did I,” Red Riding Hood grinned up at him.
Brolli cupped Kakarott’s hands with his own, as Ox and
Raditz each laid a hand on Brolli’s forearm.
He looked up at Paragus, scowling.
“Now, let’s see how this ball reacts to you!”
“NO!!” Paragus
shouted, as the four men moved as one, sending the glowing ball of light
hurtling toward him. “No..you...YOU
CAN’T DO THIS TO ME!!!!” He shrieked,
then let out a bloodcurdling scream, as the ball hit him in the chest, burning
a gaping hole in his torso.
Ox, Brolli, Kakarott and Raditz gasped, as a bright blue
flame engulfed Paragus, flaring out across the room before burning itself out,
leaving nothing to show that Paragus had been there, save for a large ax
leaning in the corner of the room.
Brolli sighed as he picked up the ax. “It’s over.
He’s gone.”
“Yes, but not by you.”
Ox ruffled Brolli’s long, shaggy hair gently. “Paragus was destroyed by his own evil.”
Raditz and Kakarott nodded, each wrapping an arm around
him.
“Come on, let’s go out and get some fresh air.” Kakarott said, leading Brolli outside.
~~oOo~~
Two days later....
The four men sat on the river bank, stomachs full of fish, caught
in the river, and apples and berries, picked from the trees and bushes
surrounding them.
“Yeah, this is the life,”
Raditz grinned, leaning back and sprawling across Brolli’s legs. The taller man laughed, burying his fingers
in the long, black tresses.
“So how’s Turles doing, Kakarott? Still working in the city?”
Ox asked.
“Yes, he’s doing fine, he sent a letter to mother though,
telling her he’ll be home next month for an extended visit while the shop is
under repairs from that fire they had,”
Kakarott said, cuddling up to Brolli’s left side.
Brolli looked over at the teen, brow furrowed. “Who’s Turles?”
“He’s Kakarott’s brother, they practically look like twins,
except Turles isn’t nearly as naive as Kakarott.” Raditz laughed as Red Riding hood growled and swatted at
him. “Compared to Red, he’s downright
wicked.”
“Really,” Brolli leered.
“Huh? Hey! Don’t even think about it! You’re spoken for!” Kakarott pouted, then knocked the larger man
down onto his back and pounced on him.
“Doubly so,” Raditz growled, joining Kakarott in attacking
a squirming, hollering Brolli.
Ox rolled onto his back, howling with laughter. “I think things are going to be a lot more
interesting around here from now on,” he grinned, wiping tears from his
eyes.
