Birthday!
Roy/Ed, also short, sweet, and plot free. Just how I like them.
I don\'t own FMA...what else is new?

Edward Elric had been waiting a long time for Roy’s birthday to come around. Not that he was particularly anxious for his lover to get older, but it provided him with an excuse to be extra, uncommonly nice to him. He and Roy had had their ups and downs the time they had been together, but through it all they really cared for each other. Now it appeared Ed had blown his big chance. He had been working on making a perfect cake for hours, but when he’d tested it to see how it tasted he’d nearly been sick. Now he sat slumped at the kitchen table, a small chocolate frosting covered bundle of misery. Suddenly an idea popped into his head. He jumped up and threw the cake in the trash along with a particularly hideous and cake covered apron just as the front door was unlocked. When Roy made it into the kitchen he was surprised to find his young lover shirtless and holding a bunch of red roses.
“Thanks, Ed” he took the flowers and gave him a quick kiss before he noticed something else. Spelled out in chocolate frosting across Ed’s chest were the words ‘Happy Birthday Roy’. The older Alchemist grinned, a small laugh escaping him.
“Very creative…” he licked some of the frosting off and Ed shivered. “And sweet too.”
Ed went to the table and got the frosting bowl. At least that had turned out right. He dipped his fingers into the chocolate and held them to Roy’s lips. The dark haired man licked them clean.
“And that’s just what I’m going to do with the rest of you too.” He quickly got out of his coat and shirt before kissing his lover again, wrapping his arms around him and pushing him down on the table. Ed felt Roy’s hands wander during the kiss. Finally clever fingers snuck below the waist of his pants, teasing his hardening cock.
“Mmm…Roy, not here” he said between small pleasured gasps.
“You’re right. Bed. And chocolate.” He quickly swept Ed up in his arms and somehow managed to grab the frosting too. A few seconds later they were lying together on their bed, Roy pulling off their remaining clothes. Once Ed was completely naked Roy got up. He pulled a box out from under the bed and started to look through it, finally locating what he wanted. He dipped the paint brush in the chocolate and started painting the sweet substance on his lover’s body. Ed giggled madly at first. It tickled! After a few minutes he got used to it a bit and began to enjoy the brush on his skin. Roy traced complex patterns in chocolate, some of which looked vaguely like Alchemy arrays. Ed sighed contentedly as the foisting covered more and more of his body. Finally Roy dipped his whole hand into the bowl and pressed it to the center of Ed’s chest.
“There, even more perfect than usual” he said
“Are you implying I’m less than perfect the rest of the time?”
“Not at all” he silenced any other protests Ed could have had with a deep kiss before beginning to lick off the chocolate he’d just painted on. From the beginning Ed couldn’t be still under Roy’s wicked tongue. He squirmed at first, then moved against Roy creating more friction. By the time the chocolate had disappeared Ed had already come but was ready for whatever else his lover might have planned. Every time Roy touched him his skin seemed to grow more sensitive and receptive to pleasure. Suddenly the touching stopped and Ed saw that the other was coating himself with chocolate.
“Very clever…and messy.”
Roy smirked playfully before he entered his lover. Ed gasped quietly. They had done this plenty of times before, but it still felt strange at first. Roy wrapped his arms tighter around the younger man to support him before he started to move. It didn’t take long for him to have Ed moaning. He knew the other’s body pretty well by this point. They fell into a rhythm at first, but soon Roy was hitting him harder and faster.
“Touch yourself for me.”
Ed did as he was told, unable to keep from crying out whorishly. He wasn’t a quite lover, but Roy liked that. Finally he came in his own hand. The other felt it through him and followed soon after. They fell to the bed panting. Roy pulled Ed into a more comfortable position after a few minutes, letting the younger rest his head on his chest.
“You know I love you, don’t you, Edward?” Ed nodded, pressing closer to his lover.
“And I love ya just as much” he whispered sleepily. He felt his eyes slowly closing. He was content and warm and safe next to Roy, there was no good reason not to go to sleep. Roy watched Ed sleep for a few minutes. When he was sure the other was dreaming he whispered to him.
“You’re the best present I could ever have”
